A Truth Averse Media Will Drop Zimmerman Soon – Eric Holder Has Already Made That Decision, He’s Just Saving Face For “My People”

Obama rose garden holderFirst, to address Eric Holder’s comments today:

[…] Independent of the legal determination that will be made, I believe that this tragedy provides yet another opportunity for our nation to speak honestly about the complicated and emotionally-charged issues that this case has raised. We must not – as we have too often in the past – let this opportunity pass.

[…] Moreover, I want to assure you that the Department will continue to act in a manner that is consistent with the facts and the law. We are committed to standing with the people of Sanford, with the individuals and families affected by this incident, and with our state and local partners in order to alleviate tensions, address community concerns, and promote healing. We are determined to meet division and confusion with understanding and compassion – and also with truth.

(link- his comments continue)

“Determined to meet division … with truth” Really? This is the type of comment you see associated with political pandering. Eric Holder already knows the truth, the FBI spent tens of thousands of hours looking for any evidence of racism in the Zimmerman case. None exists.

Such was their own conclusion. Yet, because it helps the prosecution position they kept the FBI Zimmerman file/case open. Kept open only so the Defense Team could not use the findings in the defense evidence of innocence.

Obama HolderWhat Holder is doing now is merely trying to provide a face saving distraction, an avoidance of sorts, so that he does not have to deliver the bitter pill of truth, yet. The crowd of his placation is not yet willing to accept the truth, they may never.

Simultaneous to this avoidance you have the face of the media trying desperately to keep a consuming public in the dark.  Avoiding the discovery of their agenda driven reporting is also a face-saving measure for them.

Two weeks before the shooting George Zimmerman, a socially liberal democrat who voted for President Obama, was working on the root causes of black teen violence. He, along with his wife Shellie, was mentoring fatherless black children who society has characterized as “at risk”.  George and Shellie were working on the root causes of risk for minorities, no leadership.

Meanwhile, in Miami Gardens the Miami-Dade School Police Department was trying to find ways to stop Trayvon Martin from engaging in unlawful behavior. In Miami-Dade they were trying to address the consequences for young black males who never encountered a strong role model. Their chosen method of addressing the issue was to hide the behavior behind diversionary practices designed to avoid contact with the criminal justice system.

Bondi - CarvalhoCharles+Hurley+Mass+Held+Commemorating+Sept+lmV8IXDVXZ-l

In Miami-Dade, instead of leadership they were using legal manipulations like FERPA and HIPAA laws to conceal statistics of school-aged youth violence.  They were Baker Acting kids by the hundreds.  During Trayvon Martin’s Junior year, at the time of his suspension, the M-DSPD had already Baker-Acted 900 students through diversionary programs and the use of Crisis Intervention Teams.

Eventually Chief Hurley was fired.   However, he was only following orders.  The politically connected Alberto Carvalho, who was giving those orders, remains.

What they did in Miami-Dade deserves the full scrutiny of Eric Holder and the Federal Department of Justice because as sworn officers of the law they were falsifying documents to hide illegal behavior. But Attorney General Holder will never go to that root because it is: a.) too uncomfortable. and b.) would mean he would actually have to engage investigation of School Board Superintendent Alberto Carvalho; A staunch Democrat with strong and close ties to the White House.

The story of how District Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, and his assigned M-DSPD police Chief Charles Hurley, pressured school resource officers will probably never reach the full disinfecting sunlight. As the media trail hones in on that story, it will be avoided like the plague.   But we have written about it exhaustively.

Krop Senior High School Resource Officer Daryl Dunn, intentionally lied. Understand what I am saying here, he did not misreport, he lied; Well before Trayvon encountered George Zimmerman  the school officer lied by falsifying official police documents, such as arrest and incident reports, to hide Trayvon’s behavior.

Trayvon was found with stolen jewelry in school and a burglary tool. That was hidden, and the reporting falsified to put the stolen merchandise, taken from Trayvon’s back pack, in the property room of the M-DPD as “found items”. As if it was found in the parking lot. Trayvon was suspended from school, but avoided criminal investigation.

Then merely days before Trayvon was sent on a bus to Sanford, he was again caught in school with illegal items. Only this time it was with a marijuana pipe and the accompanying baggie of dope in his backpack. SRO Dunn used the same falsification process to avoid the criminality of behavior. He took the items, wrote them up as “found”, transferred them to police department evidence, and the school administration suspended Trayvon for 10 days. The third time in a half-completed school year.

