This Michael Sam situation is wrong on so many levels….   Apparently now it is disclosed the deal with OWN TV was planned long before the NFL draft and kept secret so that it did not impact his draft potential.

This level of manipulation and deceit is exactly why people like me, who ordinarily don’t give a hoot about sexual orientation issues, find ourselves with horrible opinions of the pressuring, scheming, conniving and manipulation within the gay rights movement.  This is not how you gain support – it’s the EXACT opposite.  A good analysis in that regard is HERE (Hat Tip Tex)

(Via Sports Illustrated)  The Oprah Winfrey Network is set to begin production on a documentary series surrounding Michael Sam, a plan that Sam and his representatives knew about before the draft. The problem? The latter group didn’t disclose that fact to the St. Louis Rams or other teams.

Per ESPN’s Ed Werder, Sam and Co. didn’t disclose their OWN documentary plans to teams ahead of the draft out of fear that he “might not be picked.” St. Louis scooped up Sam at pick No. 249 overall. (more…)

If you are unfamiliar with the Dept. of Justice “Operation Chokepoint” you are not alone.  Details are challenging to work out, but essentially it’s a stealth directive (operation) from the Eric Holder DOJ to identify “at risk profiles” within the banking industry and ‘choke off’ the selected individual(s), and businesses, from access to financial services (banking).

Essentially if you find yourself identified in the DOJ crosshairs – the banking industry is instructed to close down your accounts and access to services.    It’s like the IRS leverage, only applied to individuals and not organizations.   More info HERE.

Sean Sharif Crudup, 44, and his fiancée Raychas Elizabeth Thomas, 32, were both working for United at the San Francisco International Airport when the Asiana Flight 214 crashed on the runway, leaving three dead and 180 injured. (more…)

In Middletown Ohio a white single mother became the victim of horrific threats and attacks while living in a predominantly black community.    The attacks ultimately culminated in teens setting fire to the house late at night trying to murder the family.

Unknown to the thug arsonists, who started the fire at 1:00am, the woman and her children had escaped through a rear window earlier in the evening at the request of her sister who begged her to just leave.

Reverse the races and this story would be playing 24/7 on CNN.

President Obama proclaimed there was “not even a smidgen of corruption” in the IRS targeting of Tea Party groups.   The truth begs to differ…. in a very substantial way.

Last week (May 9th) the IRS finally agreed to send the House Ways and Means Committee all of the Lois Lerner emails.   Now we know why.    Yesterday, as a result of a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch the IRS was forced to turn over those emails.   It should be noted, the scope of the emails turned over by court order to Judicial Watch are far more extensive than the IRS turned over to the House Investigating Committee.

Previously in April, the House Ways and Means Committee sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder requesting a criminal charge against Lois Lerner.  The newly released documents provide even more evidence that warrant DOJ action.

Released by Judicial Watch – (Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a new batch of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) documents revealing that its handling of Tea Party applications was directed out of the agency’s headquarters in Washington, DC.  The documents also show extensive pressure on the IRS by Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) to shut down conservative-leaning tax-exempt organizations.

The IRS’ emails by Lois Lerner detail her misleading explanations to investigators about the targeting of Tea Party organizations.

The documents came in response to an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the agency refused to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to May 2013 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Internal Revenue Service (No. 1:13-cv-01559)).

One key email string from July 2012 confirms that IRS Tea Party scrutiny was directed from Washington, DC. On July 6, 2010, Holly Paz (the former Director of the IRS Rulings and Agreements Division and current Manager of Exempt Organizations Guidance) asks IRS lawyer Steven Grodnitzky “to let Cindy and Sharon know how we have been handling Tea Party applications in the last few months.”  Cindy Thomas is the former director of the IRS Exempt Organizations office in Cincinnati and Sharon Camarillo was a Senior Manager in their Los Angeles office. WASHINGTON DC – Former U.N. ambassador Susan Rice, who served as the Obama administration’s mouthpiece after the Benghazi attacks in September 2012, suggested Wednesday that there’s nothing left to learn about the White House’s response to the attacks — telling a reporter “dang if I know” whether the Republican investigation will unearth more evidence of a cover-up.

Rice, now the president’s national security advisor, appeared Wednesday morning at the Women’s Foreign Policy Group in Washington, D.C. This particular attack allows you to see the total helplessness of the victim as the attack takes place.   A black male targets an unsuspecting victim, totally at random, then throws him into a wall, punches and kicks him to death.   Not a robbery, not a mugging, not “harassment” as police have used before to explain,  the only motive is hate.

NEW YORK – A 68-year-old man who was beaten on a street in Alphabet City on Friday night died of his injuries the following day, police said.

Ruan Wen Hui, 68, was pounded by an unknown suspect in what cops say may have been an attempted robbery on E. 6th St. near Avenue D.  The incident was captured on video by a nearby camera:

The attacker approached the victim about 8:45 p.m. and started yelling at him. The suspect then threw Hui against a wall, and punched and kicked him in the head when he fell to the ground, cops said. (more…)

In essence President Obama is saying: with each passing day his influence diminishes so they must act fast or the American people will not allow comprehensive immigration reform with amnesty…..  All good usurpers act expeditiously.

WASHINGTON DC – President Obama on Tuesday said the House has a “very narrow window” of two or three months to move forward on immigration reform.

“The closer we get to midterm elections, the harder it will be to get things done,” Obama said during a meeting with more than 40 law enforcement officials Tuesday at the White House.
