U.S. Refugees and Terrorism – Minneapolis Edition…

The current discussion about potential refugees and associations with terrorism provides a backdrop for an article via CBS showing that 25% of all American ISIS recruitment comes from refugees who were placed in Minneapolis Minnesota.

potus tweet 2

MINNEAPOLIS Via CBS — A new report by Congress says more than 250 Americans have attempted to join ISIS, and one in four of them is from Minnesota, many of them former refugees.

[…]  Currently, five Somali men from Minnesota accused of trying to join terror group ISIS are awaiting trial.  There are at least 15 other cases being investigated. (read more)

Back in 2014 we shared the story of Abdirahmaan Muhumed who was one of those Somali U.S. refugees who left the U.S. to join ISIS and was killed in Syria.   So it comes as no surprise to see the latest CBS report.

However, the absurd discussion of un-vetted Syrian refugees, and the potential terror risk, also comes only two months after discovery of a federal program to actually pay U.S. Muslim immigrants/refugees not to begin waging Jihad.

[…]  Already, the CVE pilot program has been re-branded with a new name, Building Community Resilience. Luger’s office says it captures the essence of his vision: to keep teens from Minnesota from traveling to the Middle East and blowing themselves up.

Luger says it will do so by providing $216,000 in federal funds – in addition to other local and private support – which will be disbursed to community groups through a grant-making organization.  The social services supported by the funding serve as crime prevention, he contends.  (read more)

So it would appear the Counter Violent Extremism program, paying U.S. refugees not to wage jihad, *cough* “Crime Prevention” *cough*, is not quite as effective as the administration would prefer.

Go figure.

The wheelguns work jes fine, only reason I sstopped carrying my old shorty as a backup was a NYC case that made single-action pistols a li9ability. A solid hit by any wheelgun is still better than a clean miss by any whiz-bang 21st century auto.

The Refugee Council USA, which represents numerous refugee agencies, must be pretty powerful. On September 9th they sent Obama this letter ( http://tinyurl.com/jtnnuja ) asking him to increase the refugee total from 70,000 to 200,000 and a week later he tweets about it. Just like that.

    • Interesting. But the way the Obama-world works, is generally that orders come from the top, and then “requests” come from the people who were asked to request. So I will bet that feelers came from up top, asking how many more they could process, and that a request was requested.

Yeah, and I predicted how many before Obama openly started welcoming them in? UN High Commissioner of Refugees let the word out early but his figures were lower than what Emir Barry started to pump them up to. I’d like to be able to find some paperwork that would say whether the UN Comm’s figures were a kite to see how the US population would act to having over 20 brigades of potentially jihadi-encrusted immigrants brought in or whether he floated the number and the POtuS, after asking around to see if ISIS would CAIR enough to send the very best, decided to up the number himself. What better way to give the nation the finger as his butt goes out the door?
Y’all just give up them self defense means, stop insulting them by openly wearing/displaying non-Moslem religious items and realize that their violent blood-letting is just a reaction (Moslem rage) to over 400 years of cultural and socioeconomic oppression (hmmmmmm – where have I heard that before???). There will be some regrettable casualties of the potential peace for some indeterminate time to come but the end justifies the means and it’s allllllll gfor the greater good.

There were books years ago – first one that comes to mind and hand is: ‘While Europe Slept’. Next on teh shelf is ‘Surrender: appeasing Islam and sacrificing freedom’ and next to it is: ‘Londonistan: How Britain is Creating a Terror State Within’. I have more but they’re farther down the shelf. People don’t want to hear about it, it causes them headaches as it interferes with their personal pleasures, causes chaffing where reality bumps up against their PC teachings, and they think there’s nothing they can do about it. A lot like abortion.
Think WW II – if FDR hadn’t helped save England from German invasion and occupation we’d have had a helluva time invading mainland Europe to save it. Islamics and their supporters have learned their lessons, they nail Europe’s coffin shut while infiltrating their 5th column into the US. By the time they spring their trap here there’ll be no place to go but to your local mosque to say the words an drink the Kool-Aid or to the front.

