Never before have I known of an official “State Sponsored” kick-off to a trial. NEVER.

Gee do you think the delicate sensibilities of the Professional Black Grievance Industry are being pandered to? PC running amok is an understatement toward various orders of magnitude.
Consequently, and because it would just appear brutally biased if they did not, the court also allowed the Zimmerman family to retort:
Allowing Robert Zimmerman to talk to the media was unavoidable given the State’s water-carrying with the Martin family presentation. Thankfully Robert was there and able to retort – But do not think that was desired by the State, it wasn’t.
Onward and Upward. We’re in the middle of what we began last week with legal compulsion motions in demand for public records from Miami-Dade. That’s what is sucking up all my time right now, and we would not be waging a fight on this front if it were not a critical geography for victory. Victory in the revelation of truth.
Housekeeping – Each day the GZ Trial threads will begin at 1:30am and be stuck to the top of the page until court adjourns. Immediately below the discussion thread we will also post the live feed for anyone who needs access. After court adjourns we will attempt to put up another thread because when the comment counts exceed 500-600 the scripting of the page becomes troublesome. For mobile users it becomes almost impossible.
New Idea By Request – When the actual Trial starts (case presentation) we will be hosting a daily “crowdsourcing GZ thread” the purpose of the crowdsourcing thread is to engage you guys in deconstruction points, of the state witnesses, for cross examination. No-one knows the case better; And with hundreds of eyes and ears peeled on the prosecution case we can essentially help the defense by crowdsourcing fast response research and bullet points.
Anyone who has experience in opposition research knows how important those initial moments are when one party states their case – and the other party needs to immediately respond.
Crowdsourcing all of you is the best way to do it. As always, present citations, or facts with great specificity when you present your rebuttal proposals. This *could* benefit the defense team because they do not appear to have a lot of paid researchers on staff. So we know they check this site out – and you guys can help fill the void of their staffing shortage.
