Steve Cortes had a good common sense discussion with Howie Carr yesterday about the statistical improbability of the 2020 election outcome. This is one of those weird scenarios where everyone knows that nothing seems legit; everyone sees the results as opposite from the facts that were evident on the ground in the weeks leading up to the “ballot counting”; yet the sketchy part contains so many issues, it seems overwhelming.
Did 95,000 Georgia voters actually only vote for Biden and no other candidate on their ballot? Possible, but not likely. Why in 2020 is the percentage of discounted flawed ballots so much lower in the key states than in all elections? None of the statistical reviews make any common sense… and yet the media demands we accept their narrative. “Resistance” in 2016 was a patriotic movement, but in 2020 the demands from the power control officers is exactly opposite. The contrast is making the nation even more angry.

Interesting article. PA voting is a complete and total mess. Huge mistake by the state to allow mass vote-by-mail without thinking through all the ramifications. It appears huge number of voters couldn’t follow mail-in ballot instructions and then each precinct/county decided different ways to handle the flawed ballots instead of doing what state law dictates – invalidate the ballots. Very unfair. PA really botched this. Needs to go the the Supreme Court, be invalidated, and do over. And some people need to be fired/resign, starting with the PA Secretary of State.

On the narrative front, the Trump team has the argument “we just want to insure valid votes are counted, and invalid votes are not.

And Trump team comes back with a second look will INCREASE confidence in the results, and if your confident the results are accurate, what objection do you have to assuring that?

This is the typical he said she said place where the narrative front typically stalls.
On the legal/process front, the lawsuits serve several purposes.
First, of coarse its POSSIBLE that enough ballots may be found, by the courts, to be invalid is sufficient quantities to change the result. Unlikely but definetly possible.
Beyond that, however the filings, once made public, ANSWER the “no evidence” blather, as there is mountains of evidence, which will go thru the legal process for admissability, and veracity thru being challenged.
Beyond that, the cumulative effect of ALL of it; the barred observers, ballots in boxes in the middle of the night, no sig verification, dead voters and statistical anomolies, dominion and Hammer point to a massive nationwide campaign of fraud.
Recounts are useful to address when there are razor thin margins and the possibility of ERRORS that could effect the results.
Recounts are useless when there are credible allegations of fraud, and the same alleged fraudsters are doing the recount, and once again barring observers from observing.
The State legislatures can NOT abdicate their responsibility; they can NOT certify these election results, and designate electors, unless their are truly independant audits, WITH Observers able to observe.
Gaming it out, perhaps the Dems believed their own projections of a blue wave, sweeping the House?

If it were to go to the Senate, I wouldn’t trust the vote, but since it will go to the House, I feel fairly confident.
The evidence, as it is made public, and cumulatively builds the case for massive and coordinated, and continueing (the way thet are conducting the recount in Georgia, continueing to keep observers away from the ballots and waiving the signature verification requirement, for instance).
And that in turn SHOULD make it easier for the Republican legislatures to refuse to certify the count, and for us to pressure them to do so.
Far from the Constitution being obsolete and archaic, the relevance and brilliance of it and the Founders may be demonstrated by this little excercise.

The courts have already ruled (in Pennsylvania, but the principle applies) that officials in the Executive can not re-write election laws,..so the recount is as invalid as the first count,…a waste of time.

The Steve Cortes analysis presented here is a good analysis based on the following:
In Georgia, Biden received 95,801 votes where the voter did not vote for anyone down-ballot; while Trump received only 818 votes without a down ballot vote. That is more than a 100-fold difference. That would not happen without an underlying reason.
This statistic also presents an opportunity for further analysis, and some hope for a judicial remedy.
Where did these Biden-only votes show up? Did 99% of the Biden-only votes show up in Atlanta precincts where monitoring was impeded? Did they suddenly show up during the night after the counting stopped, suggesting a hurried effort to fill out ballots as needed to stop Trump? If they are actual paper ballots, they could be dug out and reviewed. Are 94,000 of them filled out in such a way that would suggest that they were filled out in a boiler room by a group of operatives? (If that happened, we might expect to see, for example, categories of Biden-only ballots showing similar ink types, manner of filling in the oval, etc.)
The Cortes clip, for those who watch it, also shows that Biden-only votes were extremely rare in non-swing states such as New York, and were only showing up in the swing states where voting stopped once it appeared Trump was headed for victory.
I do not know if watermark evidence exists on ballots as was briefly reported in some sources, but if there were watermarks, perhaps the ballots could be examined to determine whether entire packets of blank ballots were case as Biden-only votes. If so, the case for ballot-stuffing would not only be irrefutable, but it would be possible to separate out the 94,000 or so bogus Biden-only ballots from the one thousand or so valid Biden-only ballots, throw the fake ballots all out, and give Georgia to Trump.
(Contrast the Cortes analysis with the Shiva analysis. The Shiva analysis is a flawed analysis based on unproved assumptions as I have already argued elsewhere. The Shiva analysis is a distraction which fails to explain why the heavily Democrat precincts on his bogus chart would purportedly show vote switching in favor of Trump if his formula and graph are true. Anyone in their right mind knows that the pro-Biden cheating that stole the election took place in the heavily Democrat areas like Atlanta, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Milwaukee. The Shiva analysis also does not invite a judicial remedy, but merely tells us to go count the votes by hand in Republican precincts were Shiva claims votes were flipped by Dominion software. Well, the Dominion software is suspect anyway, but we want to check into that with or without what Shiva says.)
The Cortes analysis deserves a lot more attention than it is getting and holds promise of providing absolute proof of fraud in large enough numbers to swing states, plus a judicial remedy. The reason it is not getting more attention and coverage even on conservative websites is because the Shiva analysis is taking all the oxygen out of the room. Sad!!
It is also possible these were not paper ballots at all, but just numbers put into the system in a panic by administrators of the Dominion software who saw their algorithms were not delivering enough votes to tip the election. These Biden-only votes might be made entirely out of electrons. And manufactured in Venezuela or Germany.
Mornings with Maria with Sidney Powell and Mayor Giuliani was sure interesting this Sunday morning, and the focus of team Trump is primarily on the use of election software designed to steal elections (Dominion and possible more.) And they are confident that team Trump has the goods, is getting more proof, and will be presenting a winning case in time to get a judicial remedy! I hope they do, and once that happens, the deep state house-cleaning needs to begin. Who enabled this? Who was complicit? How to prevent it happening again?

However, when there are credible fraud allegations causing a loss of confidence, having those who allegedly committed the fraud, carry out the recount doesn’t assure anyone.
And the Govenor has NO authority to change ANY aspect of election law; the courts have already RULED on that.
Govenors, S o S or election officials can’t write, or re-write election law.
So, barring observers from observing, waiving signature verification,..Executive branch has NO authority to do that,