BTW, I was with in II Corps fro Tet ’68, in Qui Nhon when it started. Truth is that Tet 68 was a resounding loss for the VC, it destroyed them as an effective fighting force, and it so badly damaged the NVA that it took them a long time to get back to speed. The US was taken back but we knew it was coming and many places and prepared (e.g., Tiger Town in Qui Nhon) – the shock was heavily due to a lot of commanders failing tpo prepare.
The Moslems want a Tet redux, fine, bring it on, and until we get a latter day Walter Cronkite to misrepresent the facts they’ll get the same the VC/NVA got.

        • Excellent example. The communists are rather ingenious. They not only figured out how to hide their endpoints (people), but also how to conceal active processes within what is nominally democratic structure and function. If there were still any experts in communism at the FBI, they would absolutely revel in all the information learned from Obama. Basically a shadow non-democratic process within the democratic process. Part of why he seems so disconnected from normal processes is that they’re way down on his priority list. His daily activities are basically just cover.

One of their tricks for doing this is securing endpoints, meaning people. Nodes. Endpoints / nodes don’t have to be true believers – just people who follow orders and do as they’re told. They are just dumb relays. They’re like network hubs, not computers. Not even routers. Hubs. They’re typically people who have discoverable dirt, or who can be made dirty. If you ever notice a lot of people with sketchiness being put into the decision chain, and honest people being marginalized, then you’ve just discovered active infiltration.

“Diversity hiring” had a secondary reason from our point of view, but a primary reason to the communists – bringing in people with loyalties outside the system. You don’t need everybody – you just need enough. One of the things that really angers me is that they use diversity – which is supposed to be a good thing (and which could be a good thing), to do a bad thing – subverting the very processes and organizations that are supposed to benefit from diversity.

Think about that. The communists claim that things are non-democratic because some mysterious bias (which is probably just historical legacy, but whatever) made something non-diverse. They use cultural agitation to force people to consciously change hiring processes and leadership to install people who are NOT loyal to the primary function or goals of the organization, but rather to tribalism, skin color, religion, whatever. Then these people can be actively managed by their outside loyalties, which essentially sabotages the system and makes it non-democratic.

McCarthy and people of his era saw all this stuff. Sadly, they lost the battle on communist flagging to the cultural Marxists. But I think Obama has shown us that profiling communists is not only a good idea, but essential.

Personally, I don’t care about hiring some communist actor. What I care about is hiring communist managers, directors, editors, etc. They are basically societal saboteurs. There doesn’t need to be a secret black list. There needs to be total public transparency on communist membership, so organizations can decide if they can afford to bring in fundamentally disloyal people. People who are more loyal to hidden agendas, than they are to basic organizational goals.

Basically, people like the Obama administration.

I can’t really talk about work, but I can tell you that I used the principle in some beautiful software. It’s interesting that it’s a feature in the universe, but it descends from a principle that a pastor once told me about why Satan exists. In an odd way, when Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer, he did it because God wanted him to.

I am thankful that God allowed me to see these things, but only after I admitted that I was a sinner. That’s part of the beauty of the universe, too.

That said, I have been driving south on I-81 of late early in morning while it is still dark
and have noticed some really big planes heading NE towards HBG.

There is a Lutheran center near me that had previously wanted to take SA border jumper illegals. I will drive over today and do a little recon. If anyone knows of a large Catholic charity location in Harrisburg area I would be happy to check that out as well.

Having spent considerable time flying I/O and working at ABE I suspect it would be possible to move passengers on putative “cargo” flights from the UPS terminal onto buses in that area as it hasn’t much incidental traffic late nite. But it would still take “a little help from my friends” to secure the UPS terminal and access.

