Update #14 – Trayvon Martin Shooting – The Local Plot Thickens….. Et Tu Brute’

<— Continued from Update #13

This is officially ridiculous.   Unbelievable and Ridiculous.   The skullduggery we have uncovered for this update is beyond despicable, and might even be unlawful.

We have spent much of our time analyzing, researching, seeking truth and deconstructing the events surrounding the Trayvon Martin Shooting.  Simultaneously, we have identified a considerable number of interwoven relationships and associations attached to the key participants strategically aligned to take advantage.

Update #9 - The entire substantive, and highly sourced/cited review of all events surrounding the initial shooting. (185+ sourced citations).

Update #10.1 - A Summary of #9 with a breakdown of agenda, action plan, and intent of Trayvon Family Attorney Benjamin Crump. The precursor to exposing the lies. (sourced and cited)

Update #10.2 - Understanding the motive and exposing the false narrative driven by Benjamin Crump et al. (sourced and cited)

Update #11 - Final fact based deconstruction of the lies created by Benjamin Crump and those of like-minded association. (sourced and cited)

Update #12 - Understanding the media strategy. Benjamin Crump formulated a Media Strategy, not a legal strategy. Introducing Ryan Julison and Julison Communications.

Update #13 - Ryan Julison’s specific media exploitation plan exposed.

We have previously looked at Benjamin Crump, his prior lawsuits and civil suits, and his affiliation with professional race baiting opportunists.  We have also discussed his real agenda, the not so hidden agenda, behind the motivation of Parks and Crump et al.   The specific money agenda.

We have also looked at the institutional and professionally aggrieved class of race-interested local, state and federal political types, as well as media personalities connected to, and in association with, famous civil rights opportunists.  Together they, too, have strategically used the Trayvon shooting to advance their own self interests.

Then we dug a little deeper and looked at how the media campaign was waged.  Specifically,  how it was intentionally seeded with racism to create a more appealing media hook.   The consequence was a strategic optic of racism built into the media narrative where no real racism existed.   Racism was the needed attention grabbing headline, and was strategic in the narrative created by Benjamin Crump, Natalie Jackson and Ryan Julison of Julison Communications.

What we are about to share within this update is how a group of three self-interested, and unprincipled, professionals intentionally mislead the Sanford citizenry and in doing so they have ruined George Zimmerman, and his reputation.

The key factors in this discovery are falsehoods by omission.   Positions that are  fundamentally abhorrent and reflect the absolute lack of care or concern for integrity, honesty or justice in Sanford Florida.

A major note of credit and appreciation to Treeper “Sibilj” who sniffed out many of the links leading to the rats, and helped track down the vile trail leading to the nest of deception.

Natalie Jackson, Benjamin Crump, Daryl Parks

If you have followed the case, even from a distance, you are no doubt aware of the toxic nature of the racist tone embedded within the story line of Trayvon Martin being shot by George Zimmerman.   This intentionally seeded racist undertone has existed from the outset, and appears in the very first media stories surrounding the shooting.

We outlined in update #13 where this racial story line came from, and what was not done to stop it from spreading.

The initial cries of racism have now created massive local and national racial unrest;  And at the heart of this intentional false construct we find a handful of key players who planted the seed, fertilized the hate filled soil and then walked away.   To this day those same people still turn their back on the consequences of their construct.

In order to understand how horribly obvious was the creation of this false racism,  including lies by omission, you must  (re)familarize yourself with the former Sanford Florida case of a black homeless man named Sherman Ware.   Ware was beaten by 21-year-old Justin Collison, outside a local Sanford Bar on December 4th, 2010:

Collison was captured on a YouTube video leaving a Sanford bar Dec. 4, walking up behind an unsuspecting Ware and punching him in the back of the head. That drove Ware’s face into a utility pole, and he then hit the pavement.

He was taken to a Sanford hospital, where he was treated for a broken nose.

Sanford police questioned Collison that night and had possession of the video but did not arrest him. He was arrested one month later after news organizations began airing the video.   – Orlando Sentinel

Justin Collison’s father is a Sanford police lieutenant and his grandfather is former Circuit Judge Kenneth Leffler, one of several heirs to a land fortune in Volusia County.    Collison was not arrested on the night of the beating.  The non-arrest created a considerable stir in the community as it was perceived he was given favorable treatment due to his father’s status within the police department, and his powerful family connections.

The publicity surrounding the beating of Sherman Ware, and the cries for justice, were driven by the Seminole County NAACP, and by the actions of George Zimmerman himself.   Zimmerman was personally involved in attending multiple small group community meetings, and organized the black community to rally behind Ware and seek justice.

