Trail of James Comey’s Dirt on Loretta Lynch Discovered Within IG Report on Andrew McCabe…

A very interesting development is unfolding as a result of internet researcher TracyBeanz [Twitter HERE – YouTube HERE] and some insightful dot connecting by those following.

The outline begins via a relatively under-reported accusation about former Attorney General Loretta Lynch by former FBI Director James Comey in his upcoming book.

According to ABC News Comey writes in “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership,” that he became the public face of the investigation partly because of a mysterious development which he felt could cast “serious doubt” on Lynch’s independence.

“Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes, according to ABC. He calls the material a “development still unknown to the American public to this day.” (ABC Link)

It seems rather odd for James Comey to be making such an accusation against Loretta Lynch in the book.  Why add that aspect? ..and why do so without expanding the details?

Well, keep in mind, that at the time the book was written, Mr. Comey had no idea exactly where the ongoing Inspector General investigation might lead; nor did he know the timing of release. Hence, the notation without expanded citation is likely explained.

However, with part of the OIG report released, within the Andrew McCabe background there’s a trail of evidence to the AG involvement James Comey was alluding toward.

On page six of the IG report (point number 4) we find a conference call between Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe and the FBI field office in New York where the subject of the Weiner/Abedin/Clinton laptop findings overlap with: the Clinton Foundation (CF) investigation; the Clinton Email investigation; pressure for Asst. Director McCabe to recuse himself, and Washington DC via Loretta Lynch using DOJ Main Justice leverage from the Eric Garner case against the NY FBI office and New York Police Department.

From the OIG report:

4. The Attorney General Expresses Strong Concerns to McCabe and other FBI Officials about Leaks, and McCabe Discusses Recusing Himself from CF Investigation (October 26)

McCabe told the OIG that during the October 2016 time frame, it was his “perception that there was a lot of information coming out of likely the [FBI’s] New York Field Office” that was ending up in the news. McCabe told the OIG that he “had some heated back-and-forths” with the New York Assistant Director in Charge (“NY-ADIC”) over the issue of media leaks.

On October 26, 2016, McCabe and NY-ADIC participated in what McCabe described as “a hastily convened conference call with the Attorney General who delivered the same message to us” about leaks, with specific focus being on leaks regarding the high-profile investigation by FBI’s New York Field Office into the death of Eric Garner. McCabe told us that he “never heard her use more forceful language.” NY-ADIC confirmed that the participants got “ripped by the AG on leaks.”

According to NY-ADIC’s testimony and an e-mail he sent to himself on October 31, McCabe indicated to NY-ADIC and a then-FBI Executive Assistant Director (“EAD”) in a conversation after Attorney General Lynch disconnected from the call that McCabe was recusing himself from the CF Investigation.

(Page #6 and #7 – IG Report Link)

What makes this explosive is the timing and how reporting in 2016 was explaining this specific call and the outcome therein.

On September 28th, 2016, Andrew McCabe was made aware of information the New York Police Department and FBI has obtained from a captured laptop belonging to Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner.  The laptop was evidence in the Weiner “sexting” case involving a minor; however, the laptop also contained thousands of State Department documents from Hillary Clinton and her aide Huma Abedin, Weiner’s wife.

Some of the extracted laptop evidence was turned over to the DOJ Southern District of New York (SDNY) where Preet Bharara, a Clinton-Lynch ally, is United States Attorney.

Text messages between FBI Agent Peter Strzok (Inbox) and FBI Special Counsel to Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page (Outbox):

[The letter to “Congress” at the end of the text exchange relates to notification of the re-opening of the Clinton investigation – Actual date of notification 10/28/16]

According to later reporting, FBI Director James Comey was not notified of the laptop issues for two to three weeks, after 9/28/16.   However, in late October and early November, there were reports from people with contacts in New York police and FBI, about Washington DOJ officials interfering with the Weiner laptop investigation.

On the same date (October 26th, 2016) as the Lynch, McCabe and NY FBI phone call, former NY Mayor Rudy Giuilani was telling Fox News that an explosive development was forthcoming.   Two days later, October 28th, 2016, Congress was notified of the additional Clinton emails.

However, a few more days later, November 4th, 2016, an even more explosive development as Erik Prince appeared on radio and outlined discoveries within the Huma Abedin/Anthony Weiner laptop that was being blocked by AG Lynch.

Prince claimed he had insider knowledge of the investigation that could help explain why FBI Director James Comey had to announce he was reopening the investigation into Clinton’s email server last week.

“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.

“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.

“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.

