Bearing false and improper witness

I am stupid busy right now trying to get back home and out of this damned rest area using a broadband connection that stinks. (Also traffic just sucks) AND I have to be back over here at 8:30am tomorrow  – (we will put up video of W8 testimony asap) 

In the interim, remove your snark hats, remove your emotional dropped jaw, and focus, focus, focus on what she said today – while contrasted against:

1.)  Her first original interview with Ben Crump and ABC.

2.)  Her first written statement.

3.)  Her first interview with State of Florida LEO

What specific aspects are lies and faleshoods.   After you have provided the context for the falsehood identified, then outline the possible line of inquiry that West/O’Mara might take to expose the lie in court.   Again, be intellectual in analysis – not emotional.

Provide the substance and How the question would be appropriately framed.

Again, this is 4 and 1/2 minutes of your life you can never get back – But it helps to understand just how ridiculously biased the media was at the beginning of the entire fiasco. This audio/video was the example, the origin which followed our conversations with Ryan Julison, where Ytz4Me and myself decided to take on Matt Gutman specifically.

There have been many media journalists who have malpracticed with this case. But if you had to pick the top three I think Matt Gutman would be on everyone’s list. His reporting ran on ABC news morning, noon, and night – and was picked up by ABC online print broadcasting. After listening to this you can understand why Ryan Julison and the Scheme Team picked him for so many exclusives. Including taking him along to Mayor Tripletts office for the 911 call tape meeting; and the infamous “Dee Dee” interview of 3/19/12.

Two pictures that bring a smile. The first picture is what Truth does within a discussion of witnesses. When a witness is presented, and the accused has no ulterior motive, no ill intent, and is not constitutionally guilty of what he stands accused of; he has the capacity to talk to the truth of people as they present themselves.

This is what it looks like when you are confronting false witness.

The second great picture is the O’Mara expression all those who would bear false witness should see.  This is the deliberate look of comfortable in confrontation. When you understand what exactly “FALSE WITNESS” means  -in its purest original form-  then you understand there’s no other confrontation method that works.  Period.

Today, June 25th, is DAY #12 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. An explosive first day of opening statements and witnesses took place yesterday.

[yesterday] saw the completion of opening statements and the launch of the State’s case, with four of the State’s witnesses being brought to the stand. In a nutshell, I thought the defense did a far superior job in cross-examination than the State did on direct, with it’s own witnesses, which does not bode well for the State’s prospects in this case.