The Whitehall area demographic has been changing TBS, and the last time I visited the Apple Store in the Whitehall mall I wasn’t too comfortable, even in daylight. Now if the “gubbmint” runs these types thru the “Kids Peace” facility ( its nearby, but somewhat remotely located, adjacent to LCCC campus), its probable no one in Lehigh County would notice . And if a book gets published with no black characters in it or no LBGT in it, then the author is to be shunned. Never mind if it’s a good story. You either promote their agenda in your art, or you are against them, and must therefore be destroyed by them.

They took the churches, the universities, YMCA, YWCA, Boy Scouts is being taken, a little at a time. Girl Scouts was conquered more than a decade ago. They took NASA, fer cryin’ out loud. They forced a guy who spent twenty years of his life, preparing to land a spacecraft on a comet, to retire, after he did it, because he wore a t-shirt with anime girls on it at the press conference. This man formerly held a very good job with a company (could it have been UPS?) and earned a very high income, but his pharmaceutical needs were still higher than his income.

Additionally, I’ve known two women with serious weight and back pain issues, addicted to prescription pain meds. Also married to Middle Eastern immigrant men for at least 5 years (before the marriages broke apart and, presumably, the immigration status of the ex-husbands was already solid)

Prenanny, many months ago I read an inspiring story about a man who has founded a ministry in Knoxville, TN to help people with addiction issues (many of whom become homeless).

Now that you mention UPS, I recall that this man had worked for either FedEx or UPS earlier in his life and had a highpaying job — which still did not pay him enough to cover the costs of his addiction, which eventually made him homeless. I wish I could find the link.

This is one of the arguments for openness about drug addiction; if the prices of drugs drop and people confront the addiction openly (as with alcohol addiction) it may be easier to recognize the problem in public. We apparently have many desperate, addicted people not just on the streets, but also in positions of corporate/political/charitable power.

Interesting how many governors have ‘not welcomed’ other major Federal pushes over the decades and how little it all really means. I’ll be more interested when these ‘not welcome’ states start passing laws preventing them from being dumped in their laps, exerting their 10th Amendment rights. After all, where in the Constitution does it give the Federal government the power to physically dump unwelcome immigrants into states? Of course this would end up in the Supreme Court, probably just what many state political types want as then the immigrant flood blame would slosh back on to the Feds.
I’m waiting to see how this unfamiliar feeling of standing up the the Federal sugar daddy sits with so many state governors and legislatures and how long they can keep it up before the threat of having to do without some Federal funds makes them cave like wet politicians.

The Obama administration actually now claims that they have ended veteran homelessness. I forget their exact term, but they claim they’ve ended “functional homelessness” (or something like that). I believe their definition is that they are able to find shelter for every homeless get within 30 days. NPR did a story about it perhaps 2-3 months ago. It focused on New Orleans as being the final city to meet their definition.

As I’ve posted a number of times before, my father (who stayed in from WW II thru Vietnam) and his WW II buds all told me from the time I was old enough to sit on a stool in the NCO Club and see over the bar, if you enlist don’t expect anything from the government or people you defend other than a regular ration of **** and two checks a month. note: If not paid they would go all jihadi and kill you.

Jews and Christians living under early Muslim rule were considered dhimmis, a status that was later also extended to other non-Muslims like Hindus.

It is a planned slow motion genocide. I can come up with no other explanation but that globalists and progressives are replacing “difficult” resistant populations who cost too much, talk back, and are quite frankly too intelligent with the hordes who aren’t. Elites have always been afraid of and hated anyone who gives them what they consider “unfair” competition or expect equality. They actually think they are going to “lead” them. The hordes invading Europe are among the least intelligent, least educated, and natively criminal on earth. Germany is finding that not only are the “refugees” not qualified to do any kind of work but they are not willing to do so either. The same here with the cartels and violent immoral throngs from south of the border. Are all of them criminals. No but they tolerate them and are kept in line by the psychos and sociopaths. Moving the third world into the first world is a way of breaking the first world and fairly fast. The open borders elites are advocating genocide.

