President Trump’s Stunningly Effective North Korea Policy Leaves Professional Diplomatic Corps Gobsmacked…

The statement tonight by South Korean National Security Adviser Chung Eui-yong is so jaw-dropping in significance it has left the professional diplomatic apparatus stunned.

A year of targeted and strategic geopolitical policy execution by President Trump, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley has resulted in North Korean leader Kim Jong-un accepting denuclearization and requesting a meeting with President Trump to achieve terms therein.

Yeah, HO-LEE-CATS is an understatement.  The possibility of a willingly denuclearized Korean peninsular is such an astounding policy victory; it is difficult to conceptualize.  Here’s the statement from South Korea’s Chung Eui-yong:

“Good evening, today I had the privilege of briefing President Trump on my recent visit to Pyongyang, North Korea.  I’d like to thank President Trump, the vice-president and his wonderful national security team, including my close friend General McMaster.”

“I thanked President Trump that his leadership, and his maximum pressure policy together with international solidarity, brought us to this juncture.  I expressed President Moon Jae-in’s personal gratitude for President Trump’s leadership.”

“I told President Trump that in our meeting North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said he is committed to denuclearization. Kim pledged that North Korea will refrain from any further nuclear or missile tests; he understands that the routine joint military exercises between the Republic of Korea and the United States must continue.  And he expressed his eagerness to meet President Trump as soon as possible.”

“President Trump appreciated the briefing and said he would meet Kim Jong-un by May to achieve permanent denuclearization.”

“The Republic of Korea along with the United States, Japan and our many partners around the world, remain fully and resolutely committed to the complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsular.”

“Along with President Trump we are optimistic about continuing a diplomatic process to test the possibility of a peaceful resolution.   The Republic of Korea, The United States and our partners stand together in insisting that we not repeat the mistakes of the past; and that the pressure will continue until North Korea matches it’s words with concrete actions.  Thank You.”   (link)

Korea Times – North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has expressed willingness to meet U.S. President Donald Trump for talks over denuclearization, South Korean officials visiting Washington said, Friday.

In response, Trump said he would like to meet him by May, they said.

National Security Office chief Chung Eui-yong, one of President Moon Jae-in’s envoys to Pyongyang who is now visiting Washington, said in a press briefing at the White House that he delivered such messages of Kim to Trump.

Kim also said he was “committed to denuclearization” and would “refrain from any further nuclear or missile tests,” Chung said. (link)

I wrote this back on October 31st based on a thread I read from Thomas Wictor. Could this be a reality that Rocket 🚀 Man is facing and our President gave him an opportunity to save face without the world knowing the truth.

The day of reckoning is coming! Defense Secretary Jim Mattis says that our newest weapon is operational! It is called the “Rod From God”. It is being used throughout the ME. Especially in Syria 🇸🇾. It may have actually been used in North Korea 🇰🇵On October 10th.

    From the article linked above:

So what does Mattis have in mind? He wouldn’t say, but he did let slip one interesting comment.

“Just to clarify, you said that there were possible military options that would not create a grave risk to Seoul,” a reporter said later. “Are we talking kinetic options as well?”

“Yes, I don’t want to go into that,” Mattis said, agreeing that his closely held military option involved kinetic action, a euphemism to describe lethal military force.

    From the article linked above:

A TUNNEL at an underground North Korea nuclear site has collapsed with up to 200 people killed, according to reports.

The collapse happened at the Punggye-ri nuclear test site in the north-east of the country on October 10, according to Japan’s TV Asahi.

PDJT understands basic human psychology and what people want. What we used to call “human nature.” Because he understands people, he can negotiate effectively and get the best possible outcomes.

This is what the left doesn’t grasp. They have abandoned common sense and their innate understanding of “human nature” in favor of social engineering and ideology. They think they can remake humans in the image they deem best.

PDJT dances rings around them. They are too busy denouncing his methods and talking to each other about how stupid they think he is to even notice that it’s working. Then the result seems to come out of nowhere, they are blindsided.

But we pay attention. We see the method to what the media labels as madness, and we are never surprised by the results.

These people are so thick that they actually think this came out of the blue and is as much of a surprise to President Trump as it is to them. It has come as a totally unwelcome shock to the mental midgets of the media. They would much rather see the world burn down than ever admit to being wrong and give any credit to the President.

