*Update – Ruling Added* Zimmerman Trial: Judge Nelson orders Exclusion of State “Experts”

Judge Nelson 4Judge Nelson has ruled in the Frye Hearing regarding the admissibility of the State’s audio “expert witnesses” Owens and Reich.

The Order has caught many people by surprise and her ruling is a potential game changer for the positioning of the State’s case.

Nelson has ruled that their testimony will be excluded, however, both sides can play the 9-11 tapes for the jury and both sides can call witnesses, if they choose, to affirm which party (Martin or Zimmerman) they feel was calling for “Help”.

The Miami Herald, hardly sympathetic to the Zimmerman position, reported the ruling as a “major blow to the prosecution”.

As the first day of actual trial starts in the State of Florida V George Zimmerman case, the race-baiting provocateurs will be coordinating a “town hall” at the church of Trayvon Martin family attorney, Natalie Jackson, and her mom, Francis Oliver.   Allen Chapel AME Church has been the site of many protests, rallies and even hosted an arrest celebration on April 11th 2012.   Will J Willie David be in attendance?

Orlando Sentinel – The Seminole County chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will host a town hall meeting on Monday to give the public a chance to talk about the George Zimmerman trial.

The town hall will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1203 Olive Ave., Sanford. (more…)

Al Sharpton and Benjamin Crump – The Black Grievance Industry’s “Dream Team”….

There is something deeply reflective of our nation’s troubles in this video.   Witnessing  career race-baiting instigator Al Sharpton talk to his protégé Benjamin Crump on MSNBC is like a trip through the looking glass with Alice.

Sharpton is the mentor for the next generation of grievance leadership.  Crump is the protégé hand selected by Sharpton to carry the torch of racism and hate from coast to coast.  All the while lining their pockets with extortion money from their Scheme Team endeavors.

“Everybody who protested on behalf of Trayvon Martin was very peaceful. All his parents have ever asked for is peaceful justice.”

Really?

They Have A Jury

zimmerman-trial-028-062013

Today, June 21st, is DAY #10 (of 2nd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.  Yesterday they got a jury impanelled:  [Day #9 Summary Here]

Yesterday they selected 6 primary jurists, and 4 alternates.   All of the primary jurors are female.  Here’s the breakdown:

B-29: A “Black-Hispanic” (?) nurse on an Alzheimer’s ward who has several children and lived in Chicago at the time of shooting. She’s married. She said she doesn’t watch the news, preferring reality television: “Right when we got here, I got cable… I love my reality shows.” During jury selection, she said she was arrested once in Chicago. Question For Legal Types – And Common Sense Types Too…

Hypothetical situation.

Well known actor, Mel Gibson, goes into a plastic surgeon’s office in Los Angeles.   He is escorted into the backroom by a team from the Dr’s. Office including “Jane”, a medical assistant.

After the procedure, he, and a member of his family, approach the counter to pay for the procedure.   The medical assistant, Jane is giving him instructions as he pays cash for the service.   He pays “Ryan” the receptionist.

Mel Gibson flies privately to Sacramento for rehab…..

Meanwhile, back at the office – the office manager, Samantha, notices the payment is missing.  She asks the staff “where’s the cash”?  No-one knows.

Frustrated – Samantha makes a call to the police to begin an investigation of “theft”.

Receptionist Ryan, and medical assistant, Jane, are both questioned and complete statements to police.   The case is filed, but not solved, and eventually closed.

However, on the same day this happens – a guy named Dave riding his bike along a road nearby to the private airstrip used by lots of celebrities in Los Angeles was hit and run off the road by a fast moving car.  As Dave sits in the ditch, with a broken leg, looking toward the car, he sees Mel Gibson and another person exit the vehicle, look around, exchange words, then quickly get back into the car and drive off. Thread #2 Day #9 Zimmerman Trial – Open Discussion Thread

This thread will update with data, research and information throughout the evening.

A Jury has been selected. (more later) all women:

B-29: A Hispanic nurse on an Alzheimer’s ward who has several children and lived in Chicago at the time of shooting. She’s married. She said she doesn’t watch the news, preferring reality television: “Right when we got here, I got cable… I love my reality shows.” During jury selection, she said she was arrested once in Chicago.

B-76: A white, middle-aged woman who said Zimmerman had an “altercation with the young man. There was a struggle and the gun went off.” Has been married 30 years, and is unemployed. She formerly worked with her husband in his construction company. Her 28-year-old son is an attorney in Seminole County. She also has a daughter, 26, has been a victim of non-violent crime and rescues “a lot of pets.” The state tried to strike her, but was denied.

B-37: A middle-aged white woman who has worked for a chiropractor for 16 years and has many pets. She described protests in Sanford as “rioting.” Her husband is an attorney. She has two daughters: A 24-year-old dog groomer and a 27-year-old who attends the University of Central Florida. Girls 24, grooms pets. She uused to have concealed weapons permit, but let it lapse. Her husband also has one.

B-51: A retired white woman from Oviedo who has a dog and 20-year-old cat. She knew a good deal about the case, but said “I’m not rigid in my thinking.” She has been in Seminole County for nine years, is unmarried and has no kids. B-51 previously lived in Atlanta, and used to work in real estate. She also ran a call center in Brevard County which she said had 1,200 employees.

E-6: A young white woman and mother who used to work in financial services. She used this case as an example to her two adolescent children, warning them to not go out at night. She has lived in Seminole County for eight years, and is married to an engineer. E-6 was arrested in Brevard County, but said she “was treated completely fairly.” Her husband has guns. The state tried to strike her from the jury, but was denied.

E-40: A white woman in her 60s who lived in Iowa at the time of the shooting. She heard national news reports and recalls the shooting was in a gated community and a teenager was killed. She described herself as safety officer, is married to a chemical engineer and loves football. She has a 28-year-old son who’s out of work. She said she’s very well versed in cell phone technology, and has been a victim of crime.

The Frye hearing will begin soon (more later)

Five media contacts today for comment about false reporting in beginning of media story 2012 (somethings up?)

Day #9 (Week 2) George Zimmerman Case – Open Discussion Thread

robert-gladys-zimmerman-sr-061913gz2

Today, June 20, is DAY #9 (of 2nd week) of the weighted Scheme Team + State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. Continuing jury selection. [Day #8 Summary Here]

With 40 potential jurists selected the filtering process continues toward finding the final 6 jurists and the 4 alternates.   Yesterday the prosecution spent the majority of the day presenting it’s position(s) and asking questions.   Today the defense has the opportunity to do the same, starting at 9:00am.

Also, well, “maybe”, at 2:00pm the “Frye Hearing” is set to resume with the State Prosecution recalling their expert, Tom Owen, to discuss whether the cries for help heard on the 911 call can be identified.   (This has been cancelled and postponed twice before – so “maybe” is prudent this time)

[Tom Owen stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night – He’s ready 😉 ]

Monday the Defense expert, Dr. James L Wayman, testified from 4pm to 8:30pm – Judge Nelson is expected to rule on whether this information is presented to the jury during trial, or whether it is too confusing on the jury to have experts dispute each other. (more…)
