President Obama Discusses Globalist Earthquake and Plans for Future Political Tectonic Shifts…

President Obama held a press conference today with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, and fielded questions about the 2016 presidential election.  Within the optics and the presented narrative it is possible to find evidence of the globalist’s perspective on the loss, and more importantly their intents moving forward.  Very Rivkin-esque.

Within the EU Merkel is the defacto representative of the continent’s globalist vision; as such when President Obama and Merkel appear together you will always find the epicenter of globalist advocacy – the direct opposition of nationalism.

obama-merkel-3

For the optics note Obama’s grey hair exhibition.  One of the indicators of his preferred approach is how he chooses to present his personal image to the EU audience. When done by design, Obama always draws attention to it – today is no different.

There are many responses within the overall Merkel/Obama event which should be keenly understood by all Americans.  However, this response within this specific video (soundbite below) is a good summation:

Notice how President Obama responds by pointing toward “social media”.

The globalist movement, through Obama himself, exploited social media to carry out their prior globalist ideological endeavors.  This was not only evidenced within Obama’s ’08 election, but also with the rise of his “Arab Spring”; which was kicked off post-Cairo speech, when FaceBook was enlisted to advance the Brotherhood cause.

It is remarkable to see President Obama now pointing a finger toward social media as a risk toward the globalist endeavors.   This will be missed by most, but explains why you are seeing a filtering shift amid those who control the architecture of the various social media platforms. The specific phrase: …“but, we’ll figure it out”… should ring your alarm bells.

Also within this admission is where you find the first specific evidence of why they need to eliminate Steve Bannon, who has effectively outwitted the globalist team on their own social media platforms.

Notice how President Obama also emphasizes what makes him most optimistic moving forward is: …”the attitudes of young people etc“…  Which is specifically directing attention to the globalist plans within all educational systems to promote globalist world-views and advance multiculturalism.   This is the key underpinning behind the U.S. State Department’s “Rivkin Project” to eliminate nationalism.

merkel zuckerberg

Some other breakouts.

President Obama asked about the protests to U.S. election, and the “crude rise of nationalism”:

President Obama Asked about Russia (takes him to 03:25 to get to it):

This is where you recognize the fundamental earthquake that has taken shape with the 2016 election of Donald Trump.  The political tectonic plates have shifted:

To be fair – the openly socialist President of France (who says the US should bow down to the climate agreement) and the openly socialist PM of Italy are actually worse; they just hide behind her.

I was a Cold War Air Force wife who lived for two years in West Berlin. I was there when the Prague Spring was ended with Soviet intervention (with tanks).
I also remember looking out the window of the US Army Duty train traveling through East Germany and seeing a guy plowing his field, and his WIFE was pulling the plow.

In the late 60’s there were still areas which showed signs of the Allied bombing, and my first apartment had a coal-fired hot water heater. So I am sure things have improved materially since those days.

What I DID see that is pertinent today, is that Germany had a very rigid class system, so much so that many construction workers would wear ties and carry briefcases instead of lunch pails. There was also a hidden resentment of Americans (and I imagine the French and British in their sectors, too). I think about this when I see Merkel on TV, because she was from East Germany.

I am not always sure she is our friend. And I do not think Berlin, with what I have described plus its decadence (There was a drag queen club called the El Dorado across from my apartment building in 1969, when this poor Hoosier gal never knew such things existed!) is a good role model for a society. And that’s not even counting massive Muslim immigration being allowed.

Yep, you can take an Ossie out of the East, but you can’t take the East out of the Ossie….. Merkel never has strayed from her AgitProp roots.

The CDU, sadly, has drifted left, with the AfD filling its former spot in the political spectrum (although the Lügenpresse persist in call them “rechtspopulistiche Extremisten”). The CSU is more conservative than the CDU, but being only in Bayern, are limited in scope. I think Seehofer would make a good Kanzler, but you can bet Merkel would fight that tooth and claw.