Kudos to Sundance. He detailed the strategy and called it months ago. So it’s no surprise to those of us lucky enough to read here at TCH.

But it might be even better. It seems possible that Kim has decided to slip the leash of his Chinese masters and run, tongue lolling and wagging the deformed stump of his tail, to the protection of the US. Meaning that instead of saving, the Chinese will be left with egg foo yung all over their faces.

While great news on the surface, history shows the Norks to be duplicitous in their talks. Making no repeat of history means no lengthy “negotiations” as happened before than ended in a truce.

Also, seems to me that some education will need to be done on what the word “denucleariation” actually means. It is not a stop to testing. It means having people go in and verifiably take down all their labs, facilities, launch pads, missiles, materials, etc. and ending their entire program. I doubt very much l’il Kim will buy into that. He will stall and want to drag out negotiations as was done in the ’50’s and then play on world sympathy and media for removal of sanctions because they are trying “in good faith.” BS!

If Norks come through, then the world will be able to see how a person with common sense and goodness in heart can solve one of the seemingly greatest “problem” without breaking any sweat. At the same time, I hope that people of this great nation will open their eyes that how few people in power did not solve a seemingly “simple” issue – all that was needed was resolve.
I guess I will hold my congratulations until something concrete is drafted and signed with the blessings of our VSGPOTUS. But this news makes me pray harder tonight for President Trump and his family. He needs the collective protection of our prayers, more so now than ever.

  26. Sundance, I’ve come to think quite highly of you. We don’t think the same way, but you’re clearly insightful and very bright.

Please don’t refer to the “professional diplomatic corps” as if they are a group of people who are professional, diplomatic, organized, or people who know something.

My wife had a post-graduate degree from Georgetown, as do most of these people (I have some “fancy” pieces of paper as well, and I keep them around in case I run out of toilet paper). I spent a lot of time around those people when she was a student (she is now, unfortunately {in my view}, working for an Ivy League university, though in a more productive manner). These people are only “smart” in the sense that they can regurgitate c$@& from those who taught them, and their “Professors” are similarly ignorant. Bovines (ie cows) can similarly regurgitate a similar substance in order to better “digest” that which is nearly nutritionally useless. We should consider PhD’s more or less like cows – they consume a diet that is massively nutritionally deficient, and the result is that they are bloated, full of s#!t, and have small brains relative to what one might expect.

Would you expect a cow to come up with a viable policy with which to disarm North Korea? No. Would you expect a cow to be shocked that someone else tasked with such a policy succeeded? Of course – they are cows.

That’s basically what we see here. Don’t give these people more credit than they deserve. They’re about as smart as what I just ate for dinner, regardless of what their paper says. The best evidence of that? They hang their diplomas on the wall. I consider mine backup toilet paper, and most of them would covet what I’d consider toilet paper.

This was achieved by negotiation – plain and simple. Negotiation is an art form and Sir Trump is a master at it, in part, because Sir Trump is simply genuine – and he is able to convey that. He convinces the other party(ies) in negotiation to be able to believe in his word, and not only that, he can convince every party involved they will be better off financially and socially if they follow his lead.. Because it is the truth..

The msm and democrats said he has no foreign policy experience – foreign policy is negotiation. They don’t realize that “foreign policy” is just an object – and it matters not what the object is – it’s the talent in the negotiation that resolves the dispute about or within the object in question. And Sir Trump is a master at it..

Sundance many thanks for the light you have cast on the many many complex topics since POTUS announced his candidacy. I have learned so much about our government’s corruption and the globalist agenda! You sir are a great investigative journalist and I appreciate your hard work and the time you put into it.

So when Trump succeeds in getting North Korea to disarm, are they going to switch gears to “Trump is a North Korean Puppett.” “Trump obviously colluded with North Korea to win the election!” ? 🙂

CNN’s Samantha Vinograd: “There is no way that President Trump can be ready, by May, to have a high stakes negotiation on denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula, it’s just impossible. … You can’t wing it.”

Sammy baby, prepare to eat your words.
But as a DemoCrap, you will never do that.
You will spew your feces today, but ignore them tomorrow.

In May, President Trump will be at peak “Art of the Deal” form, and run circles around your personal lord and savior, Kim Jong Un.

I look forward to the continued erosion of CNN and TNN and your diseased Anti-Trumpery.
