Wolverine Report: Border Patrol Agents Threatened To Defy Orders and Stand Down If DHS Used Force On Murrieta Protesters…

We’ve been saying for two weeks that President Obama has a weak hand as he promotes his plan to deal with his own manufactured “border crisis”.   Quite simply the entire administration is on the wrong side of the people.

This recent report from the Border Patrol not only confirms this perspective, but further outlines how stark and contrasting is the opposition to illegal immigration.

CALIFORNIA – In an exclusive expose regarding the immigration standoff in Murrieta, California, it was revealed by a confidential informant inside the Murrieta U.S. Border Patrol facility that the real reason busses stopped delivering illegal immigrants was due to a virtual mutiny within the U.S. Border Patrol ranks.

illegal alien 9Guerilla Media Network investigative journalists conducted a recorded telephone interview with a highly credible and prominent Murrieta community leader on Sunday July 14, 2014 when it was revealed that frontline U.S. Border Patrol agents threatened to stand down if the Department of Homeland Security executed a plan to use force upon protesters if they impeded buses transporting undocumented immigrants into the Murrieta processing facility.

“Most of the Border Patrol agents here at this facility are residents of Murrieta, and when they found out that the DHS was going to come in with riot gear, the agents declared that they would not obey any unlawful orders which violate the Constitutional rights of peaceful protesters.” said the informant.

“Our contact inside the U.S. Border Patrol told us that we do not even realize how impactful the protest was….it was a shot heard around the world….all the way back to Guatemala; Mexico, and not just the U.S. Government….the influx of immigrants coming over the border has decreased from 1500 per day down to 800 per day…cut almost in half as a direct result of what we’ve done.”

The front line U.S. Border Patrol agents are essentially refusing to perform any unconstitutional act upon the protesters, and they let their intentions be known to their superiors.

uac poll

As a result, the Department of Homeland Security could not proceed with delivery of another busload of illegal immigrants to Murrieta due to the lack of support by Murrieta Police Officers, as well as Border Patrol Agents who are steadfast in upholding their oath to defend and support the Constitution of the United States.

On June 23, 2014, local residents of Murrieta California express their will to prohibit the U.S. Government’s lawless policy of transporting and dumping immigrants who are being allowed into the United States without proper documentation to verify they do not have a known criminal history; processing immigrants without proper medical screening; accepting busloads of immigrants at overcrowded facilities without regard to capacity, as well as dumping of unlawfully admitted immigrants in communities all over the United States.  (read more)

This has to be playing with Obama’s mind to a large extent. Not all law enforcement will side with him against patriot Americans. WOLVERINES!!!!

Shayn Roby’s Take: In the sinister mind of Barack Obama and the tyrannical Democrats, perhaps allowing hoards of people into the nation who wouldn’t be so reluctant to pull the trigger if asked to use force against American citizen protesters is Exhibit A for why they would let so many illegal aliens into the country in the first place. At the rate that illegal aliens are being permitted to cross, perhaps it wouldn’t take too long to amass a foreign force of mercenaries that are not so loyal to the Constitution of the United States of America. If one questions the loyalty of the Democrats, one need look no further than their congratulating convicted voter fraud felon Melowese Richardson with a “Welcome Home” hug from Al Sharpton at a recent Cincinnati National Action Network gathering.

Although the protesters in Marietta accomplished a lot for all American’s, this disturbing article reminds us of what Obama has the ability to do with permission from no one & is in fact contemplating, through executive order.

“SESSIONS WARNS ALL OF CONGRESS: OBAMA’S NEW IMMIGRATION STRATEGY ‘THREATENS FOUNDATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC”

Senate Budget Committee ranking member Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) has warned all of his colleagues in Congress that President Barack Obama’s new immigration strategy—his plans to legalize millions of illegal alien adults through executive power—could destroy America as we know it.

(letter hand delivered to 535 members of Congress)

Sessions cites a recent report from the National Journal, in which reporter Major Garrett detailed how, despite the ongoing crisis at the border, Obama plans to legalize anywhere from five to six million illegal alien adults in much the same way he did for illegal alien minors through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in summer 2012.

