(Via Drudge Exclusive) If presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton slips into a coughing fit or any other medical crisis during Monday’s high-stakes debate, she will have to power through, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned!
“There are no commercial breaks,” a commission source explains. “Period.”
Debate moderator Lester Holt does not have the authority to cut away from the stage during the epic 90-minute showdown. And microphone audio for either of the candidates is not to be manipulated. (more…)
Grandma always said: “If you don’t have anything good to say about house guests, then don’t say anything”. It becomes difficult to write anything about Ted Cruz.
Yesterday Ted Cruz was rebuked by his congressional peers and leadership:
WASHINGTON — Senate Republican leaders did not include a provision pushed by Sen. Ted Cruz to prevent a planned transfer of internet domain control in the text of a stopgap spending bill unveiled Thursday to keep the government funded until December.
Cruz said in a written statement that he was “profoundly disappointed” in the result of the Senate negotiations, accusing his colleagues of giving in to “White House demands to hand over increased control of the Internet to authoritarian regimes like China, Russia, and Iran.” (read more)
Today, Senator Ted Cruz announces his endorsement for Donald Trump via Facebook:

Police released information earlier today that Keith Scott’s fingerprints and DNA were on the hand gun, seen in eye witness reports and retrieved from the shooting. This news apparently spurred the family of Keith Scott to attempt recovery of their narrative.
CHARLOTTE — The family of Keith Lamont Scott has released what it says is cell phone video, recorded by his wife, that shows the moments leading up to his fatal shooting by police Tuesday.
“Don’t shoot him. He has no weapon,” the woman recording can be heard saying. “He doesn’t have a gun. He has a TBI. He’s not going to do anything to you guys. He just took his medicine.”
She goes on to say: “Keith, don’t let them break the windows; come on out the car. Keith! Don’t do it. Keith, get out the car. Keith! Keith, don’t you do it. Don’t you do it. Keith! Keith! Keith!”. (read more)
However, beyond the drama and emotional content, the Scott family video release actually appears to confirm the earlier photographic release from an eye witness that a gun is on the ground near the feet of Keith Lamont Scott after he was shot by police:

Whenever liberals are confronted on the field of ideas you can guarantee to elicit an autonomic tone of snark, condescension and uppity indignation in their ideological retort. Why? Because at its core tenet, liberalism is dependent on blame-casting.
As such, this does not come as a surprise:
Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks, was invited by the Clinton campaign to sit in the front row at Monday night’s debate.
“Just got a front row seat to watch @HillaryClinton overwhelm @realDonaldTrump at the “Humbling at Hofstra” on Monday,” Cuban tweeted. “It Is On!”
A Clinton aide later confirmed that Cuban was, in fact, invited by the Clinton campaign. “He has the best seat we have access to,” the aide said. (read more)
Fortunately, in this election we have a candidate in Donald Trump who is adept at cutting through their primary weapon with an approach unfamiliar to most traditionally republican voices.
Donald Trump’s opponent is weak when confronted and needs group-think reinforcement if she is going to deliver a successful outcome for her fellow travelers.

11:00pm The Mayor of Charlotte Jennifer Roberts has authorized and signed an emergency midnight curfew order. [ SEE HERE ] No-one knows if the protesters / rioters / mob will comply with the order.

However, the operational arm of the NOI (Nation of Islam) is also working diligently to direct the crowd by leading the protestors. Someone with a striking similarity to Malik Shabazz was just spotted at the top of the Charlotte courthouse steps. (more…)
Oklahoma – Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler filed first degree manslaughter charges against police officer Betty Shelby, who shot and killed 40-year-old Terence Crutcher on Sept. 16. Dashcam and aerial footage of the shooting and its aftermath showed Crutcher walking away from Shelby with his arms in the air and attempting to reach inside his vehicle:

(Via NBC4) […] Shelby, who joined the Tulsa Police Department in December 2011, was en route to a domestic violence call when she encountered Crutcher’s vehicle abandoned on a city street, straddling the center line. Shelby did not activate her patrol car’s dashboard camera, so no footage exists of what first happened between the two before other officers arrived. (more…)
Yesterday Hillary Clinton used a video conference to address the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA).
The union conference was being held in Las Vegas and instead of speaking to the audience live, Secretary Clinton used a teleconference link to deliver her 2016 campaign message to the audience. One of the odd messages delivered to the audience was a seemingly frustrated rhetorical question Secretary Clinton asked the audience about her position in the polls:
“why am I not 50 points ahead”…
But it was not only the content of the rhetorical question that raised some eyebrows, it was also the way in which she delivered her entire message. The result is an autonomic response of discomfort for the viewing audience. She made it weird. Watch:
