As the jury deliberates, there’s a few things which can now be said.
I doubt it would ever be quite possible to explain, fully, the delicate balancing we have held regarding our research in all of the aspects of the Zimmerman case and the narratives intertwined within it.
However, after verdict we will be able to go to places we have reserved out of respect and prudence. The Defense team obviously has taken the position of staying down range from the media until the verdict is announced. We will not do, or say, anything to undercut that position.

But why is no-one inquiring about the absence of “TC”, as described by Rachel Jeantel? TC, as in TC O’Steen, the state investigator who drove to Jeantel’s home with Sybrina Fulton and Bernie De La Rionda. Or Dale Gilbreath, the state investigator who presented the evidence within the Probable Cause Affidavit? Or a host of other investigators, agents and assembled case identities from the State case, that are mysteriously absent in the trail list of witnesses. Not the least of which is the ‘whistleblower’ who, one would think, would have been a primary defense witness. After all, it was the State who introduced the phone records of Trayvon Martin – yet no-one from the defense ever challenged the “authentication” or “integrity” of the data used. Think about it.
I don’t care if we are the only people who will dig to the bottom of the August 3rd, 2012, mysterious flight to Jacksonville by “Rachel and Francine”.   We’ll get there, we’ll get to the bottom of it.   This I am certain of.
Don’t get me wrong, while it might sound like I’m calling out the defense on these issues – we are actually just asking questions. Why were they absent? And when they were absent, why was that just skimmed over as if it is a non-factor.
We will be following up on over two dozen major case constructs, which we have specific research back story already assembled, to find out answers to the fraud itself. Indeed the entire prosecution team will know us even better in the coming months as we file Sunshine Law records requests to reveal their scheme. But that is for another day.
Today, I’m personally really ticked off to have just read a post on a Pro-O’Mara site (not a pro-Zimmerman site – big difference) that claims it was George Zimmerman’s decision to exclude the toxicology and marijuana use from trial. That is sickening propaganda from a web site of a person known as “Nettles”.

I agreed with George’s decision not to put the THC before the jury.  It’s not needed, the argument over the affects it may have had on Trayvon wouldn’t have been helpful and the jurors could have seen George as smearing the deceased.  That you could of used it and chose not to, shows class in my opinion and fits with who I think George Zimmerman is.  (link)

WHISKEY*TANGO*FOXTROT – – This is the same kind of bullshit propaganda from the type of people who would say that George and Shellie actually filled out the financial affidavit in April 2012.    It infuriates me, that people will lie on behalf of their relationship with the defense team.  Why?  Just to protect them.
People wondered, heck, reporters found it unbelievable to conceive, why we remained independent of the defense team.   To this day, despite the inferences to the contrary from the defense, we have never once had contact with the defense team via any method.  Period.
Why?    Simply, because we are not stupid enough to compromise our ability to talk openly, directly and most importantly, honestly, about the case, the construct, and the fabrications intertwined within it.
Mark O’Mara has held full, 100%, control over the life of George Zimmerman for the past 15 months – period.    This aspect, and the insufferable lies and obfuscations from supporters of Mark O’Mara will come out soon enough.   This is not the time.
But the pre-taped CNN video which aired today, coordinated by Mark O’Mara, against the backdrop of propaganda like this has really crossed the Rubicon of self-serving annoyance.
There are few things in this world worse than liars;   But one of them is the mindset of acceptance behind the co-dependent liars that run cover for them.   Sometimes you gotta call the baby ugly, and there is a growing world of folks who are about to find out what a supernova level of sunlight looks and feels like.