(Daily Caller) Every Sunday, Zimmerman would stroll through  Sanford’s black neighborhoods handing out the fliers demanding justice for Sherman Ware, and calling  for the police to hold their own officials accountable. Zimmerman would also  place the fliers on people’s cars outside churches.

“I challenge you to stand together and to have our voices heard, and to hold  accountable all of those officers, and officials whom let this atrocious attack  pass unpunished until the media revealed it,” one of the fliers reads in part. “This animal could have  attacked anyone of us, our children or loved ones in his alcohol fueled  rage.”  (more)

After the Trayvon Martin shooting, when the institutional media was screaming racism, many voices within the Sanford community knew that Zimmerman was active in the case to help Sherman Ware find justice.   This did not reconcile with screams of racist intent.

Unfortunately the voices of the Zimmerman defenders were drowned out by the megaphones of the institutional media, and the forward marching of the race-baiting class who saw an opportunity for notoriety, financial gain, power, prestige and influence at any cost.

George Zimmerman’s family pleaded with the community and even wrote a letter to local NAACP President, Clayton Turner, outlining their shock and disbelief.   The very people George had tirelessly worked to help, with the specific example of the Sherman Ware case,  were now turning on him.   It just didn’t make sense:

“Do you know the individual that stepped up when no one else in the black community would?” the family member wrote. “Do you know who spent tireless hours putting flyers on the cars of persons parked in the churches of the black community? Do you know who waited for the church‐goers to get out of church so that he could hand them fliers in an attempt to organize the black community against this horrible miscarriage of justice? Do you know who helped organize the City Hall meeting on January 8th, 2011 at Sanford City Hall??”

“That person was GEORGE ZIMMERMAN. Ironic isn’t it?”

“The main point for this letter is to explain to you that the black community has labeled George a racist without any investigation at all,” the letter continued. “Regardless of the fact that George personally spoke to many of your constituents, not one has stepped forward and said, ‘Hey I know that face. That is the Hispanic guy that was standing up for Sherman Ware. That was the only non‐black face in the meetings for justice in this case.’”

“You know as well as I do that there are many NAACP followers that recognize George from the Ware case as well as many other good things that he’s done for the black community.”

FULL LETTER HERE

However,  NAACP’s President Turner Clayton had an agenda of his own, and he was not the least bit interested in the feeble pleas for honesty and support from the Zimmerman family.  The New York Times would call them the “White-Hispanic” Zimmerman family:

NAACP leader cites complaints of uninvestigated Sanford killings  Turner Clayton, longtime resident of Sanford, Florida and NAACP leader in that community, joins Brooke.  Clayton discusses an NAACP gathering in Sanford the previous night in which several citizens voiced their complaints with the Sanford Police Department.  He goes on to describe several complaints from citizens regarding killings that were improperly investigated and unprosecuted.  (Video)

Orlando Sentinel - The shooting death of the unarmed Trayvon, also black, became “the boiling point,” said Turner Clayton, president of the Seminole County chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

“Right now there is no trust. There is no faith in the department,” said Clayton, a former Seminole County deputy sheriff. “It’s probably a good idea that the interim chief come from the outside and not be part of the good-old-boy system.”

Turner Clayton knew how hard Zimmerman worked to help in the Sherman Ware case  yet he did nothing.    Perhaps the visibility of National NAACP President Ben Jealous arriving with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were too challenging to face with divergence.  But there is another player within the NAACP officers club who might have been an influence in the decision to turn away from Zimmerman.  More on that in a moment.

For now it is important to understand that Zimmerman was, and is, an insignificant flea standing alone looking into the furnace of hate.   Seemingly helpless, and yet anyone with a cursory knowledge of the Sherman Ware case would know how Zimmerman helped Sherman Ware find justice.   In doing so he also helped hold Justin Collison accountable.

So what did we discover?

First, and most shockingly, that Natalie Jackson was Sherman Ware’s attorney.

Yeah, you read that right.   The very Natalie Jackson that now goes on CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS at every opportunity to disparage George Zimmerman and his defense.   Yeah, THAT Natalie Jackson.   She was Sherman Ware’s attorney in the case against Collison, and the civil suit that followed.

Orlando 2011 – On Tuesday, Ware’s attorney Natalie Jackson, announced that Collison has already sent a check to cover the victim’s past and future medical bills and pain and suffering.

She would not disclose the total.

Collison also agreed to get counseling for alcohol abuse and to be treated for anger management, said Jackson.

In addition, Jackson said he’s agreed to make donations of $1,000 each to three non-profit groups: the Seminole branch of the NAACP, Seminole Action Coalition Serving Our Needy and a Sanford drug rehabilitation center.  (more)

The same Natalie Jackson who was enlisted by Benjamin Crump to become a part of his Scheme Team against George Zimmerman.  The same Natalie Jackson who has inferred, and supported by omission,  Zimmerman’s action as racially motivated.   This is the same Natalie Jackson who worked with George Zimmerman in advocating for Sherman Ware.

Partial Bio - Ms. Jackson serves on the Law Alumni Council of the University of Florida’s Levin School of Law. Ms. Jackson also serves on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Red Cross, the Seminole County Chapter of the Boys & Girls Club, and the Sanford Chapter of the NAACP, where she is a member of the Legal Redress Committee.   (More Here)

Et Tu Brute’   –   How’s that for professional ethics when contrasted against the malicious, and intentionally false construct of racism.

Secondly, we discover that Mr. Ryan Julison, of Julison Communications, was enlisted by Natalie Jackson to handle the media construct and PR of the Sherman Ware case, as outlined in this article:

(Sanford Herald – 2011)  Collison already had compensated Ware for all past and future medical bills, as well as additional money for pain and suffering.  Weighing into his decision to agree to a settlement was the victim’s own problems with substance abuse and the law, said Ryan Julison, a spokesman for Ware.

Matt Lauer (left) Ryan Julison (right)

So both Ryan Julison, the current media communications lead for the Trayvon Martin family, and Natalie Jackson, the current co-lead attorney representing Trayvon Martin’s family, were familiar with George Zimmerman and his advocacy for black homeless man Sherman Ware.

Both Jackson and Julison worked together on the Ware case against Justin Collison, and against the Sanford Police Dept.

The prideful Ryan Julison even brags of his relationship with Jackson on his blog entry dated September 8th 2011:   Aptly titled “Here we go“…

The past couple of months have been crazy!  Several high-profile national stories, a lot of regional news and the promise of some very cool things to come.

Today, I helped my client Attorney Natalie Jackson announce a lawsuit in Federal court against the Dept. of Business & Professional Regulation and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office on behalf of African-American barbers who were unlawfully handcuffed and detained as part of a “barber license check.”  Coverage is widespread and prominent.  (visit blog)

Yet both Julison and Jackson still worked to advance a false narrative of racist intent against George Zimmerman;  and neither ever disclosed to the media or public their prior connection to George Zimmerman in the Sherman Ware case.

What does that tell you about the content of both characters?

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump

Apparently, as a member of the Legal Redress Committee, Ms. Jackson was in a unique position within the NAACP Chapter Organization in Sanford when the racist narrative erupted.  It can reasonably be argued if she had spoken up early and quashed the racist undertone the entire narrative would have stopped.   But Ms. Jackson chose to remain silent.

Had she been honest and forthcoming about George  Zimmerman, and his historical advocacy for the black and minority community the case against him could have taken a completely divergent path.   Most certainly the tone would have been different, and it’s doubtful so much hatred would have been present.

Then again, maybe that’s why she kept quiet.   It took the seeds of a racist narrative to drive the media interest, and without the media interest, pressure, and influence George Zimmerman would never have been arrested.   There just wasn’t enough evidence to support an arrest, so her silence aided Benjamin Crump in getting the desired outcome.

However also true is the reality that perhaps many innocent persons would not have suffered brutal physical assaults on behalf of “Justice For Trayvon“.

Matthew Owens

If Ryan Julison and Natalie Jackson had just spoken honestly and truthfully their words may not have gone over well with the race dependent, and professionally aggrieved, class of race-baiters.   However, those words most certainly would have reflected courage, a solid set of principles, and integrity planted firmly in the truth.

Whether by intention, or by omission, it appears a racist narrative was far more valuable to Team Trayvon than the truth.

Jackson is the official NAACP shakedown committee. All law enforcement is corrupt, racist and “good ole boys”. They also investigate too slowly so she has to come in and “speed” them up to make settlements. The crime is blackmail and extortion. This is an organized crime ring in Florida. Where is RICO?

    • howie says:

In the Anderson case Mr. Crump went all in against the FDLE. If there is any possibility at all of L.E. action against the Scheme Team, they may be the source of it. The Feds will never muss the hair of the Perps in this shakedown. This convoluted mess is statring to resemble Bizzaro Blazing Saddles.

    • Aoife says:

Yes, they’re worried about speed when it comes to cases like Zimmerman’s. But I’ve yet to hear them whining about the FAMU hazing case which only now is about to result in charges. Matter of fact, early on the black community came out in support of the marching band even as other victims of vicious hazing came forward. There is no consistency with their outrage…or if there is, it’s only when it’s white hispanic on black….

      • howie says:

The LA times has changed his race to White Peruvian.

          “Peruvian” is a race now?

But our President is still “black”? Gotta love that hypocrisy.

          • IT’s long past time we adopted The Enemy’s “alinsky” tactics.