The action the President is reportedly contemplating would be a nullification of the Immigration and National Act by the Executive Branch of government. Indeed, it would be an executive nullification of our borders as an enforceable national boundary. By declaring whole classes of illegal immigrants beyond the reach of the law, it would remove the moral authority needed to enforce any immigration law, creating the very open-borders policy explicitly rejected by Congress and the people. And it would guarantee that the current illegal immigration disaster would only further worsen and destabilize.

    http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/07/14/EXCLUSIVE-Sessions-Warns-All-Of-Congress-Obama-s-New-Immigration-Strategy-Threatens-Foundation-Of-Our-Constitutional-Republic

If Obama legalizes 5-6 million illegal alien adults w/the stroke of his pen in an executive order, the newly legalized through executive order Hispanics IMMEDIATELY register to vote Democratic, after all, Obama would be their savior. Hispanics legally registered to vote is 8.5 million, add another 5 or 6 million newly legal Hispanic adults that will register to vote & the Hispanics have a huge voting block. I was shocked at how quickly Obama backed off quick deportations for the new influx of illegals/kids because he had “upset” Hispanics/Hispanic advocates.

This is a nightmare w/no end in sight, Obama is not pursuing what’s best for America, but what’s best for himself politically & the Democratic party because all the children he hopes will remain, will eventually too become Democratic voters. I can’t understand WHY Obama has chosen this battle w/consequences to so many taxpayers over a border he was too spineless to even visit.

I remain concerned there is no shining star at this time for the Republicans that is electable at this time, I am hoping someone emerges. I like Rick Perry a lot, he gets it on the problems w/immigration & challenges the White House, but as we’ve seen w/Obama, when an experienced President such as Obama has little experience in anything, he’s has made a mess of foreign policy. A Republican President will need imo, a strong understanding of immigration & the consequences of open borders to the taxpayers & an understanding of foreign policy which is the biggest mess now that Obama has been in office.

Meanwhile, if American children get sick from contagious diseases brought here by the illegal male teenagers aka Mexican chirren, good luck with Obamacare services.

It becomes quite clear the battlelines are poor or middle-class American children (blacks included to a larger extent) or Mexican children. Americans pay into the tax system so that their own children and grandchildren are harmed while another set of foreign children are pampered. There is very little to discuss and defend against mass illegal migration when we state this fact.

It has come down to treason by Obama on a mass scale for public awareness, one that cannot be ignored. He played the children for pity excuse. Let’s play the children too. Two can play this game.

P.Spinach ~ as someone that worked in the Public school system, the illegal kids can’t enter into any Public school without the required vaccinations. My concern, due to the various ages of all the kids, which many are teenagers, many have already missed the vaccinations that are given at young ages, I don’t know that the early vaccinations are given to teenagers that have never had any vaccinations.

This link shows what each State requires for entrance into their public schools by any student:
        http://www.immunizationinfo.org/vaccines/state-requirements

Kids in public school in America are sent home for: conjunctivitis (pink eye which is highly contagious,) lice/ring worms (contagious), running a fever which means the child is sick/could be contagious & can’t re-enter until the fever is gone, /lice is proven to be gone, or with a physician’s clearance that a child has been treated for ring worm & is no longer contagious. (I caught ring worms from an infected child once.) TB/scabies are very rare for American children.

My question is: WILL the illegal kids even be checked for possible diseases such as: HIV/aids/Hepatitus A/B/C or TB? If illegal kids claim (imo, they will be prepped to claim this excuse because it guarantees they can stay in the US,) they were part of the sex trafficking industry which imo many will since that would guarantee they could stay they have to be tested. School system employees can be infected if precautions aren’t taken? Will these kids ALL be tested for ALL possible transmitted diseases? imo, that should be a requirement for admittance, some of the test are very expensive, but hey, the taxpayers are apparently a bottomless pit to pay for all the needs of illegals.

imho ~ Remember Kent State & unarmed college Protesters?

      Kent State Protesters:
The Kent State shootings (also known as the May 4 massacre or the Kent State massacre) occurred at Kent State University in the US city of Kent, Ohio, and involved the shooting of unarmed college students by the Ohio National Guard on Monday, May 4, 1970. The guardsmen fired 67 rounds over a period of 13 seconds, killing four students and wounding nine others, one of whom suffered permanent paralysis.

There was a significant national response to the shootings: hundreds of universities, colleges, and high schools closed throughout the United States due to a student strike of four million students, and the event further affected public opinion—at an already socially contentious time—over the role of the United States in the Vietnam War.

