Today, our insider report delivers an alarming first hand perspective of events ongoing in the Tallahassee Florida Capitol. We have meticulously outlined how the Eric Holder Department of Justice was used last year to subvert the traditional law enforcement mechanisms in Sanford Florida. Specifically how the Civil Rights Division, led by recently confirmed for Labor Secretary, Tom Perez, used the Community Relations Service, to assist the civil rights law firm of Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks.
The DOJ/CRS dispatched Atlanta based division head Thomas Battles to coordinate protests against the Sanford law enforcement community. Thomas Battles coordinated several groups to assist in the campaign. Local Organizing for America (OFA) leaders were paired with local NAACP leaders, and the Community Relations Service led, fully indoctrinated students called, “Dream Defenders” were used as unwitting foot soldiers. We outlined the Federal engagement, and several other sites have outlined the local Dream Defenders engagement. Fully connecting all the dots to show the ideological alignment. This is just unbelievable. This administration WANTS full blown race warfare. There is no other reason for setting up a national hotline for people to email in tips to aid in the prosecution of George Zimmerman. Keep in mind the name on this Orlando Sentinel report. ORLANDO – The U.S. Department of Justice on Monday afternoon appealed to civil rights groups and community leaders, nationally and in Sanford, for help investigating whether a federal criminal case might be brought against George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, one advocate said.

The DOJ has also set up a public email address to take in tips on its civil rights investigation.
Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law – who earlier in the day joined calls for federal civil rights charges against Zimmerman, said that later in the afternoon, she joined a U.S. Department of Justice conference call to discuss the prospects. Washington Times – The legal watchdog Judicial Watch released an audio recording Thursday of a Department of Justice staffer urging Sanford, Fla., city officials and the minority advocacy group Dream Defenders to seek justice for Trayvon Martin, because “if a community perceives that there’s something wrong in the black community, there’s something wrong.”
“CRS is an arm of the department that we call the Peacemakers,” Thomas Battles, regional director of the DOJ’s Community Relations Service, said at a meeting at the Shiloh Church on April 19, 2012. “We work with communities where there is real or perceived racial tensions.” (more…)

Yesterday, we attended, photographed and documented the Federal DOJ-CRS meeting with Law Enforcement in Broward County. Why? Simply because it just further evidences the scheme we have documented the Trial of George Zimmerman to be.

We are all bearing witness to a pre-scripted event being played out for a national audience. What the Sandra Fluke story was for the DNC/Charlotte, so too is the Trayvon story for the Black Grievance Industry; Only this time instead of the DNC the puppeteer is the Dept of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Community Relations Service.

I’m debating other issues to share. But I can GUARANDAMNTEE YOU this trial is being put on a schedule by the Federal Dept of Justice. (Civil Rights Division Dept of Community Relations Service) If I prove it – we could lose this website.

Forward this video to 6:30 to really get the flavor of judicial bias which is NEEDED in order to accomplish a goal driven by outside the FLORIDA court influences.

The argument, not by the State, but by Judge Nelson herself, regarding authentication, is so weak and insufferably devoid of legal analysis it is absurd on its face. Then again this is the same judge who said a few days ago, flippantly in open court, that evidence should be “shredded” (Dr. Bao notes).

Essentially she’s arguing that the phone records (texts and pics) cannot be authenticated to have originated by Trayvon Martin (despite two security codes) because anyone could have sent them. Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot !! How can an email be used in a sex offender case? How can phone records be used in RICO cases? How can GPS evidence be used in Insurance Cases? Think about it.

You can’t argue that evidence cannot be admitted because someone else might have made the phone call; Someone else might have sent the email; Someone else accessed the website; Someone else might have driven the car etc.

Not to exclude evidence.

Sure it can be argued by the other side, as a counter point to the jury, but it can’t be a reasonable consideration for exclusion.

I’m evaluating how much we can reasonably share and cite without compromising people and structures which could be placed at risk.

TEXAS – The offices of a Dallas law firm representing a high-profile State Department whistleblower were broken into last weekend. Burglars stole three computers and broke into the firm’s file cabinets. But silver bars, video equipment and other valuables were left untouched, according to local Fox affiliate KDFW, which aired security camera footage of the suspected burglars entering and leaving the offices around the time of the incident.
The firm Schulman & Mathias represents Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator at the State Department’s Office of the Inspector General. In recent weeks, she raised a slew of explosive allegations against the department and its contractors ranging from illicit drug use, soliciting sexual favors from minors and prostitutes and sexual harassment.