The rule – as the’ve defined it – is that if you have white ancestry, that’s the FIRST entry.
The rest HAS been muddled – previously he was “white hispanic” but apparently we cannot risk offending *ANY* “officially-sanctioned-victim-group” as a whole, and must minimize the damage by sticking to the nationality and not race of non-white ancestry.

This is why Zimmerman is now — OFFICIALLY — a “White Peruvian.”

Following the same rules they’ve laid out, it leaves us with no choice but to declare that
            O’Dumbo is now — OFFICIALLY — a “White Kenyan.”

Oh – this is going to be FUN!

            • tara says:

White Kenyan! Hahahahah! I’m going to refer to him as that from now on.

I think Parks and Crump are on the FAMU board, I read that on their wesite. There probably isn’t any money in that case for them to get their hands on.

        • scubachick75 says:

Parks is Vice chair for FAMU’s Board of Trustees and is or was president of the National Bar Association.

Excellent work here. Send it to local papers for a reply.

  2. CorbinDallas says:

Intersting article, as usual. But was Collison an off-duty cop, or just the son of a cop? I’ve been unable to find any info that he was a cop.

  3. Joel says:

What really bothers me is where are the Civil Rights Leaders? The ones who just wanted equal justice under the law. The ones who should be appalled at the NAACP efforts to railroad a man, the ones with integrity, the ones who wouldn’t take a dime if it was tainted with a whiff of scandal. Just where are they?

Collision is the son of a police officer. When that story broke, the outrage was centered around the fact that nothing was done to him because of his connections to Sanford police.

This is part of the reparations racket. It is all about the moolah. Does anyone really think they give a hoot about anyone getting hurt? Any target will do even if they have to make one up, spin it, gin it up, and connect it to deep pockets. Swoop in and settle for whatever they can get, take half and on to the next target before anyone can figure out what hit them and emptied their pockets. It is an organized crime scam.

The way whites have latched on to the Travyon fantasy story reminds me of how the white suburbanites behave toward the fake homeless black people who panhandle in the Chicago downtown core. They think they’re doing so much good by dropping some change in the panhandler’s cup, when in reality it’s a big scam. These alleged homeless people have cell phones and mp3 players, they receive food drop offs from their manager, and they are driven to and from their staked-out corners. These white suburbanites have NO idea they’re being taken. Every once in a while I try to let them know what’s going on, and guess what happens …. they get mad at me. They accuse me of being heartless. :) They don’t want to know the truth! They want to believe the fantasy, that they are so good and so helpful for dropping coins into the cups. They want to believe that the scammers shaking the cups are truly in need.

The is one you will see who kneels, his son drives him in from where ever they live.

        • tara says:

There are some truly homeless or otherwise destitute panhandlers, but the ones that have set up shop across from my building and other lucrative locations (the paths between the downtown core and the train stations) are pros. They could easily make $20/hour, tax free. Easily. They probably average a lot more than that.

          • The whole state of CA is infested with professional panhandlers. In areas like the SF Bay Area, you can’t stop at any intersection or walk anywhere in town without being given the “gas money home” story. The pros in Denver are still pretty thick, but the cold weather cuts into the numbers, like in Chicago.

      • tnwahm says:

My dh runs a drug rehab program for a local mission. He knows what the best intersections in Memphis are for panhandling. And $20 an hour is the low end of the scale. When we are approached by a panhandler ~especially downtown~ my dh gives them his card and tells them to go to the mission.

        • minpin says:

I apologize for my ignorance, and I know this is probably going to be a duh moment, but what does “dh” mean?

      Rule 4-3.6 Trial Publicity

      (a) Prejudicial Extrajudicial Statements Prohibited.

A lawyer shall not make an extrajudicial statement that a reasonable person would expect to be disseminated by means of public communication if the lawyer knows or reasonably should know that it will have a substantial likelihood of materially prejudicing an adjudicative proceeding due to its creation of an imminent and substantial detrimental effect on that proceeding.

      (b) Statements of Third Parties.

A lawyer shall not counsel or assist another person to make such a statement. Counsel shall exercise reasonable care to prevent investigators, employees, or other persons assisting in or associated with a case from making extrajudicial statements that are prohibited under this rule.

      • minpin says:

Your first link goes back to the first release of “Court Documents” authorized by Judge Lester, and date stamped by the Court Clerk on April 23, 2012. He authorized the release of the court documents which had nothing to do with the Prosecution’s Discovery filings. The Judge never signed off on releasing any “discovery.”

Your second link was to answer the request to gag Mark O’Mara. The request was denied.

To date, there has been no approval from Judge Lester to release the Prosecution files in the case. In fact, Mark O’Mara has been the one that has delayed that release, both for himself, and the public.