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kent_State_shootings

Hence, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Americans have the right to protest peacefully, imo, the flooding of our borders by illegals is not popular w/many American’s Nationally, Obama/grunts can’t risk hurting unarmed protesters like they did at Kent State. America hasn’t forgotten that tragedy, at least for those of us old enough to remember from our youth, if peaceful unarmed protesters were hurt, Protesters across America could respond Nationally against the Democrat in the 2014 Nov. election.

We’re 3-0, now, in Murietta, at Bundy’s, and against the National Park/Memorial barricades. All were won merely by showing up, refusing to go away, and when threatened with violence, calling their bluff.

Twice now, the Obama regime has brought in actual troops prepared to use lethal force against civilians, and were absolutely and thoroughly rebuffed without a shot fired. The third time, they never even deployed the troops.

Wolverines, we ARE WINNING! We’re on the march!. Each time we succeed, we make success more and more likely, and make it more and more difficult for the lawless, illegal Feds to exert force upon us. We are illustrating the Emperor has no clothes.

We can never again make the mistake of believe we can elect someone to defend our rights for us. The reality of the law of nature is those that do not defend themselves shall not be defended.

We simply must become more active, locally as well as nationally. We have now learned the opportunity cost for not being involved is high. It is too high to forsake, even though it will necessitate other opportunity costs elsewhere in our lives. We will not be able to devote as much time to private, free enterprise. We won’t be able to work as demanding of jobs. It may be that our bank accounts get smaller, our houses get smaller, our cars get smaller. These are the trade-offs we are faced with. Liberty is never free, even when it is not paid for in blood.

If we are truly lucky, then we may be able to pay for our liberty without blood, but not without sacrifice. It will become our choice. We must make an act of the will, with our entire being, body, heart, mind, and soul. We must be willing to pay any price, and bear any burden. Failure to make that commitment entirely will result in the loss of our freedoms, liberties, and rights.

Taxpayers must have some kind of Constitutional right to refuse taxes when the government has become overtly and outright corrupt. There must be some way to continue to fund the necessary services such as border control and defense while blocking spending on frivolous, Obama’s spite-filled or pork-barrel type projects. If Americans can unite as the border control did en masse to peacefully object paying taxes into Obama’s Slush Fund, then he can be brought to a halt. Even removed or incapacitated by majority rule simply because a $ is a vote.

I have struggled with the nexus of messages from Isaiah 9:6 and Luke 4:5-6, knowing that for a Christian we are not supposed as a first inclination to simply silence evil men by assassinating them, but to leave their judgement to the Lord, to leave it to the Lord in the “final harvest” to separate the wheat from the tares that the enemy came in night and sowed with weeds what is a field that had been planted with good seed by its owner.
My only “gray area” here is what should the owner of the field sown with good seed do with the enemy he catches in the act …not after the fact….but early enough so that an intervention can be done by force. Shouldn’t common sense apply, or is the field owner supposed to just say “Oh well, I would like to intervene and stop the enemy, but this enemy sabotaging my work might be just playing his part in God’s great plan”. It is a mystery for me what may be the greater plan, but my instinctive inclination is to play it safe by applying a guardian kind of logic to what I don’t understand, and destroy the perceived threat just to be on the safe side. When I don’t really know what to do I go with my instincts. It seems like the good shepherd seeing a lion lurking to attack his sheep would not marvel at the presence of the lion as if its intent was a mystery or consider it may be a part of God’s greater plan for the lion to make a meal of the flock, but that the good shepherd would intervene and stop the lion. I think we have a government that is operating like the enemy who comes in the night and sabotages a field already sown with good seed, and I think we have a government that lurks like a lion, instead of acting as a good shepherd. And when I see such things, it isn’t the color of the enemy’s skin that is important to me but it is what evil the enemy is doing. And I think that anger can be righteous and so can even violent intervention done to stop evil from doing what it intends or is already doing. I don’t think it violates any Christian duty to see evil for what it is and to deliver whatever force it takes to stop it, whether that can be accomplished by peaceful protest, or whether the mission requires more assertiveness that is not peaceful at all. I think events can come to a place where in that limited current scheme of things, the good shepherd chooses doing their duty or the cowardly shirker chooses what indifference identifies themselves while the lion eats.
