Never before have I known of an official “State Sponsored” kick-off to a trial. NEVER.
Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton standing “inside a courtroom” delivering officially state sanctioned remarks. I say State Sanctioned because it was allowed to take place in a courtroom, staged for the media and public.
Gee do you think the delicate sensibilities of the Professional Black Grievance Industry are being pandered to? PC running amok is an understatement toward various orders of magnitude.
Today, June 10th is DAY #1 of the scheduled State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. Which was scheduled for jury selection. However…..
We are not quite sure which events will flow first: jury selection, or, the remainder of the Frye hearing audio witness analysis. Over the weekend the hearing arguments by both the defense and the Prosecution teams for their “audio experts” continued. However, one of the Defense experts, Dr. James Wayman, was unable to complete testimony on Saturday. His testimony is anticipated to refute state expert Tom Owen.
Mark O’Mara told the media at the conclusion of the Saturday hearing he planned to request a continuance but, if not granted, was prepared either way.

In April of 2012 The Daily Caller Author, Chuck Rudd, interviewed Dr. James L Wayman who is scheduled to deliver expert testimony with regard to voice analytics and biometrics, on behalf of the Zimmerman defense team, tomorrow (Monday).
The prosecution expert, Tom Owen, was paid last year by the Orlando Sentinel to deliver his opinion regarding the 911 tapes and the voices for help. In his prior column Rudd Shared:
[Excerpt …] Dr. James Wayman, a San Jose State University expert in the field of speech science, told The Daily Caller that he questions the grounds on which Owen based his analysis.
Wayman also said he would be willing to testify against the admissibility of Owen’s findings on the grounds that they don’t meet the criteria required for evidence in federal courts. (more…)
Today, June 8th, (yes, on a Saturday) the Defense and Prosecution will be back in court to discuss the various motions, still unattended, filed by both the Defense and the Prosecution. Yesterday the hearing was hours of presentation by the Prosecution team for their “audio experts”, the media trying to hide their laughter, and the questioning by the Defense team…. “can you hear me now”…. witness testimony around the 911 audio.
Today, Saturday, the prosecution will continue their audio peeps – Then the Defense will drop the hammer with their EXPERTS. The defense experts are actually that, experts:

My-oh-My, how twitchy the politically dependent forces are at this very minute. It really is staggering how they view the potential sunlight to be deadly toward them. Like vampires watching a sunrise while hiding amid a diminishing shadow of protection, the desperation is palpable.
Obviously the media is “all in”, as witnessed by this picture of the Orlando Courthouse taken earlier today. The alphabets, the race-based BGI dependents, and their co-dependent enablers, are literally coordinating talking points within their trailers and tents.
One of the frequent topics of conversation is how to keep the “new media” at bay, so the Legacy Media can continue their narrative advancement unabated; They need this trial desperately, and the finances driven from within it.
Today I had a conversation with a super-intelligent Wolverine debating whether or not to attend the first day post-trial press conference and ask the “questions” you guys want answers to. (more on that in later days) (more…)

We will not advance a position, nor attempt to sway your sentiment, around the proposition that we, collectively, have assembled thousand of hours in research. Nor will we attempt to advocate for gun ownership, self protection, or principles around the latest fashionable requests for the general public to consider a ‘new normal’ outlook toward liberty contingent on the premise you should not leave your car; The central tenet within such framing concedes your liberty is now based on your acceptance that you are driving through, or living in, a safari park while preferring to avoid predators.
No. For this context we want to bring your attention to the necessary defense motion to protect witnesses.
Think about that for a second. The defense of an accused needs to afford anonymity to the bearers of truth, because their own life or liberty may be lost as a consequence of their testimony. The defense brings forth this request.

Never before have we, as an assembled nation, witnessed the State Case representing the threat to liberty. The State of Florida as the THREAT to the individual.