        • John Galt says:

“To date, there has been no approval from Judge Lester to release the Prosecution files in the case. In fact, Mark O’Mara has been the one that has delayed that release, both for himself, and the public.”

Right, O’Mara falsely stated that he was delaying demanding discovery until after he has an opportunity to make a motion for protection of witnesses. The actual facts are (1) O’Mara demanded discovery in writing on April 12 and (2) the judge has already entered an order protecting witnesses by requiring the redaction of their names and addresses. Judge Lester does not have to order release of the Prosecution files because Rule 3.220 requires the prosecutor to turn them over within 15 days of demand.

      • tara says:

So does (b) apply to Crump and Jackson too, since they are “associated with” the case? Have they stopped blabbing since this ruling was made?

  12. cookbook says:

They were bum rushing the Sanford city commissioners into a settlement. The hook was the police department not “arresting” Zimmerman before the investigation was completed. Neither the police nor the DA’s office would do what they wanted fast enough. They had to settle before all the facts came out. It does not matter if anything improper was done or not, it only has to “look” like there was improper action on the part of the police. The city manager got rid of the police chief and was “negotiating” his departure with a “settlement” and probably a non-disclosure clause. The mayor was part of it. He had been traveling to DC with the city manager talking to the CBC and the DOJ supposedly to prevent riots. Then the bond hearing happened. No new evidence since the police department was relieved of the investigation. Nothing. The Sanford police did nothing wrong. The city commission knew it and that weasel the mayor changed his vote to not accepting the police chief’s resignation forced by the city manager to facilitate a settlement. The city of Sanford does not owe the Martin’s one thin dime nor does anyone else.

    • tara says:

What you wrote is really compelling, but I can’t forget that they went out of their way to turn this into a national incident, complete with the White Kenyan Obama making a statement. If they wanted a quick settlement they would have had a better chance, IMO, if they’d kept the thing at a local level.

yeah I know. I may be of interest that Jackson was also involved in another high profile case of a black ‘kid’ who was caught with a small child in a Target about two years ago. Can’t remember the charges but it had something to do with sexual misconduct or attempted…whatever. She was on TV frequently whining that he was just trying to help a lost child find their mom. Charges were dropped due to media attention. Within the year, this same ‘kid’ had moved to another county and was arrested for fondling a little girl on a school bus, later convicted I believe but Jackson didn’t represent him. You gotta hand it to Jackson, she is an expert at playing the media game. I found the story here: http://abcnews.go.com/US/edwin-mcfarlane-arrested-allegedly-sexually-assaulting-teen-bus/story?id=13140278 For the record, this subsequent arrest got little media attention but the first one was all over the place–the cops were vilified in the Orlando Sentinel for arresting a black kid trying to do a good deed.

  16. What additionally strikes me as absurd is the Orlando Sentinel which reported on the entire Sherman Ware story, did not pick up on , or chose not to report on, the disengenuous narrative opportunism of both Natalie Jackson and Ryan Julison against George Zimmerman. It was only a little more than a year ago that Zimmerman was on their team pushing for justice for Sherman Ware and the Orlando Sentinel was reporting about it.

Wow…just WOW. “IF” I ever supported these “people”, one visit to your page and I’d be embarrassed, ashamed and outright pissed off that I was dupped by these shameless people. So glad I’m not a blind, race-baiting puppet blindly following these morons. THANK GOD I have a mind of my own and can see this for what it is. It keeps getting more and more interesting. HOW these people sleep at night is beyond me. It has gone from absurd to totally disgusting and I only wish the media would expose these “people” for the race-baiting scum they really are. One can only hope…

    • M Simon says:

This IS the media. Reload and give ‘em another round.

    • stellap says:

We have been visited by Trayvon supporters. We went through a couple of weeks of them, then stopped allowing those comments, unless they have something substantive to add to the conversation. Most don’t. Most just call us names and tell us we are stupid and raccisssssss. Or they repeat the talking points that have been refuted numerous times on this site.

  18. xyz says:

Natalie Jackson posted about the Ware case on her WordPress blog about a week ago.

  19. StephUF says:

There is a support page for Sheriff Lee on FB and I just messaged the admin. with a link to this site and suggested they dig in and get the link to people in Sanford city govnt. in anticipation of lawsuits to come.

  20. Craw63 says:

This may be a dumb question but, I’m confused. Mark O’mara is Zimmerman’s attorney. Who is the prosecution? Is Crump the prosecutor or is he just the Martin family attorney? Is this the state of Florida vs Zimmerman? Who are the court room cast?

    • Not a dumb question at all.