Does the TRUTH fit the narrative of Trayvon Martin? Not even close. That is why the media will drop the story soon, because the TRUTH is too painful to admit.

George Zimmerman was preventing “at risk” black kids from engaging in behavior that would harm them; Meanwhile, in Miami, Alberto Carvalho, and Police Chief Charles Hurley were facilitating a continuation of the exact behavior.

There is a profound irony in this story. One far too painful for Eric Holder or The media to accept.

*The citations for all items in this post all stem from sworn affidavits within the Miami-Dade School Police Department, and they can be found in the Freedom Of Information Act [FOIA] documents we have uploaded HERE.   They are free – But you will not see the media jumping to report on them.

We know George’s character. SD in the future would you compile a post of George’s good acts i.e. comforting and assisting a young mother who was the victim of a break in etc. We don’t need to turn George into a hero but we need to embrace his true character and IMO put it in an organized post. That is some sunlight I would love to spread for awhile. I know I come off sometime and this is my failing as only attacking the scheme team. There may be a thread of this nature if there is could you please provide a link.

I am of the opinion the prosecution deliberately selected non-blacks for the jury knowing they not only did not have evidence to convict, but that most of their evidence was false. This was the best way to foment racial riots after the trial. Despite the post trial hand wringing about their loss, they knew the’d get far more mileage out of a loss over a win.

Holder (among others) should have never been involved. But, since he is – nothing less than an admission that George Zimmerman’s civil rights have been violated, will be acceptable. Martin (along with millions of others) racially profiled Zimmerman. The government (along with others) view Zimmerman as a vigilante solely on the fact that he chose to make use of his legal right to bear arms. Unless, the truth (that includes Martin’s actions and that of his parents, the Scheme Team, media, and politicians) is exposed – we as a country will continue to unravel and the Zimmermans will continue to be victimized. Someone told me today, that they saw about 5 minutes of a show that Micheal Jackson’s nemesis Bashir was hosting – they had to switch it off. They said the way he was talking about Ms. Fulton they fear he may offer her up for sainthood. My mother and father buried my sister at the age of 18 – car accident – they mourned her passing and they celebrated her life, but they never looked for someone else to blame nor wore their sorrow as a badge of honor. Grief visits all if us – but it should not define who we are – or allow us special rights or liberties – especially when those special rights infringe on the rights of others.

I’ve been trying to make this clear in other posts, too. All attorneys are absolutely obligated to the integrity of the justice system. If we have reason to believe that there is an ethical breach, or even that there probably is, we’re obligated to report it.

There are several things that the politicos in Florida can do to get rid of her and make her resign. The Florida legislature could have hearings on her use of public money to enhance her own and Bernie’s pensions. That should be illegal. Pension padding to me is theft. The state judiciary committee could have hearings on her withholding of exculpatory evidence and set up a review board to punish prosecutors who are proven to do that so they have that to look forward to if they do it. Set up impeachment process for prosecutors like they do judges. If the governor will not pressure her to resign, the people’s representative should drag all of her conduct out in public and see if she wants to continue to be exposed or go away to do no more harm.

I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when the POtuS decided that his personal poll-driven decision was the jury had decided and that was that in a nation of laws. Holder must have had to have his whole speech rewritten with at least five minutes of pointless fluff added to cover the spot where he was prepared to announce to a homey crowd that the DoJ was sending the FBI, Torquemada and at least six fully-armed Predator drones to Sanford to make sure GZ was lawfully tried under the Constitution before Holder personally hung him in the town square. Holder was not a happy talking head and Obama wouldn’t even mouth the BS conclusion he came to, he had to have someone else (too bad Crusty the Clown was indisposed) deliver it. In New Orleans an ex-Federal Attorney droned on about how Holder and his DoJ came to New Orleans to try rogue cops in two Katrina-related shootings, cops who’d been cleared previously in state court. Only a couple were convicted and only because they confessed – ALL of the others were found not guilty by a DoJ hand-picked hanging jury. Even the ones convicted are appealing as there was some corruption in the Fed Atty’s office here that not only forced the Fed Atty to resign but put many many cases in jeopardy on potential appeals. Lady Justice isn’t blindfolded, the DoJ just poked her eyes out.