House Resolution 1 is the designation for the first bill unveiled in any new Congress. It’s designed to highlight the majority party’s top priority. In early 2017, the Republican-led House gave the title to Donald Trump’s tax reform. When Mrs. Pelosi retook the speaker’s gavel in 2019, her party had just campaigned on a slew of urgent Democratic priorities: health care, climate change, immigration, student debt. None of these rose to the honor of H.R. 1.
Instead, Mrs. Pelosi unveiled a 600-plus page bill devoted to “election reform.” Some of the legislation was aimed at weaponizing campaign-finance law, giving Democrats more power to control political speech and to intimidate opponents. But the bill was equally focused on empowering the federal government to dictate how states conduct elections—with new rules designed to water down ballot integrity and to corral huge new tranches of Democratic voters.
The bill would require states to offer early voting. They also would have to allow Election Day and online voter registration, diluting the accuracy of voting rolls. H.R. 1 would make states register voters automatically from government databases, including federal welfare recipients. Colleges and universities were designated as voter-registration hubs, and 16-year-olds would be registered to vote two years in advance. The bill would require “no fault” absentee ballots, allowing anyone to vote by mail, for any reason. It envisioned prepaid postage for federal absentee ballots. It would cripple most state voter-ID laws. It left in place the “ballot harvesting” rules that let paid activists canvass neighborhoods to hoover up absentee votes.
Democrats grandly named their bill the For The People Act, but conservatives had better titles. This page called it the “Majority Preservation Act,” while the editors at National Review described it as an “Unconstitutional, Authoritarian Power Grab.” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell decried the bill as a “naked attempt to change the rules of American politics to benefit one party,” and dubbed it the “Democrat Politician Protection Act.”
Mrs. Pelosi’s bill didn’t become law, despite her attempts this year to jam some of its provisions into coronavirus bills. But it turns out she didn’t really need it. Using the virus as an excuse, Democratic and liberal groups brought scores of lawsuits to force states to adopt its provisions. Many Democratic politicians and courts happily agreed. States mailed out ballots to everyone. Judges disregarded statutory deadlines for receipt of votes. They scrapped absentee-ballot witness requirements. States set up curbside voting and drop-off boxes. They signed off on ballot harvesting.
Meaning, “the fix” (as it were) was in well before anyone started counting votes. Pollsters aside, political operatives understood this election would be close—potentially closer in key states than it was in 2016. The Democratic strategy from the start, as evidenced by that legal onslaught, was to get rules in place that would allow them to flood the zone with additional mail-in ballots.
And of course there was harvesting—as these pages warned. This isn’t a new practice; candidates and campaigns have been honing it for years. Three years ago, the Palm Beach Post ran an expose on the practice in Florida. A North Carolina congressional race in 2018 was roiled by a ballot-harvesting operation, and a new election was ordered. This year simply offered the perfect environment to roll it out at new levels, and throughout the fall conservative groups were documenting examples.
Yet the beauty of ballot harvesting is that it is nearly impossible to prove fraud. How many harvesters offered to deliver votes, only to throw away inconvenient ones? How many voters were pushed or cajoled, or even paid—or had a ballot filled and returned for them without their knowledge? And this is before questions of what other mischief went on amid millions of mailed ballots (which went to wrong addresses or deceased people) and reduced voter verification rules. As the Heritage Foundation’s election expert Hans von Spakovsky has explained, mail-in voting is the “single worst form of election possible” because “it moves the entire election beyond the oversight of election officials.”
Republicans fought the worst changes but were up against the virus excuse. The question is whether they now understand the stakes. This election was a mere glimpse of the system Mrs. Pelosi wants nationwide, and she has already suggested “election reform” might again be her first priority in 2021. The GOP’s job is to harness voters’ frustration about the murky mess that was this year’s vote into a movement that demands transparency and renewed integrity of the ballot. Or risk a lot of 2020 repeats.

Tonight we heard more from our source on this raid in Germany.
From our source: The US government, once they determined that this Dominion server was involved in switching votes, then the intelligence community began a search for the server and discovered that the server was in Germany. In order to get access to that server and have it available for use in a legal manner they had to have the State Department work in tandem with the Department of Justice. They had to request that the government of Germany cooperate in allowing this seizure of this server.
The appropriate documents required to affect that kind of seizure were put in place, signed off on, and it appears there was also US military support in this operation. The US military was not in the lead. But this helps explain why Esper was fired and Miller and Kash Patel were put in place — so that the military would not interfere with the operation in any way.
By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes. The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

By getting ahold of the server they now are going to have the direct evidence of when they were instructed to stop counting. They will also discover who gave the direction to stop counting and who initiated the algorithm that started switching votes.
The CIA was completely excluded from this operation.

Has anyone ever voted without filling out at least one or two of the votes for senate, house and local issues? No! And to try to say 95,000 real people did so is laughable. Why isn’t the legal team using this argument in court? Challenging one or two ballots at a time is hopeless. This is data! I thought we were supposed to follow the “science”.