NWO was all about population control some years back. One way to lower population is to have wars. But recent wars are, for westerners, “over there” somewhere. Populations are protected in “over there” wars, so NWO finds it necessary to bring war to the west.
A bonus for them is wiping out races, through the rape of women that coincides with wars. This isn’t just about white people, Asians and blacks would not be spared. So they get a two-for-one deal with bringing in jihadis. After the required number are killed and the required number of rape pregnancies are accomplished, the NWO elites will send in a hero-type to wipe out the warring forces and “bring peace” back. Thus ensuring their new peasantry/slaves will follow their lead into NWO plans, and produce whatever needs producing for the newest physicians, merchants, scribes, priests, lords, ladies, princes, princesses, Kings, queens and courtiers. Feudalism returns with a brand new different set of made up words.

Northern New Jersey Draws Probers’ Eyes
    September 18, 2001

In October 1995, Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, an Egyptian cleric who delivered fiery sermons at a run-down mosque in Jersey City, was convicted of directing the conspiracy to blow up the United Nations, an FBI building, and three bridges and tunnels linking New York and New Jersey.
He was also convicted of being part of a plot to kill Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Sayyid Nosair of Jersey City and Cliffside Park was also charged in the 1990 killing of Rabbi Meir Kahane in Manhattan.

The Kahane murder was the beginning of a series of militant acts by the Muslim cell that was encouraged by Abdel-Rahman, the group’s spiritual leader.

“The area in and around Jersey City has provided individuals in the past who were bent on terrorism. So I am sure that area is of great interest to investigators right now,” said James K. Kallstrom, the former head of the FBI’s New York office. “They are not knocking down any straw men at this point. I think now is the time when the broad spectrum of possibilities has to be looked at.”

In Jersey City, an urban enclave of 240,055 people that is home to one of the largest Arab populations among U.S. cities, members of that Middle Eastern community said they are being unfairly targeted and misunderstood by the FBI.

Here you can see your own church’s organizational ties are all for bringing in Syrian refugees and they do it not out of “love for neighbor”, but out of “love for money.” Jesus warned you cannot serve God and mammon. But they went for mammon anyway, and guilt their congregations with submission by cherry picking Bible verses and never talking about others. The submission they enforce is not to God and Jesus, though, it is just to greed i.e.:Satan.

I live in Minneapolis, but I’m not sure I have any particular insight. The Somalis mostly keep to themselves. A lot of their young women work in retail. Clothing stores, I mean. I never see them (male or female) work in restaurants. The young guys play basketball at the Y, but mostly with each other, not with outsiders. About ten years ago there were often fistfights between Somali kids and African American kids at some of the high schools, but that hasn’t happened lately. The Somalis don’t integrate much, but I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. I wouldn’t want them trying to convert ostensibly Christian kids. Sometimes they claim there are only 25,000 Somalis in MN, but that’s clearly an undercount. 100,000 seems about right. We certainly don’t need any more Muslims here. There are Arabs in NE Minneapolis. I think they’re genetically incapable of smiling.

When they steal 5.6 million of those irrevocable biometric identifiers from U.S. federal employees—many with secret clearances—well, that’s very bad.

On Wednesday, the Office of Personnel Management admitted that the number of federal employees’ fingerprints compromised in the massive breach of its servers revealed over the summer has grown from 1.1 million to 5.6 million. OPM, which serves as a sort of human resources department for the federal government, didn’t respond to WIRED’s request for comment on who exactly those fingerprints belong to within the federal government. But OPM had previously confirmed that the data of 21.5 million federal employees was potentially compromised by the hack—which likely originated in China—and that those victims included intelligence and military employees with security clearances.”–from wired.com

I keep thinking about Oak Park IL, a suburb of Chicago. They have a very carefully implemented integration program for blacks who want to rent apartments in that city. The city actually distributes them evenly so that there aren’t concentrations of them. (In order to not offend the delicate sensibilities of the BGI, they have to do the same thing with whites too.) Oak Park is very eager to retain is status of affluence, and they know if they allow concentrations of blacks to take over sections of the city, the affluent people will move out and the city will crumble. It’s a very nice city, it has some of the finest Frank Lloyd Wright homes and also other homes of architectural importance. The streets are lined with big beautiful trees, many of the homes are brick or stucco, most from the early 1900’s … it’s a lovely place. I can see why they want to be careful.