He loves people, period, no matter their race. Kathyca was right , George does have a kind heart. I can still see him bustling about at family get togethers greeting everyone. He was always smiling always helping the host and hostesses of said getogethers. And I have to tell you, if he came to your home, his manners were impeccable. George was a great contributor to society. His life is forever changed and he can never movely freely about. Even taking that into consideration, I know he will find a way to serve others. It is in every fiber of his being, a servants attitude, like Christ taught.

jfp, it’s not insane. They had their message ready to go (always do) and he just looked like a convenient sidewalk on which to chalk the words. They misjudged him as a useful message board. But it’s not insane. They didn’t “choose George”–they grabbed the opportunity of the circumstances.

And now they will watch for the next opportunity. This never was about George Zimmerman. NEVER.

I wanna watch the POtuS jerk on Holder’s leash to get him in line and help bury this mess as it’s becoming a millstone for the Adminsitration. Gonna be interesting to watch the NAACP, Urban League and that ilk demanding the Administration breathe life into this corpse while the POtuS and his dawg are frantically trying to dig a deep enough hole for it. Hope ethey get this resolved by the time the fall TV season starts…

The only way Holder will convict Zimmerman if he gets an all black jury or a jury filled with MSNBC psychos.

By the way, does anyone remember the riots and fed criminal charges when OJ Simpson was acquitted of murdering his wife and Ron Goldman? Me neither.

What if Holder brought the charges in Washington. Wouldn’t be too difficult to get a jury not far from your ‘ideal’. In fact, since they would stand a good chance of being not only black or MSNBC psychos but also Federal employees who don’t want to be ‘furloughed’!

      • I really don’t know how it works, but if Eric Holder can facilitate the sale of semi-automatic rifles to Mexican drug cartels, railroading Zimmerman should be easy. His problem will come in the appellate courts if he decides to go down that road. There is no evidence Zimmerman committed a hate crime – or any crime for that matter – so any conviction would be a cinch to be overturned.

Ha, ha, ha, Eric Holder and Barry Obama are milquetoast here! Spineless and ineffectual now.

There was a big, huge NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH WITH A WATCHFUL EYEBALL ON YOU IF YOU ARE VISITING sign at the front of the gated community, which is by the way is private not public property. Tracey Martin was a visitor. Trayvon was his son. Visitors are warned that if they loiter or act like they are up to no good, wandering around checking cars and homes out, not being proper and civil guests, not respecting residents, they will be reported. In other words, don’t enter the private property through the disallowed areas, and do chaperone your 17 year old juvenile delinquent especially if he’s just been suspended for improper behavior. Do call or contact your charge regularly through out the night to make sure he’s not getting into trouble, especially in a strange town. Crickets from $abryna and Fruit all Sunday evening and night.

Traythug was wearing a black hoodie not a white hoodie, and yet the rioters wear a white hoodie instead. To be accurate, they should be wearing black hoodies. They are being racist about the color of hoodies.

We now know that TM was a “Gay Bashing” thug. Well, no more Mr. Nice Guy – Saint Trayvon. When this TRUTH seeps out, and all the “Media SLANDER” comes out – the media will “forget the history of what they did”. Further, Holder will not “follow” this. If a “civil case” were attempted by the Martin – then all of this WILL come out – including the “revised” RJ statements. This entire issue is going to be BURIED – PRONTO.

Their entire farcical scheme and its unraveling are exposing the danger of a pre-planned narrative. In their haste, they missed the fact that George Zimmerman did not fit the profile of their main player. They’re trying to wash their hands of this tactical error and move on the the big fish, gun control. It’s not going to be so smooth with all that’s been uncovered, and is continually being uncovered. It is important to spread this information.

Trayvon had a sadistic streak he liked to watch people bleed when he fought.
He was attempting to or had already bought a firearm.
If he had taken that gun away from George ,it would have been a matter of” I Shot a man in Reno ( Sanford) just to watch him die” and with Angela Corey as the prosecutor, Trayvon would have” turned 21 in prison doing life without parole”. Bernie had succeeded in putting a lot of black men on death row.
Timing is everything. Eric Holder and the White House wouldn’t care anything about Trayvon at that point

          Canada Can,
The “Libs” (Tray-bots, mindless liberals) thought that George should just lay there – and taken more of a beating. They never say “how long”. What they FORGET is this – if there had been a one-pound brick or stone – and Trayvon got it – he was so out-of-control – he would have used it on Georges HEAD. (Does anyone doubt me on that issue?). This is exactly why George COULD NOT WAIT. I will never understand these “Liberals”. I am certain of this – if THEY were lying there, getting their head beaten, and THEY had a pistol, THEY WOULD HAVE SHOT. They are total hypocrites.

This is all bread and circuses for the liberal and black masses. its all orchestrated distraction for the mess these Charlatans are making of our republic