The SPD, currently headed by Sigmar Gabriel, is looking at putting up him or perhaps Martin Schultz, both socialist weaklings under the globalists’ thumbs.

One can only hope and pray that the AfD becomes a TRUE alternative (they’re already the third-most popular party and growing) and can get a good “front person”, somewhat of a German Trump (Trumpf?). I fear that Germans, even 70 years on, have some reluctance to have a Kanzler strong enough to fight back against the EU/EC, as they innately fear a Hitler V2.0…..

The west German citizens have been brainwashed for decades but no one counted on the former east Germans who also almost lost their national identity through Russian acceptation. They faught hard to free themselves from the oppression and they are the one now fighting against the flood of refugees into their country. The success of globalists could best be seen in Portland, a white leftist utopia, where teenagers with bandannas around their faces and hoodies committed acts of vandalism with their skateboards due to Trump’s election — or in Maryland where students “walked out” of class (i.e. were escorted by their Marxist teachers in tandem with leftist organizations) and then promptly beat the snot out of a sophomore who dared to wear a red MAGA hat and talked back when the little brownshirts didn’t like it. At University of Virginia, formerly a rather preppy institution of higher learning (the kids would wear ties and sundresses to football games at Scott Stadium, which was a longstanding tradition), students are now demanding that Thomas Jefferson never be quoted again by professors or President Teresa Sullivan — even though he founded the university.

The leftists’ stranglehold on education is frightening, and the conservatives made a fatal error in conceding it to them decades ago. It’s going to be a major fight to get it back, but it’s a fight we need to have. This matters almost as much as immigration. Otherwise this election is simply a bump in the multicultural, globalist road to absolute tyranny.

        The college-degree narrative:
this is a product of the Marxists. From Marx on down through history, that movement has been led totally by higher-education types. They must have writings 1,000 times as voluminous as any other political theory.

When you are a hammer, everything looks like a nail. When you are a disgruntled, unappreciative elitist intellectual who has never worked a real job, every problem looks like the answer is “highly educated people.”

They are classist, as much as they declare they are against classism. The “women’s liberation” idea illustrates this. ALL women are supposed to have the right and expectation to go develop a career. If they have kids, the answer is to stick the kids in daycare. Governmnet-sponsored daycare.

Well, who works the daycare? The liberated women making their careers? No – the same people that watch kid sin capitalism: the lower classes.

        The accurate revision:
Each middle class woman with the potential for political clout has the right and expectation to seek her career, and if she has kids, to have women from the lower classes raise her kids.

And, when the opportunity arises, the communists will unionize the daycare workers to create even more illusion of injustice.

As I have noted elsewhere: college communists have burgeoned because of the easy availability of college loans. Now, ANYONE can borrow for years, making little or no progress toward a degree, AND crying about the lack of jobs when they eventually get their degree. [Me: four years, no summer school – up and out at 21yo, 30K debt paid off, always employed.]

Loans should be available, proportionately, based on expectation of future earnings. Engineering: 80% as long as you make progress toward degree. Elizabethan Literature, 20%, just to be nice.

Plus, recognizing that there is value in the humanities, a FIXED, limited amount of scholarships and loans, competitive, based on academic potential, to ensure we have a nominal cadre of philosophers, music studies majors, art history instructors, etc.

This will reduce the number of people getting “degrees” who are not needed by the work force. When that population drops, there will no longer be demand for all of the social justice courses. The brain-washing profs will be let go.

Yes. Their argument, and belief, is this:
Our nation works because of “participative democracy,” or “deliberative democracy.”
The terms cover similar concepts: we all participate in civic discourse, and vote, based on our knowledge base.
Here is where they argue they need to control all media:
Because of this new electronic age, “we” (they think it is conservatives but it is pretty obvious it is actually progressives) select media that reflects our preferences and views, and on top of that media are fed to us that are profiled to our views.

