Candidate Donald Trump Sunday "Talk" Appearances – Rovian Plays and The Long Game…

Here’s video of candidate Donald Trump appearing on NBC Meet The Press (Chuck Todd), and CNN’s State of the Union (Jake Tapper) from this morning. The second interview is the most pertinent to the ongoing Rovian maneuverings.
It should be noted that both CNN and NBC released “post debate” polls today. You’ll notice Chuck Todd, despite an NBC poll result, didn’t use it.
The ideological “tells” are often inherent within what is not presented.
First the Chuck Todd interview:

The second interview (Jake Tapper) is more pertinent. (more…)

Chris Matthews Discusses MSNBC Objectives Vis-a-Vis Trump: "We Nailed Him.. We Caught Him"…

There’s nothing quite like witnessing someone expose their bias and agenda when they become intoxicated by their own sanctimonious glee.  Chris Matthews describes how MSNBC was watching, breathlessly waiting for an opportunity to pounce on and destroy Donald Trump.
“we caught him … we nailed him, …. we finally got him” etc.

Mark Steyn: Get Lost, You Palace-Guard Creeps…

Another brilliant dissection of the insufferable media nonsense. Some of Steyn’s best work.
media_in_love_2MARK STEYN – As the week ended, Obama’s palace guard in the American media were demanding that every other Republican candidate distance himself from Donald Trump’s failure to correct, among thousands of attendees at his events, one who apparently is under the reprehensible illusion that the President is a Muslim.
Any candidate who plays this game with the Obamamedia is a fool. Assuming for the sake of argument that the questioner is genuine and not a plant (like, say, the 14-year old all-American schoolboy clockmaker who didn’t make a clock at all and is the son of a belligerent Muslim activist and perennial Sudanese presidential candidate whose brother runs a trucking company amusingly called Twin Towers Transportation), putting all of that to one side, there are several entirely reasonable responses one could make to the gentlemen of the press: (more…)

Wow – Anderson Cooper Goes Full Moonbat During Live Broadcast….

Apparently this happened Friday night. We just saw it today for the first time. Unreal.
Anderson Cooper was trying to drum up controversy. While discussing the insufferably silly Trump response in New Hampshire, he played a video, and then made some ridiculously manufactured claim attributing words/intent to Donald Trump that factually doesn’t exist.
Cooper was challenged by one of the panel guests and then things went, well, full-frontal moonbat – with Cooper launching into a diatribe about his various international travels, Muslims, the Middle-East and passports, or something. Watch:

Deconstructing The New York Times Propaganda On GOP 2016 Race….

The recent NYT article “Party Rules To Streamline Race May Backfire“, written by Jonathan Martin, showcases two distinct disconnects: #1) an actual understanding of what’s going on, and #2) the NYT bubble-perspective on the GOP motives.

However, it does provide an excellent tool to showcase bias and reality:

GOP candidates 2 mashup

LOS ANGELES — When gloomy Republican Party leaders regrouped after President Obama’s 2012 re-election, they were intent on enhancing the party’s chances of winning back the White House. The result: new rules to head off a prolonged and divisive nomination fight, and to make certain the Republican standard-bearer is not pulled too far to the right before Election Day.

FALSE:  It should read “intent on insuring the establishment GOP chances of winning the White House“. The GOPe don’t want a conservative, they want a uni-party team player.  Look toward their actions – not their words.

[…]  But as the sprawling class of 2016 Republican presidential candidates tumbled out of their chaotic second debate last week, it was increasingly clear that those rule changes — from limiting the number of debates to adjusting how delegates are allocated — have failed to bring to the nominating process the order and speed that party leaders had craved.

FALSE and TRUE:  False because the establishment “GOPe” apparatus intentionally put nine of the candidates into place.  True because despite their efforts it’s failing to bring their chosen GOPe leader, Jeb Bush, to the forefront. (more…)

RNC/GOPe Rule Changes and How They Impact The 2016 Presidential Primary…

All current key state polling, including Florida, confirm the viability of the GOPe Road Map “splitter strategy” as it was designed in 2014.  Many people are now aware of the splitter strategy itself, so let’s take a look at the “rule changes” which work hand-in-hand with the GOPe road map itself.
GOP candidates 2 mashup
In 2014 the RNC/GOPe apparatus made modifications to the 2016 presidential primary specifically because the chosen candidate, Jeb Bush, would need more structural support in 2015/2016 than Mitt Romney 2012.
One of the lesser known changes was campaign finance change which the RNC and DNC essentially hid in the December 2014 CRomnibus bill (continuing resolution government funding).  The changes allow the party apparatus to collect SEVEN TIMES more money from individual party donors – SEE CHART HERE.
On the campaign side – whereas Romney’s 2012 Road Map garnered 25-30% electoral support, internal polling (2014) showed Jeb Bush steady with around 15-20% support. As a consequence of Jeb’s weakness the RNC rules needed to compensate.

Big Donors and Big Corporations Abandon Clinton Global Initiative (CGI)…

clinton foundation(VIA USA TODAY) More bad news for the Clintons. With Hillary’s presidential campaign slipping in the polls against Sen. Bernie Sanders and facing a potential fresh challenge from Vice President Joe Biden, six giants of the corporate world are bailing out on the Clinton Global Initiative.
On Sept. 26, CGI, a branch of the Clinton Foundation, convenes its 11th annual meeting with a star-studded cast. Bill and Chelsea Clinton will be joined by Ashley Judd, Charlize Theron, Edward Norton, Ted Danson, Tina Brown, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Sir Richard Branson, Bill Gates and George Soros. What will be missing is more than a million dollars from a who’s who of corporate behemoths that sponsored the meeting last year. Six high-profile firms ended their cash donations, to be replaced with only one similar high-profile corporate donor so far. (more…)

Karl Rove Created A "Twofer"…

Anyone who doesn’t think that Karl Rove is intertwined with the current “Trump-Muslim-Obama-Birther” controversy exploding amid the headlines today doesn’t know Rove.
Remember 2010 and Delaware Senate race Christine O’Donnell and the “witch/wiccan” religion controversy?  Yeah, Rove was Mike Castle’s campaign guy.  After Castle lost, Rove torpedoed O’Donnell -via media- on behalf of the GOPe.
Remember 2014 Matt Bevin Kentucky Senate race against Mitch McConnell and the “Chicken fight” speech.  Yup, Rovian again.  Here’s Rove today feeding the narrative:

The “Twofer” – The group that should really be watching Rove work his current magic are the Ted Cruz supporters. (more…)

Details Surface On Centcom Manipulation of ISIS Intelligence Reports….

NPR has received some preliminary examples of the type of analyst intelligence that was skewed to create a more favorable opinion of President Obama’s foreign policy approach toward ISIS.
Obama RacineIn one example the following is noted:

[…]  A military source described the evolution of one report that came out of CENTCOM’s intelligence shop. It was a dispatch on an ISIS attack in Iraq near the Syrian border. The initial CENTCOM report read, “Iraqi forces retreated.” It was sent back for reworking, the source said. Eventually that report came to read that the Iraqi forces had not retreated, but instead had reinforced another Iraqi position. The final draft suggested a strategic decision had been made. But that was not what happened, the source said — the Iraqi forces ran. A second source confirmed the account of the change in wording to put the Iraqi forces in a more positive light. (read more)

In what appears to be a profound sense of professional obfuscation, the head of U.S. Central Command, Gen. Lloyd Austin, told congress that despite the revisions and/or manipulations currently being investigated by the inspector general, the intelligence did not go directly to President Obama. (more…)