We should have done this with the refugees. Scatter them throughout the US, and I would add make them stay put for 3 years.

    • We should have done this with the refugees. Scatter them throughout the US…

Well, that sounds good on paper, but it ignores the reality that, among the “refugees”, there is an embedded jihadist element that WILL find ways to not only communicate with one another, but will also organize cells in whatever area they are sent to.

This is the same lesson that our prison systems learned when they tried to “Break” a notorious prison gang (that had sprung up in one prison) by farming out its member to other institutions. Instead of crushing their organization, it actually accelerated its growth, and allowed it to spread like a cancer throughout the entire prison system.

IMO, if we can’t refuse to accept all of the “refugees” then we should insist that they be “contained” in specific areas from which they are not allowed to leave. Some might call this arrangement an “Internment Camp” but I prefer to call it a “Safe Space”.

He’s had a raving interest in the Beslan school incident (now there’s an oldie) since the day it happened. He tried to get the department talking heads interested in preparing for it but it looked until they could find a way to spin it so that it wouldn’t look like one particular religious group that has fingers in a number of local pies and it wouldn’t scare the public there was zero interest. Seeing as how the department’s stretched just trying to male sure tourists don’t become moving targets in the local shooting gallery, among other major internal problems, this one went right up on the shelf. The city’s not touching that ‘school shooting’ thing either, especially since the number of brazen school shootings has dropped since the OK Coral days of the 80s/90s.
Now that we’re getting groups of experienced Jihadis wholesale dumped into our midst let’s see how long it takes for Beslan-type incidents to occur here. They only need a few folks, not a battalion, and they know where to hit us to draw the greatest emotional response. the SWAT are trained to deal with various hostage situations, mostly involving folks who are mentally challenged, drunk, the usual stuff. How many are trained and can effectively deal with dedicated and calculating terrs who are planning on not coming out alive? How many departments are trained to deal with a situation like this where they’ll get wrung over the political coals regardless of how they treat the situation? Do they go in and risk a massacre or do they try to sit it out and negotiate and risk a massacre? Do they do wha6t they’re trained to o or will they be micromanaged by pols who look to how it will effect their careers before they look to how the situation will effect the active participants? As it’s going to be a very newsy and political event to what extent with the Feds get involved and further muddy the operational waters?
But, citizens, we have nothing to worry about as so many governors have voiced stiff opposition to the Fed’s plans to turn their states into FSA R&R zones.

What needs to happen is to match any action’s or inaction’s “effect on their political careers” with the effect on the immediately involved populace. So for a Beslan-type incident, those who failed to vet school staff who turned jihadi and who opposed adequate, armed, networked, and trained security for schools would be charged and tried as principals or at least accessories to the terror crimes committed. Alternatively, a little vigilante justice could make similarly situated pols sit up and take notice. Hopefully, or more to the point, prayerfully, it won’t come to that.

Islam is not just a religion, its also a strong political and judicial system.

So yes our constitution protect the freedom of religion, but not the freedom of moral corruption in the name of a religion.

This is Islam : “Sharia law is the law of god and superseded the law of man”
This is why ZERO muslim refugee should be allowed on US soil under this political pretext,
and we should label Islam, not as a protected religion, but consider it as dangerous oppressive cult with a subversive political agenda.

The common thread for nearly all terrorist attack around the world is a singularity : Islam
Since 9/11 , muslim committed over 19,000 jihad terror attacks in the name of allah.

Islam is radical by definition. You cannot read the teaching of mohamed and sharia laws and think “This is moderate”…
