Alarming to YOU, but not necessarily to the White House fundraising team headed to Palm Springs.

Against the videos of thousands of Iraqi troops being road-marched by ISIS islamists fighters, new reports outline 1,700 of them may have ended with a mass execution:

Additionally WND is reporting the U.S. security contractors in Baland Air Force Base are surrounded by thousands of the islamists and are fighting them amid the chaos.

About 200 Americans under contract with the Department of Defense at Balad Air Force Base in Iraq are trapped by the al-Qaida-inspired jihadists who have seized control of two cities and are now threatening Baghdad, according to WND sources.

The sources, private contractors who have recently returned to the U.S. from Iraq, said Friday their former colleagues effectively have been abandoned by the U.S. military and are fighting for their lives against an army of jihadists surrounding the base who belong to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.

The U.S. contractors are at Balad to help the Pentagon prepare the facilities for the delivery of the F-16 aircraft the Obama administration has agreed to provide the Iraqi government.

The surrounded Americans said they currently are under ISIS fire from small arms, AK47s, and rocket propelled grenades, or RPGs.

The contractors so far have been able to hold the base, but those on the scene reported it was only a matter of time before the ISIS terrorists succeed in breaking through the perimeter. (continue reading)

OH, HOW QUICKLY WE FORGET – People only need to remember what happened in Northern Mali (2013) when Moktar Belmoktar took over the natural gas plant in Algeria.

Around 30 foreigners – including American, British, French, Japanese, Norwegian and Romanian citizens – were  among those missing or confirmed dead after the siege, one of the worst international hostage crises in decades.

President Obama’s response? (((Crickets)))

The U.S. media totally obfuscated ignored those American deaths.  They too were contractors and, like the recent events in Iraq, they were considered collateral damage to a foreign policy of disengagement.

barack-obama-denis-mcdonough-2008- the fixerMost people are stuck in a pre-Obama paradigm when analyzing events.

People mistakenly think the President thinks these types of international issues are BIG DEALS. Obama does not think that way.

Obama thinks just like Tom Friedman.

The administration’s goal is to LOOK LIKE they give a damn – that way people think they are of the same mindset as themselves – but inside the ideology is completely different.

They simply don’t hold the same level of concern in the way that non-fundamentally changed American’s do.

Again, I remind everyone:

Denis McDonough was not selected by President Obama because of McDonough’s ability to advise the President accurately on National Security and Foreign Policy.

McDonough was hired to advise the President – and to help him control domestic perception of National Security and Foreign Policy.

Every action, and every choice within the consideration of such action, is politically considered first with the goal to maintain an outward appearance people are comfortable with – while behind closed doors you approach issues in an entirely different manner.

That is why the consequential outcomes do not align with the spoken words and optics.

Don’t listen to what they say – look at what they do.

What they do speaks so loudly, when you see it you lose your ability to actually hear a word they’re saying.