Thus, now that we have MORE info than evar, we are more in an “echo chamber” than evar. [I know it is not true. But this is their logic.]

Thus, due to limited information, “we” are unable to engage in deliberative democracy. Our Republic will collapse!!! Warning!!!

The solution? From Cass Sunstein and others: An “independent” regulatory board that makes sure that ANY and ALL media sources have a balanced mix of valid viewpoints.

Now, you cannot escape being adequately informed. We are once again saved from SURE DESTRUCTION by the communists looking out for the good of us all.

The great Trump win was a shock only to those who remained in their echo chamber and refused to consider that those who held different views might actually be correct.

A regulatory board for balanced mix of viewpoints? Less government, not more.

According to Whittaker Chambers in his autobiographical book, “Witness”, the Soviets targeted three U.S. institutions for infiltration in the 1920s: education, media, and unelected government positions. They were wildly successful and have never been routed out. Senator Joe McCarthy was right about communist infestation in government, but the communist controlled media destroyed him.
Mr. Chambers was himself a communist, transferring classified documents from FDR’s right hand man Alger Hiss to the Soviets, until he realized there was indeed a God and that communism was evil, whereupon he quit and became a farmer. He later testified against Alger Hiss, hence the title, “Witness”.
Mr. Hiss denied ever knowing Mr. Chambers, but Chambers produced “The Pumpkin Papers” as evidence – microfilmed classified documents he had hidden in a pumpkin in his field.

I’m beginning to think he won’t go away at all and will be commenting on everything Trump does, and that he may very well emerge again in 2020 to challenge him for the presidency. The democrats will have no one else anyway.

None of this was lost on me…especially when he began to blame social media for Clinton’s loss, and concurrently it was floated that there is a list of “fake” news sites.

These people must NEVER EVER again gain power in the US.

Trump MUST push SCHOOL CHOICE above all else. We need to educate a whole new generation of non-socialist indoctrinated youth.

Good thing Trump heeded Bannon’s advice to embrace school choice, which will destroy the globalism stranglehold on American education. It also exposes how the globalists have a dim view of Black students who benefit the most from competition.

The points made by Sundance are hugely important. Obama realizes quite well that we found a way to go around the media this time, and it enrages him, so they will do their best to take that vehicle from us. Already starting, on cue: 5 minutes ago MSM, including FOX, reporting that 1/5 of stories on Facebook “may be false”. (I.e, any story not endorsed by NY Times, WaPo, MSNBC, CNN, etc.) Remember the reports a day or so ago regarding changes in Twitter and Facebook policies?

To anyone who thought, “Well, maybe the press will now be more fair, since their credibility is shattered” etc. No, the exact opposite will happen: The press will lie even more, but the left will try to eliminate any escape from those lies by eliminating sources of alternative informaton/views.

The other point, about “the young” being able to “work across borders”, and “accept diversity” is again telling–they know they have to keep the education system firmly under their control. The old will die soon, but they have the young.

I don’t know what her specific motivation was, but I’m glad she’s on board. It’s something many of us have been harping on for decades. We lost the schools starting in the 70s. Today in San Francisco schools they released a “lesson plan” which includes the statement that “Trump is a racist, misogynist nationalist who won election by appealing to these values in his supporters.”

The FCC is directed by five commissioners appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the United States Senate for five-year terms, except when filling an unexpired term. The U.S. President designates one of the commissioners to serve as chairman. Only three commissioners may be members of the same political party. None of them may have a financial interest in any FCC-related business.[3][5]

      Name Position Residence Party Term[6]
      Expires
Jessica Rosenworcel Commissioner Connecticut D 2017
Ajit Pai Commissioner Kansas R 2017
Mignon Clyburn Commissioner South Carolina D 2018
Thomas Wheeler Chairman District of Columbia D 2018
      Michael O’Rielly Commissioner New York

Trump will be appointing two Federal Communication Commissioners in 2017. He will also appoint two more in 2018. He will also appoint the Chairperson of the FCC.

