22-year-old college baseball player Chris Lane was gunned down this week in Oklahoma while out for jog. One of the three perpetrators reportedly told police they did it simply because they were “bored.”  Two of the three teenagers were black; the other was white. All were under the age of 18.

“No matter where you look in the media, it’s not a racial event,” the host said. “This is the epitome of media irresponsibility. This is a classic illustration of just what role the mainstream media is playing in the destruction of American culture and society.” (more…)

In Houston Texas a middle-aged black woman named Mona Nelson kidnapped a 12-year-old white boy, Jonathan Foster, from his home on Christmas Eve 2010.  She tied him up with string, tortured him, then burned him with a blowtorch and dumped his body in a ditch.  Reverse the races and this would be the lead story every night in the media – the same reason it’s being ignored.
Court resumed Wednesday – HOUSTON (KTRK) — New revelations are coming from testimony in the murder of a 12-year-old boy.  Three forensic scientists took the stand on Wednesday, testifying about the evidence in the Mona Nelson trial. She’s charged with capital murder. Prosecutors are pointing out newly introduced DNA evidence.

A Looney Tunes sweatshirt has been the focus of a lot of testimony in the trial of Nelson so far. Jonathan Foster’s mother and a neighbor say it belonged to the murdered 12-year-old. Police testified they found it was in mona Nelson’s garbage can, and on Wednesday, an FBI scientist said he found Nelson’s blood and DNA on several areas of it. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC – The National Security Agency’s (NSA) reach covers about 75 percent of all U.S. Internet traffic through a slew of partnerships with some of the largest telecom companies in the country, according to a Wall Street Journal report released late Tuesday.
According to the report, gathered from interviews with current and former government officials and telecom industry workers, telecom companies like AT&T filter the data for the NSA, but in looking for communications that begin or end outside of the country, often sweep up unrelated domestic communications.
In addition, the surveillance network at times retains the content of emails and phone calls sent between U.S. citizens as part of a dragnet meant to capture correspondences between foreign targets.
The NSA defended the practice, telling the Journal that if domestic communications are “incidentally collected during NSA’s lawful signals intelligence activities,” that the agency follows “minimization procedures that are approved by the U.S. attorney general and designed to protect the privacy of United States persons.” (read more)

The part of this story which draws the biggest distinction for me, is how everyone acts like this is a rare or isolated example. It’s not. There are hundreds of “Thrill Kills“, or successful “Polar Bear Hunts“, every single day.
The media act like this is incredibly rare – it’s not; The only reason they are talking about this one is because the police Chief told the media the kids admitted to being bored, and did it just for the heck of it. Usually the police don’t talk about motive or perpetrator statements, that’s why you do not hear the frequency of this. Its quite common – although the victims do not always die.

WASHINGTON – President Obama’s spokesman described the murder of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane in Oklahoma as a “pretty tragic case,” saying that Obama’s comments after the Trayvon Martin case apply to Lane. (more…)

From Monday […]  HPD Detective Mike Miller took the stand for much of the day Monday.  He testified about physical evidence he collected that prosecutors say ties Mona Nelson to the murder of 12-year-old Jonathan Foster.

Foster’s body was found in a ditch, burned beyond recognition, and Miller described seeing a lot of leaves around the body.  When he went to Nelson’s property, he said the same kind of leaves were everywhere, along with a strong odor of burning. (more…)

I am the former chief of the Miami Police Dept. (MPD), and I just sent a request to Senators Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio to initiate a Senate investigation of Thomas Perez and DOJ in their biased and slipshod investigation of MPD for alleged excessive use of deadly force.

In my request, I cite and give examples where DOJ omitted or misrepresented facts. I am attaching a copy of the request.

Last night the Rose City School Board went in to a closed session to determine what action, if any, they could take against Rose City teachers who openly support a fellow teacher who is now a convicted child RAPIST/molester.
MICHIGAN – At approximately 11:30pm the board came back from closed session and announced it is not going to fire the teachers!
Immediately the room begins to clear people are walking out on what is a sad outcome for the Janczewski Family and their supporters.
It looks like the only option is to replace the board. Pull your kids from their classes , move, change schools who knows what families here in Ogemaw county will do to protect their children from sick people. (LINK)

“We believe the letters written by the teachers may be protected under First Amendment rights and that any disciplinary action will subject us to expensive, and potentially lengthy, lawsuits,” board President Jack Money read in a statement announcing the decision.

Sybrina Fulton, the mother of Trayvon Martin, and a legion of like-minded grievance specialists, is/are trying to get Stand Your Ground (self-defense) laws removed from twenty six states who currently have such laws on the books.
This is not a new proposition for the ideological fellowship.   They have been working on this for a few years now.   Actually, the backstory of SYG opposition prior to the Trayvon Martin shooting helps to understand why they chose to use the Martin incident as their springboard.
The Coalition To Stop Gun Violence, which is actually a stealth gun removal team, released a PSA to support their endeavors.   To say the PSA is a false construct is a massive understatement:

There are actually multiple grievance issues in current alignment. The Trial Lawyers Association do not like ‘Stand Your Ground’ because it provides for financial immunity in your defense; thereby eliminating the possibility of wrongful death lawsuits.
However, the Black Racial Grievance Industry, the social engineers, have perhaps the most absurd of all alignment positions.
