Yesterday we shared a startling revelation about a letter sent from the IRS to Cause of Action, regarding the denial of a FOIA release. Today we expand the explanation.
The request from CoA to the IRS was an effort to gain documents shared between the White House and the IRS.  The concern of interest is the probability there was illegal distribution of taxpayer information from the IRS to officials in the White House.
Enough circumstantial information exists to speculate the information within the denied documents could outline collusion between the White House and the IRS – to formulate a list of political opponents for targeting.
The enforcement mechanism used for targeting includes the DOJ and various other government agencies (ATF, OSHA, EEOC, EPA Banking/Finance)
According to the jaw dropping IRS letter – Treasury Secretary Jack Lew, interceded and blocked the FOIA discovery from being released. See Letter:

However, as we have previously outlined current Treasury Secretary Jack Lew holds a serious conflict of interest. Lew’s decision to block the release is not only unethical, and an obvious conflict of interest, but also borders on illegal. (more…)

Saint Louis – A man was arrested during protests Wednesday evening in the Central West End after he drove through the crowd and later waved a gun at protesters.

The incident happened during a day of demonstrations that brought protesters to several sites in and around St. Louis.
In the incident Wednesday night, a protest leader said four protesters were hit. A police spokeswoman said nobody was seriously hurt.
The incident happened around 8 p.m., after about 75 protesters gathered in Maryland Plaza and were beginning to lay down for a “die-in” in the street. (more…)

There’s a reason the founding fathers of the U.S. Republic promised a “republican form of government“, a constitutional republic and not a democracy.
A Republic is ruled by principles of law, and as a consequence it is a representative process of considerable debate and deliberative conversation.
A Democracy is ruled by majority, by emotion.  Debate is not considered – the arguments are short and quick – the rules quickly assembled without lengthy forethought toward consequence.  (If that sounds like ObamaCare, it’s not coincidental) (more…)

Apparently several websites are all a twitter about recent immigration fraud details released by Judicial Watch.

Taxpayer funds covered free laptops, big screen TVs, $75 per child per day for food, pregnancy tests, and “multicultural crayons”  […] Judicial Watch announced today that on September 9, 2014, it received documents from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealing that the Obama administration paid Baptist Children and Family Services (BCFS) $182,129,786 to provide “basic shelter care” to 2,400 “unaccompanied alien children” (UAC) for four months in 2014. The BCFS budget included charges for $104,215,608 for UACs at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and an additional $77,914,178 for UACs at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. (more)

Grand Jury evidence shows that Mike Brown was one of a group of three people who went to the Ferguson Liquor Market at 1:13am on the same day as the shooting. The Grand Jury saw CCTV evidence of his visit approximately 10 hours before the cigarillo robbery at the same locale – this would have been overnight between Friday 8/8 and Saturday 8/9.

Additionally, according to robbery cohort Dorian Johnson’s somewhat sketchy grand jury testimony, he and Mike Brown met up at 7:00am outside the apartment where Mike Brown was staying.  Dorian’s testimony is “sketchy” for several reasons, not the least of which is the time between 7:00am and the robbery at 11:50am is essentially unaccounted for and unreconciled – despite his testimony. Seven video’s of ObamaCare architect calling the American Electorate “stupid”, and the Pretorian Guard media ignore.  One comment by an obscure beltway staffer about Obama’s daughters ‘tude and dress, and the same media go nuclear.  The media quickly dispatching satellite trucks, camped out in front of the staffer’s family home, and launching a full throated Washington Post opposition research operation – the results leading the ABC, CBS and NBC news broadcasts for two days and counting…  
(Via Washington Free Beacon) Five days after Elizabeth Lauten published a Facebook post criticizing the outfits worn by President Barack Obama’s daughters, the previously obscure Republican Hill staffer is being inundated with threatening messages and major media outlets are pouring resources into tracking her moves and digging into her past.
Two network news vans camped outside of Lauten’s parents home in North Carolina on Tuesday, one day after she resigned as communication director for Rep. Steven Fincher (R., Tenn.) due to the controversy. Lauten was not at the house.
That morning, the Washington Post also assigned one of its foreign affairs correspondents to comb through an archive of columns Lauten wrote for her college newspaper in 2006 and 2007. The investigation found that Lauten had supported intervention in Darfur, criticized Facebook as an invasion of privacy, and warned people against “making race an issue.” (more…)

Piaget Crenshaw has been at the heart of the Mike Brown story from the outset.  Ms. Crenshaw was one of the very first media witnesses who sold the false “hands up – don’t shoot” story as pictured below in one of her many media interviews.

Last week, during the violence, looting and arson which occurred immediately after the grand jury announcement, the Ferguson Liquor Market was targeted again by the local community.

You might remember her as the unstable character that New York media chose to give hours of airtime to as she railed against the family of George Zimmerman; CNN, ABC and MSNBC aired her exclusive diatribes for several weeks.
Or you might  remember Christi O’Conner as the “journalist” who was going to publish exclusive evidence of the Zimmerman family racism – which never happened, because the accusation was nonsense. (more…)

Pearlie Gordon, 54, and two men were selling “Justice for Mike Brown” merchandise on Saturday afternoon October 18th when “a large group of about 20-30 subjects ‘jumped out of vehicles and rushed them.’” Gordon is the mother-in-law of Michael Brown Sr., McSpadden’s ex-husband.