Defense attorney for Zimmerman – Mark O’Mara

Special Prosecutor appointed by Gov. Rick Scott – Angela Corey (Jacksonville)
Trial prosecutor, selected by Corey: Asst. State Attny – Bernie de la Rionda

Trayvon Family attorneys not involved in trial:
      Daryl Parks
      Benjamin Crump
      Natalie Jackson

      • Craw63 says:

Thanks for the info! I sure was hoping that crumb wasn’t involved in the trail!
(and the wasn’t a typo! LOL)

      • Craw63 says:

Another question, Was there any actual sign of tea and skittles on trayvon?

  21. rjp says:

    Well done SibilJ
    .
Natalie Jackson needs to be reported fo the Florida Bar.
She has no ethics whatsoever, a professional scumbagger.

  22. Rick says:

Is there any documentation for Zimmerman’s involvement in the Ware case other than the letter attributed to an anonymous family member?

    • tara says:

That letter was sent with a scan of the fliers. If GZ still has the original documents on his computer and a forensic computer investigator can validate that the datestamp is correct, then he’s got proof. Also, GZ likely made copies at a copy shop, perhaps he still has record of that transaction.

  23. Aoife says:

I suppose it goes to standing but it really is a shame people unaffiliated with this case can’t file ethics complaints against these money grubbing attorneys. Our community has been harmed by their actions and lies. There needs to be a reckoning for this irresponsible behavior.

  24. You know this is just a pivot case to kick off the riots that Obama needs to take the election. Same with this Rodney King LA riots documentary. Stir it up and declare marshal law. There has been a new Myspace page of GZ show up saying he hated Mexicans. Time to stir up the Hispanic population too.

      • rjp says:

MSM will be all over this.

        • justice099 says:

Yep. MSN which has been very silent for weeks now about this case, fired up their presses to jump on this one. Only report when it is negative. They are calling them “Racial Slurs.” I thought racial slurs were names like spic, wetback, or n*gger? Apparently if you simply make an observation of the behavior of a certain race in a certain area, it is a racial slur. Hmm, I bet EVERY single black person in the world is guilty of that, then.

      • Dan says:

All the MSM needs to find is just one instance of GZ ever using the N word…..then there will REALLY be riots when he is acquitted.

Just one instance to Mark Furman GZ….even if it was 10 years ago.. Who cares??. The MSM’s wet dream will come true.

        • Dan says:

All in all, not particularly terrible, besides the MSM classification of the “disparaging” remarks against his own race (Hispanic). There is very little here to care about.

Nobody has ever claimed GZ was/is a saint. I do have some respect for the man he became, while the man he was 7 years ago at 21-22 was less impressive.

Regardless, this case is about the truth. The truth has no agenda as the owner of this website says many times, and one cannot objectively look at the facts available and think there is any chance in hell that GZ will be found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I expect additional exculpatory evidence to follow with the witness statements.

And when he is found not guilty. The additional riots and non-stop attacks all for “justice for Trayvon” will set race relations back 25 years.

For those that thing that is a good thing….You will get your wish. I do not share their view.

    • g8rmom7 says:

Mark OMeara posted a response to this saying basically, that if old MySpace pages of his client are included as evidence then there will be social media sites of the victim that may also be allowed…bring it on!

      • minpin says:

O’Mara said that if GZ’s old Myspace page is going to be scrutinized, than the social media activity of all parties will be open for scrutinizing, and that includes DeeDee, who showed no remorse for Skittles death other than a few “You will be missed” generic posts.

I can only see DeeDee on the witness stand, being questioned by O’Mara – Ms. DeeDee, there is a sworn statement included in the prosecution evidence claiming you were on the phone with TM until just moments before his death. Why didn’t you call the police, or someone to report that phone call? Ms. DeeDee, when you heard that TM had been shot and killed as you posted on your Twitter account the next day, why didn’y you call someone to report the conversation?

        • Donnie B. says:

          DeeDee’s reply:
“On advice of my counsel, I invoke the privilege afforded by the fifth amendment to the U.S. Constitution, and I respectfully decline to answer any questions”

          • minpin says:

I would believe that in DeeDee case, she would not be able to invoke the 5th amendment. The fifth amendment was designed to protect anyone from testifying where they would incriminate themselves. Since the prosecution seems to have relied heavily on DeeDee’s signed sworn statement, she would not be able to invoke the 5th. She couldn’t say I will not answer because if I do, it means I will incriminate myself from what I swore to previously. It’s all a moot point anyway, and I was just being snarky when I talked about her possible cross exam. DeeDee was an ear witness, and what someone heard, and has come to conclusions about what they thought they heard, would not be permissible in a court of law. About the only thing she would be able to say is that she was on the phone with Trayvon at such and such a time. That proves nothing. As Sundance has said all along, DeeDee will never grace the court with her presence.

