I have never heard of anyone charged with “ethnic intimidation” before.   Does anyone have any familiarity with such a law? 

PENNSYLVANIA – Three teenage girls are facing several charges, including ethnic intimidation, after police said they brutally beat a 32-year-old woman Sunday in Pittsburgh’s North Side.

Investigators said the incident happened around 2 p.m. near the intersection of Concord and Itin streets.
According to police, the girls threw a bottle at the woman’s car, and when she stopped to confront the girls, they attacked her. (more…)

GUILTY ! Mona Nelson, Welding Torch Killer – Verdict: GUILTY

In Houston Texas a middle-aged black woman named Mona Nelson kidnapped a 12-year-old white boy, Jonathan Foster, from his home on Christmas Eve 2010. She tied him up with string, tortured him, then burned him with a welding torch and dumped his body in a ditch. Reverse the races and this would be the lead story every night in the media – the same reason it’s being ignored. She was found GUILTY today.
HOUSTON, TX – […]  After the verdict was read, the judge sentened Nelson to life in prison. Prosecutors had not sought the death penalty.

Nelson was accused of kidnapping Foster on Christmas Eve 2010. His burned body was later found wrapped in carpet, discarded in a ditch.
Nelson had told police she dumped the contents of a garbage can there, but claimed not to know that they included the boy’s remains.
The entire trial lasted a little more than two weeks. It culminated in dramatic closing arguments on Monday. And by Tuesday morning, the judge reached her verdict. (more…)

The Welding Torch Killer- Trial Update – Both Sides Rest – Judge Now Deliberating Verdict….

In Houston Texas a middle-aged black woman named Mona Nelson kidnapped a 12-year-old white boy, Jonathan Foster, from his home on Christmas Eve 2010. She tied him up with string, tortured him, then burned him with a welding torch and dumped his body in a ditch. Reverse the races and this would be the lead story every night in the media – the same reason it’s being ignored.
Mona Nelson chose to avoid a jury and instead opted for a bench trial – Court reconvenes tomorrow at 10:00am and a verdict may possibly be announced then.   Here is the latest update:   HOUSTON (KTRK) — Testimony in the murder trial of Mona Nelson is over.  Now we wait for a verdict — not from a jury but from a judge — and if that judge decides Nelson is guilty of killing 12-year-old Jonathan Foster, her punishment sentencing will be swift.

There are very few options when it comes to punishment in this case.  This is a non-death penalty capital murder case, so if the judge finds her guilty, Nelson will spend the rest of her natural life behind bars without a chance for parole. (more…)

Second Suspect Caught In Delbert "Shorty" Belton Murder

According to an ABC News report, Kenan Adams-Kinard, 16, was captured early this morning along with several other people who were aiding him.

Adams-Kinard is believed to have received help while on the lam, according to police.  “Several other people with him have been arrested for rendering criminal assistance,” according to Spokane Police spokeswoman Monique Cotton.  (link)

Is This What Ryan Julison Intended All Along? Or Was It Just Acceptable Collateral Damage?

Many people are noticing the uptick in young black males attacking, and in some recent cases, killing, white people.  One of the connections that joins them all appears just below the surface.   Each of these events are connected, and each of these connections are being totally ignored by the media.
Let’s just look at who was murdered in the last week:

All of the people involved in the murders, and most of their accomplices, have a self-identified position of advocacy for Trayvon Martin via their own social media accounts.   Yet the legacy media, the national press, appear to completely disconnect themselves from this IN_YOUR_FACE similarity.
However, the sheer open advocacy of this Justice For Trayvon™ motive is enough to make you look deeper to see if there really is a Trayvon Martin related violent pattern here.

One Captured One Still At Large: Demetrius Glen (16) Caught – Kenan Kinard (16-years-old) WANTED

Demetrius Glenn, a 16-year-old from Spokane, Wash., was identified as one of the suspects in the fatal beating of World War II veteran Delbert Belton, it was reported. The other suspect, Kenan Adams Kinard, who is around the same age, is still at large. (link)

They Smashed His Face With Flashlights – One Attacker Captured – Delbert "Shorty" Belton Murder *Update

SPOKANE, Wash. (CBS Seattle/AP) — Police in Spokane, Wash., say they have arrested one of two teens suspected of fatally beating an 88-year-old veteran of World War II who had survived the Battle of Okinawa.

Authorities say the two young African American men, between 16 and 19 years old, approached Delbert Belton in his car at random Wednesday night outside an Eagles Lodge as he was waiting for a friend.
Belton was found by police with serious head injuries and died in the hospital Thursday.
Belton’s daughter-in-law tells KREM-TV that the suspects beat him with flashlights. (more…)

Court update from Thursday HOUSTON (KTRK) – Investigators took the stand again on Thursday in the Mona Nelson trial. She’s charged with capital murder, accused of killing a 12-year-old boy. For the first time we heard about the autopsy of Jonathan Foster, whose body was found face down in a ditch and severely burned.

Dr. Paul Radelat, a pathologist testifying for the defense, admitted that he had not actually examined Jonathan’s body, but merely viewed photographs of the boy’s remains and read the forensic pathologist’s report. He said we may never know what happened to Jonathan, but he was confident the child was neither strangled nor burned alive. (more…)
