WikiLeaks continues to release daily batches of emails from the account of Clinton’s life-time fixer John Podesta. Today’s release is batch #17 bringing the total released so far to over 30,000:
Today Candidate Donald Trump returns to the Southwest Coast of Florida for a rally in Naples, at the Collier County Fairgrounds. Naples/BonitaSprings/Fort Myers is one of the west coast areas where Donald Trump will build up a significant margin over Hillary Clinton. Good strategy to campaign there today ahead of early voting which begins tomorrow.
Coastal Collier County (Naples and Marco Island) are very affluent; Eastern Collier county (inland) is a mix of middle class, working agriculture, and ethnic diversity. Like the Panhandle, Southwest Florida is Trump country, anticipate a raucous crowd. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm (some local pictures here): Live Stream Link – Alternate Live Stream #1 – Alternate Live Stream #2
Eric Trump does a great jobphenomenal job against a professional gaslighter. This guy is not a politician, yet he shows exactly how to push back against the nonsense…
♦ Earlier today ABC/WaPo announced a new “media daily tracking poll“; a collaboration with Langer Research and Associates, a progressively minded strategic partner. Fortitously, on the same day, WikiLeaks reveals an internal communication within the Clinton camp that also discusses “media polling” and provides an extensive attachment to an archived Atlas Project political polling research memo.

The combination of the two events provides an excellent opportunity to show and discuss how ‘media polling’ is constructed to sell an approved (and intentional) storyline; a narrative.
Before getting to the Atlas Project memo it is important to step back and review the commentary within the WikiLeaks email: (more…)
WikiLeaks continues releasing batches of emails from the account of life-long political ‘fixer’ John Podesta. Today they released batch #16 bringing the total release to 26,803.
It’s not like the media can say they didn’t know this was going to happen.
(August 2nd, LA Times) […] Any objective observer of the news media’s treatment of Trump can certainly conclude that reporters are taking a side in this election — and they don’t have to be wearing a button that says “I’m with her” for this to be readily apparent. The irony is that the media’s Trump bashing may wind up having the exact opposite of its intended effect.
Polls shows that journalism is one of the least respected professions in the country, and with Trump calling out media organizations for their bias, widespread slanted reporting is bound to reinforce this point — and to backfire. Trump’s campaign is throwing down the gauntlet to the political class. If journalists are seen as the mouthpiece of that class, they may soon find themselves covering Trump’s inauguration. (link)
Candidate Donald Trump’s third campaign event of the day takes place in the third state visited today, Cleveland Ohio. Both Mr. Trump and Governor Mike Pence will be together tonight for a rally at the I-X Center. Hillary Clinton was in Cleveland yesterday.

The most important media battle, is the battle for your mind…
Break yourself free of “battered voter syndrome”….
Since the DNC convention ended at the end of July candidate Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine were only together once, on Labor Day September 5th in Ohio. Today they are together for the second time for two appearances in Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. (more…)