  25. jd says:

Ho hum, yet another black mob attacking a white person “in revenge for Treyvon” (a hundred participants involved in this attack). This makes 22 separate incidents which I have noticed, but there’s probably lots more since the reporting is always restricted to small local news outlets.

    http://hamptonroads.com.nyud.net/2012/05/beating-church-and-brambleton

  26. Donnie B. says:

I wish there was a way to get all of this information out to the masses. This story would make a great documentary. Race-baiting, lies, corruption, money, goverment, and a “white-hispanic”.

    • jd says:

You Tube videos would be effective, if the titles were something which would force them to appear in the sidebar every time someone was looking at videos about Treyvon AND anti-racism efforts in general.

    • M Simon says:

Are you passing out links? Blogging?

      • Donnie B. says:

We need more than links and Blogging, IMO. We need national media attention. We need a PR person to fight fire with fire so to speak.

        • M Simon says:

We need more than links and Blogging, IMO. We need national media attention.

You get it by linking and blogging until they HAVE TO pay attention. That is how it works. Where have you been the last 10 years?

          • Donnie B. says:

Is that how Crump got the media to pay attention to his case? Did he “Blog”? No, he hired a PR guy and the PR guy got all the media attention. There are more quicker and efficient ways to get media attention.

            • M Simon says:

Is that how Crump got the media to pay attention to his case?

Fn cry me a river. Now man up and get to work.

            • Even assuming that we could somehow match Julison’s long-standing connections, what we’ll NEVER have is “the narrative.”

THIS is why The Passion of Saint Skittles has gotten so much attention — IT FITS THE NARRATIVE!

              What’s The Narrative?

              You know …
Whites are evil, always abusing blacks. Evil white men kill blacks – especially black KIDS – for sport and the law never punishes them… All whites are racists and *ONLY* whites CAN BE racist… And so on…

Yes – we know the truth is that interracial crime is almost exclusively black-on-white, but you’ll NEVER hear that on TV because IT DOESN’T FIT THE NARRATIVE!
Oh – and I’m a vile racist for even saying this no matter that it’s true! (BURN THE WITCH!!)

This is why you see all the “how many of us must die” signs, and hear all the screaming of “enough is enough!” and so-on — because The Narrative is SOOOoooo pervasive that most people actually BELIEVE IT!

Those who know better will STILL not buck The Narrative because it would spell the end of their careers! Look what just happened to… Good G*d, the list even from RECENT times is too long for me to feel like typing out!

It *IS* possible to buck The Narrative, but {as was said above) the ONLY way it gets done is to make something SUCH an issue in the blogosphere that the lap-dog legacy-media has NO CHOICE but to cover it, since everyone by then knows it anyway and their continued silence cannot e construed as ANYTHING but a deliberate effort to mislead the public.

Even then, they’ll twist it to match The Narrative as best they can, report only what they MUST, and drop it as soon as ANYTHING else comes along to bump it back into obscurity…

Why do you think we know so much about those Kardashian whores, or LiLo, or “Snooki”? – BECAUSE THE LSM uses them to fill empty time so they can ignore stuff like Fast & Furious and the TRUTH about Jorge Zimmerman!!

God help us… and GOD SAVE OUR REPUBLIC!

    • Sharon says:

      Maybe Ryan Julison’s available.

  27. justice099 says:

One unfortunate thing I learned LONG ago… a black “friend” is rarely ever a friend of a white person. I learned that when I was jumped at 16yos by 16 black kids while I was simply walking home from school. Among them were 8 kids I had considered my friend. I grew up color-blind, but got that beat out of me.

They will turn on you in a heartbeat.

I still have no hate for black people. But, I am no longer stupid and willing to trust so easily, because I know that MOST of them hate me. I judge by the content of someone’s character. The problem is the majority of them have bad character, in my observation.

    • Oh – CLEARLY you’re a vile, racist hater!
How DARE you claim there’s ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RACES AND CULTURES – EXCEPT WHITES WHO ARE ALL, ALWAYS BAD!
      HERETIC!
      BURN THE WITCH!
      BURN THE WITCH!

      • minpin says:

It’s plantation mentality. You are never allowed to leave the plantation, the philosophy of group think, the cries for reparations, the locked hands with those that are your people, and if you even dare, you will suffer the same, or worse consequences of those you are railing against, which is about everyone who is non-black. Look at what they have said about Clarance Thomas.

    • minpin says:

When my sister was going to Penn State, she had a black female “friend” in one of her classes. They studied together, ate together, shopped together etc. One night my sister was walking back to her dorm alone, and a group of black guys jumped her and raped her. There were black females just standing around talking like nothing was happening. One of them was what my sister thought was her friend. The girl refused to acknowledge that she even knew my sister.

