Driving back from Miami-Dade today, and recognizing the defense had run out the clock on Sybrina Fulton’s opportunity to testify, this question crossed my mind: Should the defense ask her any questions ?
I’m absolutely the wrong person to actually answer that question, because quite frankly I have researched too much about her.
But I’m wondering what you think?
Is the risk of seeming callous toward a grieving parent such that asking her deliberate questions should be avoided?

If it were up to me, I would. But again, I’m way too close and too understanding of her manipulations. Almost all of which would never be grasped or understood by a jury. Especially a jury of women and Moms. (more…)
Honestly folks I don’t know how to even begin to encapsulate the level of corruption surfacing in the trial of The State V. Zimmerman. This latest aspect with the Jacksonville Medical Examiner is just over the top and I don’t have the resources to follow it all the way down.

So here is the surface level view of the filth.
Why Judge Nelson let the jury, hear from an out-of-town medical examiner, who had no attachment to the case, and was giving testimony to trauma injury on a live person from pictures, is beyond my understanding. O’Mara only needs to call a Skilled Trauma unit Doctor to the stand to totally wipe out any validity/credibility to the Carpet Bagger M.E. for hire. (more…)
This is the Medical Examiner who was sprung on the defense as a prosecution witness – Dr. Valerie Rao – who the defense was trying to depose, but was unable to locate. From Jacksonville? What friggin’ value other than propaganda is her intent?
What’s the backstory on her? How and what is the relationship between Prosecutor Bernie De La Rionda, and Angela Corey, to her. What is their prior association? Prior history? Prior cases?
What can we find?

Obviously given detective Chris Serino’s testimony today many people are wondering what’s the back-story?
What you witnessed play out today was a State Prosecutor who called up the “lead detective” in the case, and yet only asked him about Serino’s direct interviews with George Zimmerman. Bernie De La Rionda never asked Serino about the investigation itself.

Why?
Chris Serino was the very narrowest point of the information and investigative funnel. All investigative information ended up on his desk. Serino was the lead information gatherer, interviewer, and investigative person behind every single aspect to the evidence in the case. So why didn’t the State ask the lead homicide detective anything about the evidence?
The answer to that question once again frames the narrative of a fraudulent and malicious prosecution. The State does not want Detective Serino to testify about the evidence, because there isn’t any. The only reason Serino even filed a capias was to get the case from his desk into the hands of the State investigative team, FDLE.
DiwataMan has previously written about this – CLICK HERE. And likewise in April, May and June of last year we followed the “why” trail to the same conclusion. Detective Serino was pressured to file a capias where no justification existed. (more…)
“Tara The Treeper” – The astounding and phenomenal finder of all great wonders, brought forth this hidden ABC video to the public spotlight. This is the very best audio sample of Witness #8, Dee Dee during her interview with Benjamin Crump and Matt Gutman on March 19th, 2012.
Compare this audio of “Dee Dee” to the person on the witness stand last week identified as Witness #8. Is it the same person?
I doubt there’s a single person -who has ever spent any time here at the Tree House- who would wonder what my opinion is. {{*Think August 2nd, 2012*}}

You must understand for yourself – what is said, and also what is left unsaid…
There was a movie several years ago called Absolute Power, starring Clint Eastwood. The plot summary is essentially:
…. an aging cat burglar becomes a crusader embroiled in a deadly cat-and-mouse game involving murder and a government cover-up. [T]he story works at different levels … The trouble begins when ex-con Luther Whitney (Clint Eastwood) decides to pull off one last heist before retiring. Just as he finishes looting the vault of a well-fortified mansion, a drunken couple enters the adjoining bedroom apparently eager to start making love. But something goes awry and a violent tussle ensues that abruptly ends when gun-wielding men bust in and shoot down the woman. During the ensuing chaos, Luther slips out. Only later does the audience learn that the would-be lovers were U.S.-President Alan Richmond (Gene Hackman) and Christy Sullivan (Melora Hardin), the young wife of the President’s biggest supporter Walter Sullivan (E.G. Marshall).
As the investigation and cover-up begins, Luther, who has already been contacted by hard-boiled and suspicious detective Seth Frank (Ed Harris) begins to fear that he will be blamed for the killing and prepares to leave the country.
… Luther goes to the airport, but just before he flies, he sees a press conference in which President Richmond, without so much as a twitch, goes on a tirade concerning his stand against violence. Something inside him snaps and he abruptly decides to stay and fight for justice…. (link)
Like Clint’s character in that movie, for me there was a similar “snapping moment” as I bore witness to the most blazing display of hypocrisy and political filth. (more…)
I want to present an accurate picture of Alicia Stanley – and why she views Trayvon as the pre-summer 2010 teen (between his 15th and 16th year).
However, before you can understand her, you have to understand which people hate her. In order to understand who they are, you have to understand why they hate her; Why she is viewed as a risk to them. Believe it or not we have been researching these people since March 2012.
So, let me see if I can even begin to summarize all of these interwoven connections that form the Trayvon Scheme Team agenda:

It begins with Tracy Martin reaching out on February 28th to his sister-in-law attorney Patricia Jones, she in turn contacted Benjamin Crump from Parks and Crump law firm in Tallahassee. Crump contacted Tracy Martin February 29th and took the case March 1st.
Crump then contacted Orlando Attorney Natalie Jackson to begin the process of formulating the offensive strategy. Natalie Jackson is a Seminole County NAACP board member and serves as a member of the Legal Redress Committee. In addition Natalie Jackson’s mom, Francis Oliver, is a major activist and historian within the NAACP.

Natalie Jackson and Benjamin Crump hire Media Communications expert Ryan Julison, who Jackson had previously worked with on the Sanford Sherman Ware case where they were able to extort leverage financial restitution from the son of a former Sanford Police Lieutenant; the son’s name is Justin Collison, and he was charged with beating Sherman Ware. In addition to money paid to Sherman Ware, Collison, the grandson of a very wealthy former federal judge, also paid off the NAACP. Ryan Julison ran the media campaign to support Ware.
While Julison went about pitching the racist white George Zimmerman murdering the innocent Trayvon Martin to the media, which he did very effectively, Benjamin Crump got in touch with his former cohorts from the Martin Lee Anderson case; namely Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and National NAACP President Ben Jealous. Congratulations to YOU. Because of your efforts the light of a sun rising truth is moving steadily across the ground, and through the tree tops. After 18 months of painstaking research, and righteous push back to bring forth the light of truth, the media is now paying attention.

As MSM reporters begin using google to research the people behind their articles “there you are”, the gold mine of all dot connections, The Last Refuge. It’s wonderful to see their eye lids peel back as they finally begin to explore the same pathways we have all walked and understand with comfortable familiarity.
The funniest quote I have ever read about this case, and our research upon it, was:
Well, I don’t want to say too much else about this stuff – But I will say: you damn sure don’t want those CTH folks on your ass…
From a Police Officer (citation omitted purposely)
Just a quick fyi.
A seemingly innocuous revelation, positioned within the Rachel Jeantel testimony, flew “under the radar” for most, except those who have been on-the-ground and heavy into research over the past 18 months.
Rachel mentioned during lengthy Cross Examination by Don West that many of the texts from her phone to Trayvon Martin were not actually made “by her”.
Don West had Jeantel repeat that exact statement a total of 3 more times, but positioned the revelation (“revelation” only to the court and gallery – not new to us) within the context of aggregate phone use. (more…)
The New York Daily News runs an article mentioning who is now the attorney representing Rachel Jeantel.

….And, wait for it…. it’s one of the original players from the Origin of the Scheme Team, Rod Vereen:
“She really doesn’t want to be here,” Jeantel’s lawyer, Rod Vereen, said before she took the stand.
It showed. At one point, the key prosecution witness blurted out, “That’s retarded, sir.” That came after defense attorney Don West claimed Martin attacked Zimmerman. (link)
Who is Rod Vereen? Well we know him well, we wrote about him over a year ago. The associations highlighted explain how Tracy Martin, Trayvon’s dad, was put into contact with Benjamin Crump, the proverbial head of the “scheme team”, and along the way the cast of characters is quite interesting.
As well as one seeking political office in Miami-Dade. (more…)
