The curriculum vitae of Trump University Judge Gonzalo Curiel specifically mentions his affiliation with the Hispanic National Bar Association, or HNBA.
The Hispanic National Bar Association published a press release on July 2nd 2015 which specifically stated their intention to target the “business interests” of Donald Trump:

Now, I doubt you could find a more conformational reason for Donald Trump to be concerned about a Judge overseeing the Trump University lawsuit, which everyone admits is based on some sketchy legal standing, than Judge Curiel specifically belonging to a legal enterprise of affiliates who have clearly stated their intent to target Trump’s business interests.

Lincoln abused a federal authority that he did not have, in order to act against states who revolted due to previous and continuous federal failure to objectively exercise its legitimate authority (non-biased trade), and then suspended habeas corpus, waged war against American citizens, killing 600,000 Americans and devastating the country, to then engage a federal dictate of the terms of society, enact martial law, and entirely discard the Constitution.
If the founders had wanted to have a federal government able to dictate the terms of society, even to emancipate slaves, then the founders would themselves have created the very tyrannous government they had fought to free themselves from.
Despite this, Lincoln reprehensibly chose to date his Gettysburg Address from the Declaration of Independence, “four score and seven years ago”, when what Lincoln did was violently dismember every principle established by the Declaration.

Just because Trump CASTIGATED the Court and its administrator of justice–a federal judge, member of a hate [Trump] group–as Justice Felix Frankfurter said a real lawyer ought to do, now he is in hot water with these subversive movements to further harm him and his good name and reputation! Let us DISCERN with wisdom that, the Federal judges have too much judicial “discretionary power”, and is a PRIVILEGED CLASS OF PEOPLE. Congress should CURB their power to minimum level!
We the people have nothing as compared to them! Don’t be fooled by propaganda or verbal terrorists (even if RINO). Any United States organization that has LA RAZA in its name is an anti-Anglo-Saxon group intent on recovering American territory for a Latin-American country (preferably Mexico) and is bent towards favoring Latino persons and causes, even if illegal. So, don’t put it past judge Curiel to be biased against Donald Trump, who has stated that he will build “the” wall to stop illegal entry and to return illegal aliens to where they came from. Moreover, judge Curiel’s has already evidenced bias by refusing to dismiss a case from which the primary plaintiff asked to be excused.

I don’t think so. I don’t think they thought the La Raza blowback was coming. And yes they are that stupid. As the GOPe types have shown they are usually untouchable but Trump went there and now the garbage is falling out of the can. This judge is being exposed as a sedition supporting racist radical. The lawsuit was set up to paint Trump as a crook, the illegals with Reconquista signs and Mexican flags in San Jose and elsewhere, and crooked stand down cops were to terrorize people and voters. Never did they see the two intersecting. But they do of course. Those mobs are this judge’s “la raza” and who he is intent on serving instead of the US constitution. He never dreamed HE would be exposed this way is my guess. So he punted to save himself and his group from further exposure. Too late.

I don’t think McConnell and Ryan are ‘Wilting Wandas’ at all. I think they are right in there with the Democrats. I don’t think they care about losing votes – they’d much prefer Hillary over Trump any day of the week because it suits their globalist agenda. It reminds me of the old Warner Brothers Looney Tunes cartoon with Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog – they go after each other during working hours, but at the end of the day they punch the clock and walk off into the sunset as good ole buddies.

The fact that HNBA, an organization in which the judge is a life member began a nationwide boycott of all Trump enterprises in July, 2015, is a bombshell. The word is getting out. I heard a woman call in and try to explain it to the idiot guest host (from Wisconsin, wouldn’t you know) on the Limbaugh show. He seemed to get it, but said he’d have to “verify it”. The woman got it from a conservative site in Arizona, which I imagine got it here. This is WAY bigger than even the La Raza Lawyer stuff in terms of impact, IMHO.

I was somewhat familiar with La Raza but never took them seriously because they seemed like crackpots. Most of their flyers that I saw had serious spelling and grammar errors. I did not know that any one that took their legal license seriously would associate with them.
Now I find a a sitting Federal Judge has ties to them and I have just really had enough.

According to the Mexican Constitution, Judge Curiel is a Mexican citizen….unless he has renounced his citizenship. Anybody know if he has?
The Mexican Constitution, Chapter II, Article 30, paragraph II, states that you are a Mexican by birth if born on foreign territory, sons or daughters of Mexican parents born in national territory. There you have it! This judge is a Mexican citizen.

So, a Federal Judge or any elected public office holder or govt. appointee born on American soil from illegal Mexican immigrants is actually a Mexican citizen, yet is also considered an American citizen?
There are some positions that a person with dual citizenship should be precluded from holding.

Not only born to “illegal” parents but “legal” parents…..So even if Curiel’s parents were here legally, Mexico considers him to be a Mexican citizen and he has the protection and rights of the Mexican constitution…unless of course, he renounced his citizenship.

Crazy how many times anchor baby comes into play. Dual Citizenship seems to be a much bigger problem than people realize. I don’t know if this Judge is one or not. You know but it stands to reason Trump chooses very specific words when he does this, he said he was Hispanic but also clearly said “He’s a Mexican.” …..and the media went wild. I worked 8 long years with La Raza…Deukmejian was beholding to them in his election
so as a payback stacked agencies with them……not much business was accomplished for
rank and file Californians but La Raza business flourished.
Would be nice if people who are commenting had some knowledge of what
La Raza and its sister organizations MEChA and Aztlan are all about..

