I’ve been told that pdf scanned conversions often make errors. What’s more, there are tight deadlines on complex litigation that usually takes years. I have no doubt that there could be spelling errors.

I was watching Newsmax this morning about Sidney’s filing and although they are reporting that she filed in Georgia and Michigan, the caption showed Georgia and Minnesota. Okay folks, for those of you who don’t know the abbreviations for the states that begin with “M”, here it is:

There is an increasing number of poor grammar, poor spelling, and piss-poor editing in lots of online articles. It’s a combination of bad education, foreigners who write but not knowing the English language, and no proofreading.
Then there’s the auto-correct software on phones that create many mistakes on comments here. A quick proof read of your comment before posting would help credibility.

You may be surprised to know that even learned people mistakenly use (AR) for ARIZONA. I see it all the time. AR is for Arkansas, but people will use it for ARIZONA, instead of AZ which is the correct abbreviation.
People rushing to get things out it is understandable (not necessarily excusable) to confuse the abbreviations but it does happen a lot. That’s why a lot of programs automatically fill in the state name when you enter the zip code. No such program exists on the tickers on news shows.

One might say what it shows that this complaint was produced in great haste due to the time constraints involved with the post election validation process. Am reminded of a former life as a grader of state mandated student written essays on aptitude tests 4th, 8th, 11th grade. At all levels content was much more important than technique. A short concise essay with weak grammar always got a better grade than a perfectly spelled paper that rambled on and didn’t say much.
The ‘typos’ have produced enormous attention to the EXISTENCE of the allegations and filing, at the same time that the crooked media are trying to block everyone from knowing that the lawsuits were even filed.

If you have ever filed court papers you may know that typographical mistakes – even if in the header – give cause to dismiss the filing. I once had all my filings dismissed because I used black ink instead of blue ink as that judge preferred. And it was very difficult to get someone to tell me the reason. I found out three weeks later from a sympathetic junior clerk.
I am not saying that is the case here but to say that given the importance here and the resistance, even a slight mistake could give cause.
A business competitor had his suit tossed because of too many typos in the body of text. But their attorney was playing a game with the opposing attorney. They merely copied the response for the opposing attorney then added one word which made it a new filing. It was the opposing attorney who originally made the typos yet the plaintiff took the blame. That was only for $150K. Here it is a Republic at stake.

Aside from all the other evidence cited in her complaint THIS is the very strong circumstantial evidence that would prove electronic election fraud on a massive scale

She really needs to file an amendment correcting them if it is not to late, I do not think the filing deadlines have past. She should just blame it on clerical error. Some of the errors could be viewed as material, IMHO.
Some Judges will get mad, others will unknowingly be influenced by it; I expect most will be OK. I have seen some Judges get mad when you use the wrong size Font, the wrong Font, wrong margins, incorrect pagination, or in my case printed an exhibit with an ink jet printer instead of a laser printer (for a second there I thought I was going to get public housing for the night, and I was working under the Judges direction at the time). That is why I now have a large laser printer in the cellar, that is not on as it takes way to much power to keep idle, and rarely used.
Maybe the actual filings do not have any spelling errors, as there are should be some differences to them and what is on her web page .

I agree. I do not think it will be tossed, but I do not know the Judge. Still not sure what was really filed, I would expect a “supplemental filling” could be made if their are errors. . Unlike most civil cases; the public interest must be served.

About the differences between errors, mistakes and blunders. I do NOT think Attorney Powell is a fool, so there may be some errors in the filing as far as grammar and spelling. There is also a possibility of mistakes in some of the computer analyst, as per Attorney Powell she is not an expert in the matters.
Since I do not have much faith in computer experts and their forensic abilities when it comes to voting machines, I would not depend on them. Over the years I have considerable experience in forensics, voting machines, and computer design and development; to ever believe that a complete exam of machines will show it all. There are just to many ways to cheat without leaving a trail that can be found. With what is at stake “special” chips can be made, and even special compilers; but the crooks sometimes are not that bright so one should look. Computer experts tend to believe what specifically they are experts in, as that is just the nature of the human condition, with out realization of what they do not know. Okay, about the misspellings since this seems so important to trolls on-site today. The document was likely scanned in with OCR which doesn’t translate each letter properly. This comes from my daughter who works at an academic press. These types of scans result in misspellings all the time.
The misspelling has got left-wing Libtards to read something they wouldn’t even know existed……misspelled word to a Libtard is like a lure to a bass.
Maybe the public/MSM received the copy with spelling errors by design, and the courts received the copy without errors. Just thinking out loud (incomplete sentence ?).

Thomas Jefferson looked down on an individual who could spell a word only one way. I agree with him, language primary to convey meaning, not an exercise of trivia pursuit.
I am sure many readers here understand that, and know I do not spell or have the best grimmer all the time. I find if I and others get hung up on spelling and grammar it hurts the creative process. So for most writing I believe in getting it down then getting it right,

Agree with your daughter. Precisely the symptom as it appears to me. In a galaxy far away I input electronic message forms at the Pentagon into OCRs. This is an operation running at an industrial scale pace. Lack of spacing in phrases and misspellings can occur EXACTLY like this if the scanning (line by line) doesn’t stop to come up on a screen and prompt for some type of user intervention. That is exactly what the filings look like. Massive amount of text, scanned into an OCR to produce a single document and – given time constraints perhaps or a training issue – we get the blips we see now, in both GA and MI filings.

The quicker she throws it out the quicker it goes up on appeal, actually this is a good thing. These cases all need to arrive at the Supreme Court to be consolidated into one case for what might very well be a landmark ruling on the order of Brown Vs. Board of Education.
My take on the spelling errors. As an attorney I always do a spell and grammar check before filing court papers. Impossible to believe Powell didn’t do the same. These misspellings are not a result of sloppiness. They are deliberate.
For what purpose do you assume they are deliberate?
Gets the press going on about spelling. They’ll snidely report how dumb she is and laugh about the spelling and subsequently the news actors will talk about and show the document. It gets it to the larger public.
