CALIFORNIA – A 72-year-old woman who was stabbed in South Berkeley in September has died after nearly three weeks in medical care, according to authorities. Nancy Jo McClellan of Emeryville died Wednesday at approximately 2:30 a.m., said Berkeley Police Capt. Andrew Greenwood.
[…] Police will now seek murder charges against Kamau Berlin, the 18-year-old Richmond man authorities say was responsible for McClellan’s death. It is the second homicide in Berkeley this year.

[…] Police say Berlin tried to steal McClellan’s Honda, then stabbed her twice in the throat when the car wouldn’t start. The assault took place at approximately 4:30 p.m. at Otis and Russell streets, not far from the Ashby BART station. (more…)
Mom says 18-year-old baby Vonderrit was eating a sandwich and contemplating which college classes would be better – considering his recently edited white paper on Gravitational Inconsistencies as applied to Quantum theory.
A local politician, Senator Nasheed, says the police walked up to Vonderrit while he was kneeling down in prayer and shot him in the back of the head.
There appears to be a disconnect in here somewhere; somewhere between reality and a new flat screen TV...
ST. LOUIS • An autopsy has shown that Vonderrit Myers Jr. was shot from five to seven times during a fatal encounter with an off-duty police officer Wednesday, police sources said.
Sen. Jamilah Nasheed suggested at a press conference earlier today that the teen had been shot in the back of the head, but medical examiners did not find any gunshots to the back of Myers’ head, police sources said.
There were seven wounds to the teen’s body, five of which are clearly bullet holes. Investigators still are trying to determine if the other wounds are exit wounds, sources said. (read more)
Here’s a brief backstory on Vonderrit Myers -and- Here is the official police account of the shooting: (more…)
Last night another black 18-year-old male was shot by an off-duty white Police Officer working a security job.
The Ferguson mob quickly ran to Saint Louis in an attempt to use the opportunity and drum up another racial incident of an innocent black child shot by racist white cop. Toward that end they were selling the story of a black child armed only with a sandwich.
Teyonna Myers, 23, of Florissant, said Myers was her cousin.
“He was unarmed,” Teyonna Myers said. “He had a sandwich in his hand, and they thought it was a gun. It’s like Michael Brown all over again.”
And that’s how the nonsense starts with this crowd. They immediately used the useful rumors to attack police cars, spit on the police, throw bricks and bottles, smash windows and cause general chaos. It’s apparently all the perpetually aggrieved know to do….

2-J’s is trying to refill his invisible credibility container; he stumbled in Ferguson and embarrassed himself as the rioting youths laughed in his face while his figments emptied on the sidewalk. He left Ferguson last month with an empty tin cup, because nobody gave him any money. He’s getting desperate, and so today Jackson writes:
TEXAS (Huffington Post) […] there are also questions of giving the drug only to those whose cases will bring media attention — like the two white missionaries. Use in such high-profile cases could increase the number of investors and the amount of government money for further research into the drug cocktail.

The use of ZMapp raises the question of privilege. Is it only those with better connections to positions of power who will get a fighting chance to receive this experimental drug?
When Thomas Eric Duncan first became sick and went to the hospital, he was treated with antibiotics and sent home. (more…)
Ferguson Agitators Threaten Violence and Murder: 'We'll take our anger out on people who failed us'…
Professional activists and race-based agitators announce plans to incite Ferguson community if they do not get an indictment of Police Officer Darren Wilson.
… Asked during a question-and-answer session how far they were willing to go for their cause, Poe said: “Don’t come to Ferguson if you aren’t ready to die. Stay at home, as it could happen.” Yates said: “I can say this with 100% certainty: all three of us have had moments in the street where we realised we could die right there.”…
(Via The Guardian) Organisers of demonstrations in Ferguson, Missouri, promised to intensify their protests over the killing of Michael Brown if the officer who shot him does not face criminal charges, warning police that they are prepared to die on the streets for their cause.

Three prominent members of the protest movement that sprung up after the deadly police shooting of Brown, an unarmed 18-year-old, told a rally in New York on Tuesday night that there would be a fierce backlash if a grand jury declined to indict officer Darren Wilson.
“If they can’t serve justice in this, the people have every right to go out and express their rage in a manner that is equal to what we have suffered,” said Ashley Yates, a co-founder of Millennial Activists United, who was arrested last week while protesting in Ferguson. (more…)
One of the very first things the Obama administration did in 2009 was take control of the U.S. Census data away from the U.S. Commerce Department and place it in the hands of the White House. Many alarm bells were sounded.
The jobs data was proven to be fraudulent prior to the 2012 election. Then the economic data included in Obamacare signups was proven fraudulent in 2013. Now this report outlines even more fraud; yet another whistle blower sharing the fraudulent construction taking place within economic data.
DENVER – A field supervisor in the Census Bureau’s Denver region has informed her organization’s higher-ups, the head of the Commerce Department and congressional investigators that she believes economic data collected by her office is being falsified.
And this whistleblower — who asked that I not identify her — said her bosses in Denver ignored her warnings even after she provided details of wrongdoing by three different survey takers.
The three continued to collect data even after she reported them.
When I spoke with this whistleblower earlier this year as part of my investigation of Census, she told me that hundreds of interviews that go into the Labor Department’s unemployment rate and inflation surveys would miraculously be completed just hours before deadline. (more…)
Less than a week ago Ferguson activists were giddy proclaiming the news of 3,287 voter registrations.
However, apparently they were more than a little wrong in the math. D’oh:
Less than a week ago, Days’ office reported that 3,287 brand new voters registered in Ferguson after the shooting death of Michael Brown on August 9. The figures seemed to show an energized voter base and the promise of political change in Ferguson — the current mayor James Knowles was elected with only 1,324 votes back in April.
But according to her latest release, Days’ office is now putting that figure much, much lower — it seems only 128 new voters have registered in Ferguson. (link)
This report comes as Missouri officials are now confirming plans to deal with anticipated widespread violence and riots without a Grand Jury indictment. (more…)
You just can’t make this stuff up. A liberal activist judge -forced to follow the law and legal precedent- tells the DOJ they must turn over Fast and Furious documents. The DOJ refuse. The federal judge then gives the DOJ a deadline for producing the documents. The DOJ ignore the deadline, and again refuse. The judge is now in a position of having her own court order defied by the entity under her jurisdiction… so she punts, or, well, ‘kicks-the-can’ down past the election.
WASHINGTON DC – A federal judge has declined a House committee’s bid to have Attorney General Eric Holder held in contempt of court — and perhaps even jailed — for failing to turn over documents related to the Justice Department’ s response to Operation Fast and Furious.
However, in a ruling Monday, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson also denied Holder’s request for an indefinite stay of her prior order that the attorney general must turn over any “non-privileged” documents the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee subpoenaed as part of an investigation into the botched gunrunning investigation. The judge previously ruled that Holder must give the panel any documents that are not both predecisional and deliberative in nature. (more…)