“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said. (Link)

An earlier Grand Jury in New York had refused to return an indictment against the police in the Garner case.  As an outcome of that grand jury finding, and as an outcome of their own investigation, the local FBI office and Eastern District of New York DOJ office was not trying to pursue criminal charges against the NYPD officers involved.  This created a dispute because federal prosecutors and FBI officials in New York opposed bringing charges, while prosecutors with the Civil Rights Division at the Justice Department in Washington argued there was clear evidence to do so.

On October 25th, 2016, Loretta Lynch replaced the New York prosecutors:

New York Times (Oct. 25)  – The Justice Department has replaced the New York team of agents and lawyers investigating the death of Eric Garner, officials said, a highly unusual shake-up that could jump-start the long-stalled case and put the government back on track to seek criminal charges.

With that move on Oct. 25th, 2016, AG Lynch was now in position to threaten criminal prosecutions against the NYPD, and repercussions against the NY FBI and EDNY using the Garner case as leverage, just like Erik Prince outlined in the phone interview above.

Additionally, we see confirmation from the IG report, the Garner case was brought up in the next day (Oct 26, 2016) phone call to the NY FBI field office; just as Erik Prince outlined.  Obviously Prince’s sources were close to the events as they unfolded.

The NY FBI and Eastern District of New York (EDNY) were threatened by Washington DC Main Justice and FBI, via Loretta Lynch and Andrew McCabe to drop the Clinton/Abedin/Weiner laptop investigation matters, or else the Garner DOJ Civil Rights Division would be used as leverage against the NYPD.  And Loretta Lynch had SDNY U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara as the enforcer waiting for her call.

And so it was…

“Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes, according to ABC. He calls the material a “development still unknown to the American public to this day.” (ABC Link)

Additionally, this excerpt from the Comey book is laughable:

“I never heard anyone on our team — not one — take a position that seemed driven by their personal political motivations. And more than that: I never heard an argument or observation I thought came from a political bias. Never,” Comey writes in his book. “Instead we debated, argued, listened, reflected, agonized, played devil’s advocate, and even found opportunities to laugh as we hashed out major decisions.” (LINK)

Lastly, I cannot help but be reminded of a post-election event where an FBI official from the same NY field office had her vehicle broken into and a laptop stolen which included “National Security information“.  Everything was recovered, except the laptop.

Also, have you noticed how often he uses the phrase “I don’t know the answer to that”? He was responding to an question about ethics, whether it was the right thing to do to tell Trump that Hillary paid for the Dossier. He teaches a course in Ethics.

As a typical leftist, Comey considers all ethics to be a gray area. Their notion of right and wrong always hinges on politics as they have no Aristotelian philosophical base. And as evidenced by his admission of having close family members wander the streets protesting an election result, he also has no Judeo/Christian philosophical base either.

If I recall all he said about this, and it is the same as what you are referencing, it tells me more about him being a political hack than anything about his ethics.

I believe at the time, they were claiming that the dossier had not yet been verified.

If Comey did not know whether any of the dossier was true or not, why did he not treat it as a national security threat. Some false facts being circulated to undermine Trump. Why would he not open an investigation into the information regardless of whether it was true or not to verify any possible threat? One would assume the FBI would be interested in knowing whether any type of information like this on either political party would be true or not.

The reason Comey did none of this was because he knew without a doubt it was paid political opposition and laundered intelligence. He knew it was a political hit from the left and had nothing to do with anything Trump may have done.

He also knew there was no national security threat from an attack that was purely political.

        Exactly, Republicanvet91,

The meeting was to update Trump.

The meeting with Trump was to “threaten him”. Comey cleared the room and one on one told PDJT about a “report” out there regarding him and prostitutes… A report Comey KNEW to be false. He was trying to say, “Hey, I have this is my back pocket and I got something over you” — very mob like.

The media assumes Trump is the mobster in the one-on-one, but you make a good point, it is just as applicable the other way around. Comey is the one who thought he had the leverage, and I’m sure they have allegation’d their way into controlling politicians before. But everyone acted as if Trump were born yesterday, never having been in government and having “excessive expectations”. They forget that boots on the ground construction, in NYC, is about as political as you can get. Trump probably knew that instant what he was up against in the FBI.

      • BAM… you nailed it… I wondered the same thing?
Why is Comey making like it was odd for Trump to be asking him to determine the source and route from which these allegations had originated?

Call me stupid… however, I would have thought this would have been a perfectly reasonable to question to not only ask but to demand of my intel agencies… are you kidding me?
The question he asked was the most relevant question which could have been asked, given the assumption Comey was making was that this was out there and therefore someone could use it against you.
The most relevant question seems stupid to comey because he knew it was all BS and knew where it came from… So he couldn’t exactly tell him the truth could he?

That is not the first time Comey has made disparaging remarks about people’s size. About a month ago, he tweeted in defense of his side (Andy McCabe, in particular, if memory serves) that the people against McCabe were “little people.” What does size have to do with it…unless one is a size-ist like Comey constantly looking down their noses at people less than 6 foot 6(?) or so?

