Desperately Seeking Hillary – Part 3

CNN was broadcasting a Hillary Clinton speech in/out throughout the day.   Essentially a campaign promotion.   However, as they were quickly running live clips they accidentally put two clips together.

The result was a Benghazi explanation attached to another conversation about 2016 – which slightly appeared to present itself as if Clinton was laughing.

No biggie.   HOWEVER, what happened next is what’s hilarious.   CNN host Ashley Banfield freaked out and jumped into action to insure the audience knew the snicker was not related to Benghazi.  Her panic is hilarious:

Strange, but I can’t ever remember such a panicked response toward a negative optical appearance on behalf of a conservative ? ……Somewhat beyond silly when you consider it was CNN’s Dana Bash who did the same misleading presentation to Mike Huckabee just a few days ago – and never panicked to correct.

Desperately Seeking Hillary – Part 2

Two thoughts: First, when was the last time you heard *ANY* media pundit speak glowingly about a Republican president? Second, note two specific words in Tingles praise, “they” and “ticket”:

…”they are”..
…”They possess”..
…”That may be the very ticket this country needs”…

Desperately Seeking Hillary

How desperate are liberals to insure Hillary Clinton runs for office in 2016?  So desperate they are even going back to the Monica Lewinsky affair by saying 20-year-old Lewinsky was the one who seduced Hillary’s husband, Bill.   She had it coming to her:

….and Monica Lewinsky was not a innocent victim completely, I recall some thong flashing there….

I guess it would be sexist, if it were not spouted by a Democrat….  It would darned sure be running 24/7 as evidence of a “war on women” if any Republican had said it.   Then again, it’s hard to keep up with the pretzel logic and hypocrisy of modern-day liberals.

*Whiskey*Tango*Foxtrot* – $500,000 Bond For Dinesh D’Souza – Good Grief – It’s Expensive To Be On Dear Leader’s Enemies List

Dinesh D-SouzaNEW YORK (TheBlaze/AP) — Dinesh D’Souza, the conservative scholar who made the documentary “2016: Obama’s America,” pleaded not guilty on Friday to charges that he violated campaign finance laws and was released on $500,000 bond. His travel was also reportedly restricted to the United States.  (link)

The Blaze follows-up:   The filmmaker behind the anti-Obama documentary “2016: Obama’s America” was released on $500,000 bond, which some — even in the legal community — argue was excessive.

We looked into these claims and uncovered a number of violent and disturbing offenses that resulted in bail amounts less than D’Souza was required to put up. While it’s not a comprehensive list by any means, here are nine cases where violent suspects had to put up less for bail than D’Souza:  (continue reading)

Expected GOP Immigration Reform Creates Angst – We Answer The “Why Now” Question…

Jim Hoft at GateWayPundit asks:

Democrats are hemorhaging over Obamacare and the destruction of the US health care system. One-sixth of the economy is affected and millions of Americans were repeatedly lied to by Democrats in order to get the law passed. So what do Republican leaders plan to do this year? Pass amnesty.

Boehner with GOP Leadership

On its face it does seem ridiculous.   However, there really is a good reason for The Republican Party to approach it.   Notice it’s the “Republican Party Leadership” doing this push -meaning, John Boehner and Mitch McConnell- not the rank and file.

“There is definitely a growing mood of confusion and aggravation among conservatives in the House over the immigration issue right now,” one House GOP aide said in an email to Breitbart News, adding that many on the right find the “political logic” of riling up the party’s base so close to a low-turnout midterm election baffling.  “Do we really want to just give up the midterms like this?” the aide asked.   (via Breitbart link)

“Fiscally Conservative”? Compare and Contrast – Two Potential Republican Candidates

Scott WalkerChris+Christie+NJ+Governor+Chris+Christie+5DYC8lcqRbcl

NEW JERSEY – According to a new study by Dr. Sarah Arnett of the Government Accountability Office that measures the fiscal health of the fifty states in four categories, New Jersey ranks dead last in both annual budget and long-term solvency. The state’s poor performance in all four categories earned it the worst ranking of all fifty states in overall fiscal health.

Arnett’s report examines the health of each state according to four solvency categories: cash solvency, budget solvency, long-run solvency, and service-level solvency. (See definitions below.) (more…)

POTUS: “The inability of my message to penetrate the Republican base”…

Obama Jesus Pose

…“Another way of putting it, I guess, is that the issue has been the inability of my message to penetrate the Republican base so that they feel persuaded that I’m not the caricature that you see on Fox News or Rush Limbaugh, but I’m somebody who is interested in solving problems and is pretty practical, and that, actually, a lot of the things that we’ve put in place worked better than people might think”…   – President Barack Obama (New Yorker Interview)

It just couldn’t be possible the message itself is what people are opposed to…. Nah, the message is too wonderful.   The problem must be, it just has to be, that it’s just not reaching them.   After all, to accept any other consideration would be to accept that other people’s ideas actually have merit for debate….

We simply just can’t have any of that.

Greg Hicks Rises In Defense of Ambassador Chris Stevens

GREG HICKS Shifting blame to our dead ambassador is wrong on the facts. I know—I was there.

benghazi4

Last week the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence issued its report on the Sept. 11, 2012, terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya. The report concluded that the attack, which resulted in the murder of four Americans, was “preventable.”

Some have been suggesting that the blame for this tragedy lies at least partly with Ambassador Chris Stevens, who was killed in the attack. This is untrue: The blame lies entirely with Washington.

The report states that retired Gen. Carter Ham, then-commander of the U.S. Africa Command (Africom) headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, twice offered to “sustain” the special forces security team in Tripoli and that Chris twice “declined.”

Since Chris cannot speak, I want to explain the reasons and timing for his responses to Gen. Ham. As the deputy chief of mission, I was kept informed by Chris or was present throughout the process. (more…)

Iranian President Says (2nd Day In A Row) Iran Is Not Going To Stop Nuclear Ambitions… Jay Carney Stumbles…

Yesterday Iranian President Hassan Rouhani stated there is absolutely nothing in the Nuclear deal with Obama that references “dismantling” of centrifuges.

President Rouhani specifically called the White House liars and then Rouhani challenged the media to read the actual text of the agreement which the White House has refused to release.

Today the White House lost Fareed Zakaria.   This is an important development because Obama has admitted that Zakaria is an advisor to his administration on Iranian policy.
