Signs Upon Egypt: Yesterday – U.S. Ambassador John Kerry Was Not The Only Visitor… There Were 30 Million More…

Yesterday John Kerry was refused an audience with the true Egyptian democracy movement who oppose the Islamist President Mohammed Morsi –  The opposition party is profoundly disappointed with the Obama administration who now openly supports the Muslim Brotherhood.   The Coptic Christians continue to be persecuted by Morsi and his Islamist government.

Exodus 10:1-19  […] So Moses and Aaron went in to Pharaoh and said to him, “Thus says the Lord, the God of the Hebrews, ‘How long will you refuse to humble yourself before me? Let my people go, that they may serve me. For if you refuse to let my people go, behold, tomorrow I will bring locusts into your country, and they shall cover the face of the land, so that no one can see the land. And they shall eat what is left to you after the hail, and they shall eat every tree of yours that grows in the field, (link)

Simultaneous to this visit the following “event” was reported in Egypt –  As a reminder to those who thought the account related in the Passover Haggadah might have been an exaggeration – think again.

Millions of locusts have swooped down in a swarm from the sky on to the land of Egypt. (more…)

New Sec of State Kerry: To Muslim Brotherhood In Egypt “We’re rewarding you with $190 Million”….

Keep in mind the Democracy movement, the ‘opposition party’ in Egypt, refused to meet with or talk to John Kerry.   What does that tell you about this administration?  Pay no attention to the suicide vested jihadis’ behind the curtain that backdrops Kerry and Morsi’s handshake.

And to further illustrate the point – please refresh on the December 2011 visit with then Senator John Kerry, and the same newly elected Mohammed Morsi:

[…]  Morsi reportedly assured his visitors that no major changes ‎would be made to Egypt’s constitution or to current investment ‎laws.

He added that there were several principles that all ‎Egyptian political forces agreed must be enshrined in Egypt’s ‎national charter, including those concerning civil rights and ‎general freedoms. However, he stressed that the section of the ‎constitution related to presidential authorities would likely be ‎subject to amendment.‎

Morsi further assured his interlocutors that – in light of Egypt’s ‎central role in the Arab, Islamic and international arena – it would ‎respect all international treaties to which it was signatory, adding ‎that the US could play an important role in achieving political ‎stability and economic recovery for several nations of the ‎region.  (again, this was 2011)

Now To Today….

ALeqM5gU7eefzGlWLuziuOCU-9ImYtk71QCAIRO (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Sunday rewarded Egypt for President Mohammed Morsi’s pledges of political and economic reforms by releasing $250 million in American aid to support the country’s “future as a democracy.”

Yet Kerry also served notice that the Obama administration will keep close watch on how Morsi, who came to power in June as Egypt’s first freely elected president, honors his commitment. (more…)

undefined(AP) — The head of Chad’s military has announced on state television that Chadian troops deployed in northern Mali killed Moktar Belmoktar, the international terrorist responsible for the attack on a natural gas plant in Algeria that resulted in the death of dozens of foreigners.

The French military, which is leading the offensive in northern Mali, says it cannot confirm the information.

John Kerry Tells al-Qaeda In Syria “[Our] Help Is On The Way”…

Syria Banner

LONDON (AP) — U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry tried Monday to patch back together a conference with Syrian opposition leaders that was to be the centerpiece of his debut overseas trip, urging Syrian rebel leaders not to boycott the meeting and insisting that more help is on the way in their fight against President Bashar Assad.

Kerry not only made a public plea at a joint news conference Monday with British Foreign Secretary William Hague, he also called Moaz Khatib, leader of the Syrian Opposition Council, “to encourage him to come to Rome,” a senior U.S. official said. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to speak publicly on the matter. (more…)

President Obama’s BFF: 17,000 New Mosques Built In Turkey Since Erdogan Took Power, Zero New Schools…

Few people actually recognize the influence of Turkey as the intentional new Middle East gatekeeper post Gadaffi.  But let there be no doubt Turkey retains a vastly superior influence over the Islamification of the West than any other national head.

undefined ANKARA, FEBRUARY 19 – Some 17,000 new mosques have been built during Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s 10 years of leadership, Milliyet reports.

In the same period the amount of public schools has remained at 32,000 while the number of mosques has jumped from 76,000 to 93,000. Turkey’s secular opposition has accused Erdogan of having a ”secret plan” to re-Islamisize the nation. (more…)

Dems Question Whether Hagel Will Withdraw

Could it be perhaps they too recognize how insufferably unqualified for the job he is ?   Nah.

“I understand some of them have actually called the White House and said, “Is Hagel going to withdraw, would he consider withdrawing?” The answer is an emphatic “no,” but remember John Erlichman–Nixon’s aide–used to talk about twisting slowly in the wind.”

U.S. State Department – Seamless Transition ?

Hillary2_3_pngFor some unknown reason during the analysis of Hillary Clinton’s tenure as Secretary of State a remarkable segment of the historical reference is never brought up.   What about the WikiLeaks release of State Dept emails disparaging virtually every nation in November 2010?

[…]  The massive leak includes 243,270 reports sent by U.S. embassies around the world to the State Department, and 8,017 directives sent to them by the State Department. A vast mix of political assessments, reports of private talks with foreign officials, hearsay and gossip – including unflattering comments about leaders allied with the U.S. – the leaked cables have become a major embarrassment to the U.S. and especially Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

WikiLeaks provided the documents to six major world newspapers: the New York Times, the UK Guardian, Spain’s El Pais, France’s Le Monde and Germany’s Der Spiegel.

[…] The most explosive WikiLeaks revelation may be a classified July 2009 State Department directive, under Hillary Clinton’s name, that asked U.S. diplomatic staff at the United Nations to obtain credit card numbers, computer passwords and encryption codes, frequent-flyer account details, even “biographic and biometric information” (such as DNA, fingerprints, etc.), for UN officials, including Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, and Security Council representatives, and also for personnel of nongovernmental agencies. We keep wondering if any media outlet, or any outlet for that matter, will ever mention the entire second year of her term (2010/2011) being devoted to travelling around the world apologizing for her own staffs’ highly visible opinions. (more…)