Comey testified to Congress about the Guiliani “leaking.”
In one of those Congressional hearings, Comey was asked by one of the Senators or Reps, one from NY iirc, if anything was being done to address Guiliani’s “leaking.”

Comey answered in the affirmative. This Congressional Q&A of Comey in a Congressional hearing is documented in an earlier comment of mine; good luck finding that now.
Guess this necessitates a re-listen of the Comey hearings (sigh).

Eric Prince notes the involvement of Democratic Congressmen at 01:48 in the Breitbart interview.
Tracy Beanz mentions the Guiliani “leak” and shows the Fox vid with Guiliani mentioning a big surprise coming.

There is an alternative explanation re: the Cohen raid –
“What the Cohen case, and the filing by the USAO-SDNY, determines, imo, is that this is a trial to establish precedence for the trial(s) of the “Small Group,” and the actions having been, and being, undertaken by AG Jeff and IG Horowitz.”

“Additionally, this USAO-SDNY court filing is the Clinton email trial…with Cohen as the stand-in for Clinton, being argued in Clinton’s own home district” to establish precedence with a judicial ruling.

Add these two – Comey Congressional testimony plus the alternate Cohen explanation – to the info provided in the Tracy Beanz vid and the Prince-Breitbart interview, and one has a very good case that things are not going where Fake News is trying to make it go, which is that Pres Trump and Michael Cohen are in big trouble.

To the contrary, it would appear that the Clinton Foundation and quite possibly Crooked H herself may be heading into trouble. Bigly. Along with many lesser Swamp Dwellers. Fake News Propoganda War may in fact just be a Battle, not the War.

Also, if it was a NY Congressman that asked Comey about the Guiliani “leaking,” it may be that the reference in the Eric Prince-Breitbart interview to Congressmen being involved is more reason why Mueller and Cabal are actually protecting not only the “Small Group,” but some Congressmen as well, with Congress protecting their own. imo

No wonder production of DOJ docs is going so slowly.
To repeat, Lynch is the fixer, not Michael Cohen.
Now the question is, who of the lesser Swamp Dwellers will cut a deal to take out the Big Dogs?

The mysterious disappearance and death of former DCI William Colby has been linked to his public stand on high-level pedo rings.

William E. Colby: A Highly Suspicious Death
          By Zalin Grant
This was Saturday, April 27, 1996. William Colby, a former director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, was alone at his weekend house across from Cobb Island, Maryland, 60 miles south of Washington, D.C. Colby, who was 76 years old, had worked all day on his sailboat at a nearby marina, putting it in shape for the coming summer.

After he got home from the marina, Colby called his wife, Sally Shelton, a high-ranking State Department official who was in Houston, Texas, visiting her mother. He told her that he had worked hard all day and was tired. He said he was going to steam some clams, take a shower, and go to bed.

Colby made the call at 7 p.m. He was seen a few minutes later by two sets of witnesses in his yard watering a willow tree. One of the witnesses was his gardener who dropped by to introduce his visiting sister. His two next-door neighbors saw him at the same time from their window. After he finished watering his trees, he went inside and had dinner.

The witnesses saw him at 7:15 p.m. The sun set at 7:57—42 minutes later.

When he was found dead in the water nine days later, it was said that he had gone out paddling his canoe at nightfall and drowned. I was in Paris when I read the story in the International Herald Tribune. I knew William Colby. And I didn’t believe that for one second. …CONT’D:

I recall some account by which Bill Clinton forced the tarmac meeting with Lynch to intimidate her, and to get a copy of the questions HRC would be asked (meeting on the eve of her being questioned), which seemed plausible. You’ve suggested an alternate, or additional, agenda item for the meeting. Certainly, as soon as Weiner’s laptop was seized, a high alert (oh, shit!!) would have run through the Clinton Crime Machine. A timeline would be helpful here.

          2. McCabe’s texts haven’t been revealed to us yet, and some might never be without extensive redactions.

All three have the capability of storing instant messages, but I refer once again to the video tapes from the Murrah Building bombing, not to mention security footage from the Federal Transfer Facility in Oklahoma City the night Kenneth Trentadue was tortured and murdered in his cell by “unknown subjects.”

POTUS is tweeting about Loretta Lynch and the Tarmac. Why? There is some Intel out there that the meeting on the Tarmac was a possible conference call with HRC and that it was recorded. The video is of them negotiating for a SCOTUS position for Lynch in exchange for making the email scandal go away. When the dirt on the Weiner/Huma laptop wasn’t released (by FBI), the people who had the video (or knew where it was stored) revealed this to Comey. The election was imminent. Because they threatened to release this video, Comey had to re-open the case. THAT is what he is referring to in the ABC article. It is getting ready to be dropped.

