Internecine Politics – Fox News Debate Executive’s Daughter Is Marco Rubio Press Secretary…

Things That Make Other Things Make Sense…

Last week radio talk show host Mark Levin had to reluctantly admit he has a ‘soon-to-be’ step-son working for Senator Ted Cruz. – HERE –  Now, this week comes an even more startling revelation:

Bill Sammon is a Fox News Vice President and in charge of the Fox News debates and questioning.  His daughter, Brooke Sammon, is Marco Rubio’s Press Secretary.

bill sammonbrooke sammon

So how influential is Bill Sammon in the debate formatting?  From a Media Buzz interview with Chris Stirewalt about the debate construction:

HOWARD KURTZ: You’ve been to this rodeo before. How do you and Megyn Kelly and Bret Baier and Chris Wallace go about formulating your questions knowing the candidates are going to try to pivot to their talking points?

CHRIS STIREWALT: Well, the first thing is we have a secret weapon and that is Bill Sammon, who is the best at not only team cohesion and keeping everybody on point about what the point is, but in crafting the questions.

KURTZ: Washington bureau chief.

STIREWALT: Absolutely, he’s a managing editor and a great mind and a great journalist and so that is a big help. [Fox News, #MediaBuzz8/2/15]

The Washington Post also has an outline describing how Bill Sammon is who Chris Stirewalt, Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and Brett Baier directly report to for all debate issues, construction, and question organization.  In essence, Bill Sammon runs the show.

Perhaps that explains this earlier tweet:

Megyn Kelly tweet Stirewalt

This cutesy twitter conversation was based on a preview that Megyn Kelly and Chris Stirewalt were having on her TV show.

The tweet was also transmitted before everyone began finding out about the ambush set-up to target Donald Trump with an inquisition from Muslim Activists, Illegal Alien amnesty activists, and put CAIR front and center in the debate format.  Revealed HERE and HERE.  Bill Sammon calls this attack questioning approach, “Murderboarding“.

In addition, this revelation also explains why Corporate Fox News, driven by owner Rupert Murdoch, has been a staunch Rubio advocate and even went so far as to attempt to assist Rubio with secret meetings to organize Fox broadcasts for the Gang-of-Eight legislative priorities. – SEE HERE

In the hours after the decision by Donald Trump to skip the debate, it certainly looks like he took the wise and prudent path because the Fox Debate was indeed a total set up.

Trump thumbs up

I ask: How many stories would be in the polital news feeds today about Murdoch & his open borders group and about the VP of FOX news having a daughter who’s one of Rubio’s generals, were it not for the candidacy of Donald Trump?

      Zero. That’s how many.

He is exposing frauds everywhere every day just by his presence and actions. That’s why we love him.

The most powerful opinion maker in the Republican establishment bierarchy has been taken on by the GOP frontrunner and the vote results on Monday will show who lost. And it won’t be Trump.

This is just the most educational, eye opening and fun presidential campaign of my lifetime.

Rush has been carrying the water for MK the last couple days, I noticed. His explanation for her nastiness and boorish behavior is that she is so pretty, she has to act that way to be taken seriously. Gag a maggot! She is not pretty. Take away the skanky clothes, gypsy earrings, bleached blonde hair, and all of that makeup leaves a very plain looking woman with a pointy chin. There are women Treepers prettier than her, I guarantee it. She does not even look like a lawyer. At least poor Greta dresses professionally and looks like a lawyer.

The Trump phenomenon has Limbaugh completely flummoxed. More importantly, Trump has exposed Limbaugh’s inner coward. Limbaugh has been ragging on his radio show for years that we needed someone as a leader exactly like Trump, but now that the leader he’s hoped for has appeared Limbaugh doesn’t have the courage to stand up and be counted on to support such a leader. Now we can clearly see that he was always just a bloviator and a bulls**ter at bottom. He’s like every other “personality” who is afraid to risk anything, unlike Trump, who risked everything. I thought Romney showed us his cowardice in the 2012 election cycle; remember how Mr. Limbaugh was really against him and suddenly flipped [after the primaries, IIRC] and urged everyone to vote for him instead of picking out someone more acceptable?

Rush does sound different lately. Lots of almost incoherent babbling, heavy sighs, saying he doesn’t know how to interptret this (what? does that sound like the normal Rush?), thoughts churning in different directions mid-sentence. He’s been a mess lately and it seems to get worse every day.

And today, he said his audience has increased tremendously with so many new listeners. I don’t believe it. I think he is hemorrhaging audience.

    • Tweeted to Trump & Team! Excellent broadcast. He’s got a voice similar to Rick Wiles at TruNews, for a moment I thought it was Rick. But it’s a guy named Todd Reinhardt and he’s quite good, even better and a great listen!

Todd’s got a point: Trump doesn’t need the networks he can just utilize youtube and invite the networks to plug into HIM! Cut out the middle man.

Also talks about how Sean Hannity threatened Trump after Trump refused to do the FOX debate saying “who will have your back in a general election, CNN? MSNBC? Then Todd Reinhardt says if Trump took a mirror to look at his back he’d see a big knife stuck in his back from FOX.

No doubt Todd could replace Levin any day and Todd has a great radio voice, unlike that old crusty lying crow Levin who doesn’t even belong on radio. CAAWWWW CAAAAWWW!

GOP presidential candidates former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, who are participating in the earlier GOP debate on Thursday, say they want to attend GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s event on Thursday night for veterans rather than the primetime GOP debate hosted by Fox News.

Huckabee was asked if he would attend, and the former Baptist minister admitted, “We’ve put in a call to [Trump’s] people and said that I’d be delighted to come.”

Huckabee, who hasn’t heard back, said, “If they say that they would be happy to have me, I’ll be there.”

Santorum also expressed interest in Trump’s event, saying, “After the debate, I’m not going to be doing anything, so, I guess, if it’s a charitable thing for the troops and he invites other people to come, I certainly would attend to support the troops.”

Santorum has not yet received a formal invitation to join.

Both Santorum and Huckabee showed willingness to join Trump at Drake University for the event during an interview on The Laura Ingraham Show.

    2:30 EST UPDATE-

Santorum is now going too, according to the New York Times.