My husband and I worked with a black guy who we thought was one of the nicest guys you could meet. We were trying to find a home for a little rescued Yorkie at the time, and he said his mama would love to have that little Yorkie. Before giving him the Yorkie, he bought an old puddle jumper from my husband, and was going to make payments each week on payday, until it was paid off. Before he made the first payment, he disappeared, never showed back up to work again, and had skipped town. We heard a few months later that he was incarcerated in another state. Most importantly, he never got little Lucky, who was far more precious and important than the old puddle jumper.

  28. I’m splitting into two posts because I want the Mods to take note of my second one below…

Ive felt all along that it must REALLY suck to be Jorge Zimmerman…
The whole attack and shooting mess is bad enough.
Being smeared as a racist is worse – ESPECIALLY when you’ve got the kind of history he REALLY has…

But can you IMAGINE what it must be like to sit and see these people on TV, knowing damn well that YOU *WORKED* WITH THEM TO GET JUSTICE FOR A BLACK MAN?! That the VERY SAME PEOPLE ARE NOW VILIFYING YOU?!

    Can you IMAGINE?!

I’ve wasted a BUNCH of hours recently trying to find evidence to PROVE he was involved in the Sherman Ware thing.

I KNOW he was – in my heart – as it just makes no sense that a Family Member would make up a story like this that SHOULD be so easy to verify…

  29. MODS: I’ve got some ideas you may not have considered… If you can think of anyplace else I could look I would be grateful…

    =======================================================
I’ve been unable to find ANY pictures or video of ANYTHING related to the Sherman Ware case other than the infamous assault-vid and a mugshot of Collison.

What’s troubling is that even a Google Image Search for “sherman ware meeting” or that plus “…January 8 2011″ turns up nothing but thousands of pics related to “The Passion of Saint Skittles.”

WTF??!! Those search-terms aren’t even RELATED – meaning Google is “massaging” the results on the back-end!

The city of Sanford posts recordings of their meetings and minutes in PDF on the city website – there’s no “workshop session” there for that “meeting on January 8″ date.
I’ve also searched the Sanford Herald website (mySanfordHerald.com) among other places…

SOMEWHERE out there is Video of this meeting, pics of the crowd, and so-on. If I were on the Defense team I’d be beating the bushes high and low! This would NO DOUBT help to prove he’s no racist!

Also, if the meeting was run like most, there’s a list of speakers and minutes (if not outright recordings) in the Sanford Archives SOMEWHERE!

I’ve started to call the City of Sanford, and an editor at the Sanford Herald, but I decided not to because I didn’t want to risk alerting someone and causing them to delete, destroy or just plain “lose” evidence that might help The Evil White-Peruvian Racist Zimmerman!…

Let me know how I can help!

  30. minpin says:

Here is a link to a letter sent by the Zimmerman Family to Tonnetta Foster, the sister of Sherman Ware, who GZ fought for, and against the corruption in the Sanford Police Dept. that refused to arrest the beater Collison, because his father was a Sanford Law Enforcement officer at the time. The police chief at the time Tooley, had gotten the video tape of the beating, but feigned surprise until the story went viral, thanks to GZ. The Zimmerman family member who wrote the letter, references that Tonnetta attended a rally against GZ on March 19.

Anyone willing to deny that the Sanford police, at least some of them, had it in for GZ?

    • Donnie B. says:

      Shame on that woman.

    • “…Anyone willing to deny that the Sanford police, at least some of them, had it in for GZ?”

THIS is a point I’ve been making for over a month now!
There were **ELEVEN** SPD cops who were “under investigation” in the Ware matter – all exonerated except one, and the Chief took early retirement despite apparently being very popular.
IIRC, the first two cops on scene were among the 11 who had been “under investigation”…

I don’t care HOW you slice it, he SURELY wasn’t going to win any “citizen of the year” award from the SPD – and if they’d been able to find something to pin on him they’d have done it in a HEARTBEAT!

      • minpin says:

Dad- Does anyone know if Chris Serino was on the force back in the Ware days?

  31. john says:

httrack is a great tool for downloading websites that might be scrubbed, so you have a record.

  32. Roscoe P. Soultrane says:

At the risk of pointing out the obvious – it’s the National Association for the ADVANCEMENT of COLORED People. Zimmerman’s not considered “colored,” therefore, he’s simply a tool to be exploited as needed.

The NAACP might have been an upstanding organization in years past, but they are just race baiters now.

    • Craw63 says:

What?! White isn’t a color? or half white?
      LOL

A thought came to mind regarding the name of the organization, What about working hard and being honest to Advance yourself? Just a thought.

    • minpin says:

Can you imagine what would happen if there was an organization called- National Association for the Advancement of White People?
