It appears the “smartest administration ever”, has painted themselves into a corner – yet again. The strikes from Israel are key indicators that Assad is going to fall, as al-Qaeda elements gain more and more control and weaponry.
Obama administration, via @nytimes, now says Obama's Syria "red line" was a gaffe. Huge implications here. http://t.co/TcZiKS0cd2

WASHINGTON — Confronted with evidence that chemical weapons have been used in Syria, President Obama now finds himself in a geopolitical box, his credibility at stake with frustratingly few good options. (NYT Link)
WASHINGTON DC – The State Department’s Office of Inspector General is investigating the special internal panel that probed the Benghazi terror attack for the State Department, Fox News has confirmed.
The IG’s office is said by well-placed sources to be seeking to determine whether the Accountability Review Board, or ARB — led by former U.N. Ambassador Thomas Pickering and former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen — failed to interview key witnesses who had asked to provide their accounts of the Benghazi attacks to the panel.
The IG’s office notified the department of the “special review” on March 28, according to Doug Welty, the congressional and public affairs officer of the IG’s office. (more…)
WASHINGTON DC – At least four career officials at the State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have retained lawyers or are in the process of doing so, as they prepare to provide sensitive information about the Benghazi attacks to Congress, Fox News has learned.
Victoria Toensing, a former Justice Department official and Republican counsel to the Senate Intelligence Committee, is now representing one of the State Department employees. She told Fox News her client and some of the others, who consider themselves whistle-blowers, have been threatened by unnamed Obama administration officials.
“I’m not talking generally, I’m talking specifically about Benghazi – that people have been threatened,” Toensing said in an interview Monday. “And not just the State Department. People have been threatened at the CIA.” (more…)
“We are not recommending any policy other than one exception. That is, if the United States decides to arm the Syrian rebels with lethal weapons, not just defensive weaponry, that those rebels and those weapons be very carefully vetted. We had a very bad experience with Libya where shoulder-fired missiles went disappeared very quickly and showed up in our backyard. We don’t want that to happen again in Syria.”
APRIL 27th 2013 – It was revealed for the first time today that the body of murdered Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens was recovered by a secret two man Special “Ops” team that was not affiliated with any of the other security entities involved in the Benghazi attack..
This team, acting under their own initiative and armed with their own weapons, undertook this mission despite very little intelligence available for this exceedingly hostile and volatile environment. The information came to light this morning on WVOX’s Vernuccio/Allison radio show.
The previously undisclosed information was provided by former Army Ranger Jack Murphy who is the co-author along with Brandon Webb of Benghazi: The Definitive Report. (more…)
BREITBART – The New York Times reported Friday that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has likely enabled massive fraud in the Pigford series of legal settlements, in which black, Hispanic, female and Native American farmers have claimed to be victims of past discrimination.
The cost of the settlements, which could exceed $4.4 billion, is the result of a process that “became a runaway train, driven by racial politics, pressure from influential members of Congress and law firms that stand to gain more than $130 million in fees,” the Times notes.
Among those influential members of Congress was then-Senator Barack Obama, who made Pigford payouts a priority in exchange for political support for his 2008 presidential campaign among a coveted group of black voters in the rural South, the Times reports. (more…)
Eric Holder is the Attorney General of the United States; The chief law enforcement officer. He is appointed by the Executive Branch, the President of the United States, and constitutionally required to “enforce the laws within the nation”.
The Legislative Branch passes laws. ==> The Executive Branch enforces laws. ==> The Judicial Branch evaluates laws. That’s how this whole ‘giddy up’ we call the United States Constitutional Republic is set up to work.
The Executive Branch enforces laws – The Executive Branch, President Obama, uses the Department of Justice to execute that federally required job responsibility. That simply means that the AG, Eric Holder, is the primary “enforcer” of the processes to insure the laws on the national legislative books are followed. (more…)
Doing the legwork the Legacy Media will not provide. Understand exactly how radical this nominee is, then ask yourself: Where’s the pushback?
WASHINGTON DC – A vote on President Barack Obama’s controversial labor secretary nominee was postponed after Republican Senators summoned a whistleblower to testify before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions committee.

Politico reported on Wednesday that Frederick Newell, a St. Paul, Minnesota community activist, will appear before the committee to discuss the $200 million whistleblower lawsuit that Tom Perez, the head of the Department of Justice’s civil rights enforcement, allegedly dismissed as part of a quid pro quo deal with the city. The city withdrew a Supreme Court case that threatened to overturn disparate impact, a racial discrimination doctrine that Perez supports, in exchange for the DOJ dropping the whistleblower suit. It’s not a question of whether former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lied, she did. But, again we knew that at the time – the latest information from the Congressional Hearing report only confirms it.
The bigger question is what are they going to do about it?
WASHINGTON DC – House Republicans released their report on the investigation into the Benghazi terrorist attack, having concluded that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was not telling the truth when she told Congress that she wasn’t aware that officials at the U.S. mission in Benghazi had requested extra security.
“The specific security requests pertaining to Benghazi, you know were handled by the security professionals in the department,” Clinton told Congress in January. “I didn’t see those requests, they didn’t come to me, I didn’t approve them, I didn’t deny them.”
The House report suggests that Clinton received a request for more security from Gene Cretz, who preceded Christopher Stevens as ambassador to Libya. (more…)
