According to Saint Louis Prosecutor, Robert McCulloch, the Grand Jury was given ALL the evidence, including all of the witness statements during their investigative inquiry.
McCulloch went out of his way to state local investigators and the FBI shared ALL of their information/evidence during their investigation into the Mike Brown shooting.
Additionally, McCulloch went one step further and stated that ALL of the witness statements, recorded and transcribed, would be open for media review.
Open discussion – Hopefully things remain calm. At least the National Guard is in place this evening.
DeAndre Joshua, 20, fits the social profile of an eye-witness who gave a police/FBI statement and testified before the Grand Jury in the Mike Brown shooting case. He was an employed black male, with no history of drug use or illicit behavior. He was also a friend of Dorian Johnson who is currently under protection.
Obviously, as you can see, Dorian is freaking out right now.
Several of the eye-witnesses, who gave honest testimony to the Grand Jury, were, according to their own statements, warned immediately after the shooting to keep their mouths shut. All of the eye-witnesses were African American. If you read the reports the sense of fear about speaking the truth is overwhelming.
Many, if not all, of the witness statements outlined in police reports, FBI reports, and later in Grand Jury testimony -who testified to the factual events as outlined by officer Wilson, and whose testimony fit the physical and forensic evidence- were threatened by the local Canfield Greens community.
(Via Daily Mail) A man has died during the Ferguson riots just yards from where Michael Brown was shot dead. Residents on Canfield Drive said that DeAndre Joshua, 20, was shot whilst in his car though police at the scene refused to confirm any details.
DeAndre’s grandmother Renita Towns said that ‘somebody killed him’ during the carnage. (more…)
I didn’t see the press conference, was McSpadden and Louis Head there to chant “burn this bitch down” again?
SAINT LOUIS – MSNBC host Al Sharpton slammed Wednesday the prosecution’s handling of the grand jury. “I’ve never seen a prosecutor hold a press conference to discredit the victim,” he said during a Brown family press conference.

Sharpton described the prosecution’s decision to release the grand jury’s decision at 8 pm as “irresponsible” and “provocative.”
He also said that he and other civil rights leaders have called an emergency meeting in Washington, D.C. next week to discuss boycotts, marches and demonstrations.
Sharpton likened the follow-up to the case to Rodney King.
“Before you think this is over, remember what happened in Rodney King,” he said, vowing not to give up in the face of a defeat in the legal system. (read more)
Darren Wilson today, just like George Zimmerman in 2012, doesn’t understand this is not a legal case – it’s a political case using the legal system….

You might be aware of our prior position on this. It’s understandable when facing a process you cannot understand to reconcile your location based on prior reference points. Darren Wilson has never been inside the political machine, he holds no frame of reference and just like Zimmerman he made a huge mistake. (more…)
Despite the prior claims by Democrat Governor Nixon, Democrat Chief Executive Dooley and Democrat Saint Louis Mayor Slay, the surrounding towns of Ferguson and Dellwood erupted in flames. Arson and looting were widespread and destructive. Apparently the “unified command” was neither “unified” nor in “command”.

Democrat Mayor James Knowles says he was begging for help. His pleas were unanswered.
In the meantime the “protest leadership” were complaining for the past week that the National Guard was called up for duty. Now those same voices are screaming mad that the National Guard was not activated and protecting their local businesses as they were looted and burned.
Before getting to the Dorian Johnson aspect I just want to highlight something Prosecutor McCulloch stated in his press conference:
The Grand Jury watched all the media interviews of witnesses prior to hearing their ‘in person’ grand jury testimony.
In my opinion this simple fact is what was so devastating to Dorian Johnson, Piaget Crenshaw and Tiffany Mitchell. They simply lied to the media. This is also why the media is standing jaw agape trying to reconcile the Grand Jury outcome.
One of the more interesting elements noted by the physical evidence, and DNA testing, relates to confirming the Dorian Johnson bracelet we first identified back in August.
When Dorian was aiding Mike Brown robbing the Liquor Mart, we noted the CCTV showed him with a yellow or gold bracelet on his right wrist.

Later, as we identified him in interviews, that bracelet was missing. We scoured through video, published media pictures, and we found it at the car. (more…)

On Sunday November 23rd the following statement was released by Mike Brown’s Mom, Lesley McSpadden (far left), and her husband, Louis Head:

However, after the announcement of a non-indictment there was a considerable change in sentiment: (more…)
