The justices lifted an order from a federal judge in Boston who had placed restrictions on the deportations to those countries. Due process for this criminal judge should include impeachment and disbarment procedures. However, it’s the Massachusetts Bar and 67 votes in the Senate to remove. Good luck with that.
Systematically, these “activist judges” are driving both themselves and their institutions to final ruin. This Judge, for example, not only openly considers himself to be President, but not accountable to higher Courts. This brings a certain, inevitable, and now quite unavoidable finish to their actions. These Judges will be removed, if not imprisoned. And, Congress will finally be forced to act.
The Constitution establishes only one Court, the Supreme Court. It then directs Congress to establish and then run the system of lower Courts. Their powers must be expressly defined and constrained. For example, lower Courts may not issue “nationwide injunctions.”
It may also be that Marbury v. Madison must be overturned. It is in that fateful decision that the Supreme Court “simply, ruled” that it had the power to declare the acts of the other two branches to be “unconstitutional.” When the actual document does not contain that term, and expressly never contemplated giving any Court that power.
These Judges have, by their reckless action, now driven the matter to the point where “not to act against this” is no longer an option. We do not live in a Monarchy, and Judges do not form a “Privy Council.”

But such judges — any judges really — can be ignored by the executive because the judiciary lacks enforcement power by design.
If there is a federal judge who is the leading candidate for being ignored, it is Judge Murphy.
However, ignoring a judicial ruling is ultimately a political move with very serious backfire potential.
My guess is that is exactly what judge Murphy wants PDJT to do, to ignore his ruling in order to stoke the No Kings mania.
Then he should ignore it, the only people who will be outraged are the same people rushing to interrupt Noem and flying to foreign countries to cry over foreign citizens being put in jails in their own countries.

And what of their rulings not arising from good behavior? Did the framers intend their actions be void when they hold office in less than good behavior? Did the framers intend The Judge’s Office could not be held and would automatically suspend or be void when The Judge sat in less than good Behavior?
This may be a much bigger issue than: “Just who do they think they are?”
There are more and more deeply profound failures of good Behavior than sexual deviance, debauchery or depravity, especially when one considers the panoply of personality disorders, borderlines who thirst for authority and other malignancies of narcissism that animate our modern era.
The A3 Judge should not hold Office when not in good Behavior. Have the framers preempted the issue? They certainly saw the human condition of Misdemeanor to be as serious and significant as a High Crime in an impeachment proceeding. Why would they then ignore the same in the distributed A3 offices to be held by The Judges? It makes sense they might impose an automatic voiding threshold or trigger as a fail safe given the logistical difficulties and delay of supervising malignancies of judicial office and judicial office holders during the late 18th Century.
There is certainly ample proof the framers were very careful and wise. The environmental insults, drugs, culture and syndromic patterns of human disposition and demeanor have certainly changed with the times, but the problems of Human Nature have changed very little, and it is in matters concerning the latter where our nation’s framers were wisest of all.
They may have lifetime appointments but is there a law that says we have to pay them? Just stop paying these rogue A-holes.

When these injunctions started being issued the big questions on all of the networks was “will Trump ala Jackson, ignore the courts” and if so “If Trump ignores the Courts it will be a Constitutional Crisis!”
Now we have a lower court judge ignoring the SCOTUS and nobody says “Constitutional Crisis.”
I recall Schumer celebrating that they had seated about 280 new judges that would specifically thwart Trump policy and plans.