I have been going down this rabbit hole several days learning about La Raza, MEChA and Aztlan. When I realized the Aztlan map matched the Jade Helm map I was a little concerned I was going crazy. Thanks for posting.

and the National White Prosecutors Association
and there is a black man involved in fraud case he has nothing to worry about if the judge making ruling on his case that work against him even when all logical indications in the case are that he is innocent?

STATEMENT REGARDING TRUMP UNIVERSITY
It is unfortunate that my comments have been misconstrued as a categorical attack against people of Mexican heritage. I am friends with and employ thousands of people of Mexican and Hispanic descent. The American justice system relies on fair and impartial judges. All judges should be held to that standard. I do not feel that one’s heritage makes them incapable of being impartial, but, based on the rulings that I have received in the Trump University civil case, I feel justified in questioning whether I am receiving a fair trial.
Over the past few weeks, I have watched as the media has reported one inaccuracy after another concerning the ongoing litigation involving Trump University. There are several important facts the public should know and that the media has failed to report.
Throughout the litigation my attorneys have continually demonstrated that students who participated in Trump University were provided a substantive, valuable education based upon a curriculum developed by professors from Northwestern University, Columbia Business School, Stanford University and other respected institutions. And, the response from students was overwhelming. Over a five year period, more than 10,000 paying students filled out surveys giving the courses high marks and expressing their overwhelming satisfaction with Trump University’s programs. For example:
Former student Tarla Makaeff, the original plaintiff in the litigation, not only completed multiple surveys rating Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in every category, but also praised Trump University’s mentorship program in a glowing 5 plus minute video testimonial. When asked “how could Trump University help to meet [her] goals”, she simply stated “[c]ontinue to offer great classes.” Once the plaintiffs’ lawyers realized how disastrous a witness she was, they asked to have her removed from the case. Over my lawyers’ objections, the judge granted the plaintiffs’ motion, but allowed the case to continue.
Art Cohen, a lead plaintiffs in the litigation, completed a survey in which he not only rated Trump University’s three-day seminar “excellent” in virtually every category, but went so far as to indicate that he would “attend another Trump University seminar” and even “recommend Trump University seminars to a friend.” When asked how Trump University could improve the seminar, Mr. Cohen’s only suggestion was to “[h]ave lunch sandwiches brought in” and make the lunch break 45 minutes.
Former student Bob Giullo, who has been critical of Trump University in numerous interviews and negative advertisements from my political opponents, also expressed his satisfaction, rating Trump University’s programs “excellent” in every category. When asked how Trump University could improve its programs, Mr. Giullo simply asked that students be provided “more comfortable chairs.”
Indeed, these are just a few of literally thousands of positive surveys, all of which can be viewed online at http://www.98percentapproval.com.
For those students who decided that Trump University’s programs were not for them, the company had a generous refund policy, offering a full refund to any student who asked for their money back within 3 days of signing up for a program or by the end of the first day of any multi-day program, whichever came later.
Normally, legal issues in a civil case would be heard in a neutral environment. However, given my unique circumstances as nominee of the Republican Party and the core issues of my campaign that focus on illegal immigration, jobs and unfair trade, I have concerns as to my ability to receive a fair trial.
I am fighting hard to bring jobs back to the United States. Many companies – like Ford, General Motors, Nabisco, Carrier – are moving production to Mexico. Drugs and illegal immigrants are also pouring across our border. This is bad for all Americans, regardless of their heritage.
Due to what I believe are unfair and mistaken rulings in this case and the Judge’s reported associations with certain professional organizations, questions were raised regarding the Obama appointed Judge’s impartiality. It is a fair question. I hope it is not the case.
While this lawsuit should have been dismissed, it is now scheduled for trial in November. I do not intend to comment on this matter any further. With all of the thousands of people who have given the courses such high marks and accolades, we will win this case!

This Judge actively worked to subvert the immigration laws of the land.

It is clear to me, this judge is the racist! Why would he belong to any ethnic bar association or group of latinos. If white judges or lawyers did this they would be called out on it and labeled racist! The fact that he has “contributed paid money to the Clinton who are one of the most corrupt couples in the world as far as I’m concerned is so biased! To be a part of the racist legal organization this judge is in and targeting Donald Trump is beyond biased! This just shows that with all the corruption going on, we need Donald Trump as President of the United States!

Paul Ryan and McConnell are members of the no spine, no balls association. They are only worried about their cash cow jobs Trump does not need either one of them and as far as that goes he doesn’t even need the republican party. Imagine if you will an Independent ticket Donald Trump/Bernie Sanders, Clinton would not stand a chance. then we could kick the crybabies out of office and put in some red blooded American Veterans and Hard working Americans.

All of these things being the case, Trump should have said “this judge belongs to organizations like La Raza, which have vowed to target my businesses.” The fact that he was Mexican was not the point at all. Trump needs to learn to talk!

Judges should appear to be beyond reproach and should not make donations to either party. They can have their personal opinions but those must remain within and not for the public to know. They will probably be biased but they should not be outwardly supporting a candidate or a candidate’s agenda.

Illegals “by the definition” should not have this in the 1st place, our constitution has laws now against this.
Disrepects the American taxpayer and those waiting to come here “legally”.
