(Via Forbes) Of all of the last-minute delays, website bungles, and Presidential whims that have marred the roll-out of Obamacare’s subsidized insurance exchanges, what happened on Thursday, December 12 will stand as one of the most lawless acts yet committed by this administration.

The White House—having canceled Americans’ old health plans, and having botched the system for enrolling people in new ones—knows that millions of Americans will enter the new year without health coverage. So instead of actually fixing the problem, the administration is retroactively attempting to force insurers to hand out free health care—at a loss—to those whom the White House has rendered uninsured. If Obamacare wasn’t a government takeover of the health insurance industry, then what is it now?
On Wednesday afternoon, health policy reporters found in their inboxes a friendly e-mail from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, announcing “steps to ensure Americans signing up through the Marketplace have coverage and access to the care they need on January 1.” Basically, the “steps” involve muscling insurers to provide free or discounted care to those who have become uninsured because of the problems with healthcare.gov. Glitchy Madness – Registering for ObamaCare is like playing Lotto with your life…
(Via Daily Caller) Nearly 15,000 enrollment records from Americans trying to sign up for Obamacare never made it to insurers — but the federal government does not know which records never made it to which insurer.

The federal analysis merely compares the number of times Obamacare enrollees clicked “enroll” to the number of plans HealthCare.gov sent to insurers, according to The Washington Post. Consumers who send the vanishing enrollments, or “orphan files,” are not notified that their information has not been processed and an insurer did not receive sensitive financial and health-related data, meaning that they could be in for an unpleasant surprise when the Dec. 23 deadline — the last day for customers to sign up for health insurance — comes and goes. ObamaCare is virtually, and literally, connected to every aspect of your life. Through the multi-platform Health exchange sites all of your personal data is transmitted to various governmental agencies including the IRS, HHS and Banking Networks. Any data transaction you make -to reflect any actual activity in your life- with your residence, your job, your bank, your tax filings, purchases, registrations etc. are recorded into your federal database of activity where they can be monitored for regulatory and compliance oversight or audits. – BE CAREFUL !
You should be cautious to provide information about your personal finances and banking. These stories [outlined below] are going to grow exponentially as people realize the magnitude of the tentacles of regulation and compliance.
WASHINGTON – For the second week in a row, the Washington Healthplanfinder website is down, and it’s causing problems for people who are dealing with billing issues. Some of them say the website is mistakenly debiting their accounts.
Shannon Bruner of Indianola logged on to her checking account Monday morning, and found she was almost 800 dollars in the negative.
“The first thing I thought was, ‘I got screwed,’” she said. (more…)
So Speaker John Boehner doesn’t LIKE US ?

In 2009 we had a decision to make. Either assemble our rapidly growing force under a new structure, a new political party; or align and take over an existing structure, and existing political party. A prudent decision was made in 2010 to just take over an existing structure – Conservatives became insurgents within the Republican Party.
Initially the GOP saw benefit to our association. Through us they could gain back the House of Representatives, and we did. We handed them the gavel as a stop-gap measure to slow the growth of the infection, big government, that was killing our freedom.
But the GOP doesn’t like us. We are not *their* type of people. We are surly, deliberate, loud and, according to them, unrefined extremists, jihobbits and terrorists and such. They consider us a rowdy bunch more comfy with a beer straight from the bottle and incapable of appreciating the aroma of their preferred vintages.
In short, they don’t like us. We represent a risk to their influence, careers and livelihoods built upon retention of power.
Screw em’. (more…)
(Via Politifact) It was a catchy political pitch and a chance to calm nerves about his dramatic and complicated plan to bring historic change to America’s health insurance system.

“If you like your health care plan, you can keep it,” President Barack Obama said — many times — of his landmark new law.
But the promise was impossible to keep.
So this fall, as cancellation letters were going out to approximately 4 million Americans, the public realized Obama’s breezy assurances were wrong. (more…)
We’ve been anticipating an increasing frequency of illegal immigration stories in the media headlines. Examples specifically selected by the media to highlight a narrative portraying illegal aliens as “innocent victims”. Consider it “The Dreamers 2.0” – only, on steroids.
We fully expect this narrative will be seeded through the upper echelon of leftist news outlets. Upper tier media conglomerates, individual executive boards, owners and Hollywood working together with political connections to position storylines favorable to illegal alien sympathy.
[We shall call this “Operation Brown Dream“]
The “Brown Dream” strategy is intended to build momentum toward the upcoming State of The Union speech where President Obama will demand a comprehensive immigration reform agenda, including amnesty, for 2014. The politics are strategically aligned to aid in the November mid-terms, but also to act as a distraction to Obamacare. The Amnesty Bill will create anxiety and divide ranks – this allows the process to move forward and create a Win/Win. Here’s one example: (more…)
… […] Look, at every level, every number that you get on this is either inflated or deceptive. As we just heard from Steve [Hayes], the number of enrollees are not enrollees. It’s people who put stuff in their shopping cart. Amazon would never call it a sale until you get a sale. And they don’t know how many have made the sale. And that’s because what they call euphemistically, the back-end, which is the cash register of the whole system, is not working.
The idea that you have to hand-match people who paid a premium with the insurers isn’t 20th century technology — it is 19th century technology. An insurer has to find the person, call them up, go over all of the details on the form and then adjust them, which of course is impossible to do in any substantial number. (more…)

[“We require the correct attitude in the countryside”. <—- ring a bell with ANYONE ? ]
WASHINGTON DC – The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services told contractors not to cooperate with Congress’s efforts to investigate work related to the Obamacare website, a top Republican lawmaker said.
The agency informed Creative Computing Solutions Inc. on Dec. 6 that it isn’t authorized to disclose security testing information and other details to third parties, according to a letter today from Representative Darrell Issa to Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.
The department may have sent similar letters to other contractors working on the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010, wrote Issa, a California Republican and chairman of the House oversight committee. (more…)
Because he does not want to comply with the “electronic medical records” aspect of ObamaCare. This doctor, in a town of 11,000, is closing up shop. The cost to upgrade his office to fully compliant electronic records is viewed to be cost prohibitive.
Predictions: #1. This doctor will continue a cash practice outside of the insurance mandates. #2. Dr Stephen Kiteck will have an IRS audit confirmed within 60 days.

Delicious news – President Obama is hiring John “Damn Skippy” Podesta to join his inner circle and advisors. Podesta was for Bill Clinton what Denis “The Fixer” McDonough is to President Obama.
Now both “Skippy” and “Fixer” are part of the Obama circle with Valerie Jarrett still looming. That is a highly volatile mix. Explosive and unstable in the extreme.
However, it makes sense against the backdrop of a Hillary run in 2016 because Team Clinton needs to have their interests represented quickly. (more…)