I have little doubt that the FCC will be strengthened.

“Notice how President Obama also emphasizes what makes him most optimistic moving forward is: …”the attitudes of young people etc“… Which is specifically directing attention to the globalist plans within all educational systems to promote globalist world-views and advance multiculturalism. This is the key underpinning behind the U.S. State Department’s “Rivkin Project” to eliminate nationalism.”

Big questions: Can this indocrination be removed from our schools? How? What changes will be made in federal policy, structures, and programs to assist the removal? What will be needed beyond those federal changes?

Just wanted to write and say that if your High School aged child is considering I.B. that is International Baccalaureate classes for a certificate or I.B. diploma …you may want to steer them away from that and steer them to A.P. (Advanced Placement) classes instead. I had a child do the I.B. program and it was promised that a student would have a big advantage for college acceptance and college credit. That was not the case, A.P. classes are much more advantageous. The curriculum of the I.B. program reeks of globalism and they do their part to indoctrinate the high school students to be a global citizen. No! Each parent has to do their part to be aware and make appropriate suggestions about their child’s education.

Nothing else matters to him at this point. When you view what he does through that lens, it all makes perfect sense. At least it works for me.

    Obama-Code:
“social media” = heavily censor/eliminate “undesirable” social media by government definition.
“we’ll figure it out” = eliminate the First Amendment.
“the attitudes of young people, etc.” = brainwash/control thought and behavior.
“crude rise of nationalism” = eliminate all loyalty to one’s country/ UN government for all.
And Barack Obama is deathly afraid that President Donald Trump will “interfere” with Obama’s plans.
Regarding Mr. Bannon: my guess, unfortunately, is that he is on the Clinton Machine hit list. Prayers for his safety along with the entire Trump family.

Yes, most people don’t realize the extent of restrictions on speech in Europe. Jailed for saying “We don’t need more muslim immigrants.” No first amendment + no second amendment = national suicide. You can bet the left in this country would love to be able to do the same thing, but for now they have to proceed using other methods–hook everybody on Facebook and twitter, make it the central information source, then clamp down hard on user content. It’s happening now.

I like everyone’s insightful comments on this thread. I want to bring up an additional point that I noted today in Obama’s lectures: His warning about deals with enemies, again making Russia the boogeyman not radical Islamic states like Iran. Therefore, O’s idiotic deal with Iran is just honkey dorey because Iran is our friend. ALL Islamic states are.

As a side note, I think it’s bizarre that honking elephants like John McCain are apparently more concerned with evil doer Putin than evil doer Supreme Leader of Iran. He’s already running his mouth and Trump’s not even sworn in yet. McCain and self-servers like him are prime examples of why O got away with everything he’s done for 8 years.

After 8 years of indoctrination why wouldn’t they be compliant, controlled & eager to dump America’s values for a Communist One World government? Hitler did the same thing to German children, using the same propaganda tactics!

  49. Here’s some interesting info about the White House’s usage of “Social Media” and how the accounts will change hands with the presidency:

The Digital Transition: How the Presidential Transition Works in the Social Media Age

The President has made clear that a smooth transition between administrations is one of his top priorities, and digital is a key component of that effort. While much of the digital transition is unprecedented in the United States, the peaceful transition of power is not. There are some important principles we can work from. Accordingly, we have been working to ensure that our digital transition meets three key goals. First, we are preserving the material we’ve created with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). From tweets to snaps, all of the material we’ve published online will be preserved with NARA just as previous administrations have done with records ranging from handwritten notes to faxes to emails. Second, wherever possible, we are working to ensure these materials continue to be accessible on the platforms where they were created, allowing for real time access to the content we’ve developed. Finally, we are working to ensure that the next president and administration – regardless of party – can continue to use and develop the digital assets we have created to connect directly with the people they serve.