    • As I understand it, the reason why the investigation was opened and re-shut a few days later was to clear the way for Hillary to rule us peons untarnished by ongoing criminal investigations.

As to the tarmac video, if it exists it would not surprise me that it was used by the white hats in government to ensure the peaceful handover of power to Trump. If it exists, it would also explain why Trump has not had any “Arkancide” attempts made on him. It would be Trump’s DMS. The fighting going on in public between the black hats and the white hats would then be, among other things, about removal of people who could carry out an Arkancide, thus clearing the way to bring the recording into the larger public consciousness.

When they say ‘disgusting’, they’re talking about Pedo stuff. Sexually abusing children, human trafficking, ‘pizza parties’, etc.

What other ‘crimes’ would cause hardened police officers to use words like ‘disgusting’? They’ve seen everything. It takes a LOT to disgust someone who has spent a career dealing with the worst aspects of society and human nature.

They’re not referring to picking your feet in Poughkeepsie.

The WSJ article that reference by Eric Prince is well worth a read. You can find it around the internet by searching for some of the text or the title.

Article does good job of explaining the clever ways McCabe compartmentalized and controlled the Clinton Foundation and Email probes. He’s a crafty SOB.

FBI in Internal Feud over Hillary Clinton Probe – Oct 31, 2016

For McCabe’s defenders, the exchange showed how he was stuck between an FBI office eager to pour more resources into a case and Justice Department prosecutors who didn’t think much of the case, one person said. Those people said that following the call, McCabe reiterated past instructions to FBI agents that they were to keep pursuing the work within the authority they had.

Others further down the FBI chain of command, however, said agents were given a much starker instruction on the case: “Stand down.” When agents questioned why they weren’t allowed to take more aggressive steps, they said they were told the order had come from the deputy director McCabe.

One thing this report shows, Mccabe and Comey ain’t on one another’s christmas card lists anymore. From a footnote on page 25
McCabe argues that “the OIG should credit Mr. McCabe’s account over Director Comey’s” and complains that the report “paints Director Comey as a white knight carefully guarding FBI information, while overlooking that Mr. McCabe’s account is more credible for at least three key reasons. . . .”

But here, I’ll take a shot at answering my own question. Could it be because as soon as Trump was elected, NYPD knew the wheels of justice would soon be turning again and so they were willing to bide their time while the new guys (Team Trump) got up to speed? If so, that would also mean that Trump has known about all this all along, maybe as early as Nov ’16. And THAT would likely mean he’s known EVERYTHING since then. Major implications right there.

Could Clinton have given her computer (which I imagine would house major blackmail information on govt officials (like obama) for even corresponding to her on unregulated/official White House email addresses) trusted aid Huma for safekeeping never dreaming it would be searched coz the FBI was so compromised but hadn’t contemplated the NYPD would fully do their job in their investigation of wiener.

I’m not convinced this is related to what was on Wiener’s laptop and Lynch’s interjection to get the investigation shut down. I went back to look at the Oct 30 2016 warrant (whatever the legal term is) which allowed further searches of Weiner’s laptop. An FBI agent was the applicant. When the NY FBI originally seized the laptop they were hunting for info related to his sex crime, but then they started to see all of the classified emails.

Why isn’t Huma Abedin in prison? Obviously she was the reason Weiner ended up with the emails on his laptop. Either she was careless to use his laptop when reading emails, or she transferred them there (for safekeeping?), or he copied them without her knowledge. In any case she committed a crime. How do these people skate????

    • covfefe999 says:

This excerpt from a news article is maddening: On Oct. 28, Comey sent Congress a letter advising lawmakers that new evidence had emerged in the Clinton probe and steps were being taken to review it. On Nov. 6, two days before the election, Comey sent a follow-up letter, saying the evidence had not changed the FBI’s conclusion announced in July that no prosecution of Clinton was warranted in the case. The FBI had just gotten a warrant on Oct 30 to investigate the classified emails. They were finished by Nov 6?? There were thousands of emails!

      • covfefe999 says:

WaPo article dated Oct 28 2016 which was a Friday. Clinton told reporters Friday night in Iowa that she learned of the newly discovered emails only after the letter to Congress was made public. “I’m confident whatever [the emails] are will not change the conclusion reached in July,” she said. “Therefore, it’s imperative that the bureau explain this issue in question, whatever it is, without any delay.”

She was confident that nothing would happen because this fix was already in. Thousands of classified emails on Weiner’s laptop that she and stupid Huma Abedin allowed to be there, yet Hillary was confident it wouldn’t be a problem for her. Must be nice to be on the precipice of being charged with a federal crime but not worry at all.
