Jeb Bush and President Obama Agree – Illegal Alien Children Should Be Given Citizenship Status…

Jeb Bush says “it’s ridiculous not to give the illegal ‘Dreamers’ citizenship” !
Jeb-BushWASHINGTON DC – In a newly released video, GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush says he supports amnesty for children and that the border can never be totally secured without sacrificing America’s liberties.
“I’ve never felt like the sins of the parents should be ascribed to the children, you know,” Bush said during a 2013 conference hosted by the right of center Hispanic Leadership Network. “If your children always have to pay the price for adults decisions they make, how fair is that?”
“For people who have no country to go back to — which are many of the DREAMers — it’s ridiculous to think that there shouldn’t be some accelerated path to citizenship.”

The governor is the biggest beneficiary of 2012 GOP nominee Mitt Romney’s decision to sit out 2016. Two weeks ago, when Romney was flirting with a bid, Walker won 8 percent of the vote. Romney led that poll with 29 percent. (more…)

Weasels and Measles: Poll Tested/Grandmother Approved – Hillary Pulls A Clinton On Vaccine Position….

Weasels and Measles

You have to see the humor in this one. Previously, in 2008, Hillary was seeking out the “Whole Foods Hopey-Changey voter” (so was Senator Obama) and so she was all about the possibility of Vaccinations causing autism.
Now, however, facing the popularity swing toward proper vaccination schedules – Hillary is all for them.

The funny aspect is how once again she has “reacted”, and besmirched her coddled constituency. If you actually look at the cultural and political ideology behind the faces of the anti-vaccination crowd you will still find their clustering in the vicinity of Whole Foods locations. Meaning the larger percentage of the anti-vaccination crowd are progressive Democrats. (more…)

Typical Hollywood Moonbat – Ashley Judd: "Hillary the most qualified candidate since Thomas Jefferson or George Washington"… *Flashback* Video – Hillary Pelted With Tomatoes In Egypt (2012)

You can’t make this stuff up. Ashley Judd actually believes Hillary Clinton is the most qualified candidate for President since Thomas Jefferson or George Washington.

Based on ‘what’ exactly? An ideological first lady who leveraged her political influence into a New York Senate bid, which led to an actual presidential campaign based on absolutely ZERO executive experience; which immediately created an appointment to become the most failed person executing foreign policy as Secretary of State.
Anyone remember the WikiLeaks Cable leaks/controversy in her first years’ tenure?… Which led to an entire wasted year of diplomatic apology…. Then came the Libyan fiasco which led to Benghazi…. etc. And we cannot forget the support for the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt…..  What exactly would anyone call a success during Hillary’s entire political life?
Perhaps we should ask the Egyptian people (more…)

President Obama To Present His Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Proposal Today…

The last time a federal budget was passed into law was September of 2007 for fiscal year 2008 and it was signed by President Bush. President Obama has not had a single day in office with a federal budget, EVER.

For the first time in six years President Obama will actually meet a statutorily required deadline for submitting a federal budget. The Executive Branch budget proposals are due by the first Monday in February; however Obama usually blows off the rules. I digress.
This 2016 proposal is a little disingenuous no?

…”The president’s budget features a six-year, $478 billion public works program for upgrading the nation’s infrastructure, including roads, railroads and ports”….

obama_delivers budget_Didn’t congress spend $1,000,000,000,000.00 (trillion) on Obama’s “stimulus plan”, aka “shovel ready jobs”, aka “American Reinvestment and Recovery Act”, for public works in 2009/2010? And what exactly did we get out of that little expenditure?
WASHINGTON DC – President Obama will unveil a $4 trillion budget Monday, featuring an ambitious public works program, a one-time tax on foreign profits kept overseas by corporations, tax credits for middle-class Americans, and a 1.3 percent pay raise for federal employees and troops. (more…)

Scott Walker Surges Past Field In Iowa Poll….

Scott Walker 2We have talked about Republican Governor (WI) Scott Walker since 2010 and the Stand With Scott campaign. For all intents and purposes Walker remains very high in favorability because of what he has actually accomplished, not what he has talked about, amid a field of GOP hopefuls.
In my humble opinion Walker is the best candidate to actually unite the GOP. Scott Walker is acceptable to conservatives, Tea Party groups, and increasingly to establishment Republicans. It is good to see him getting the recognition.
(Via Bloomberg) Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker is surging, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush is an also-ran and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is dominating in a new poll of Iowans likely to vote in the nation’s first presidential nominating contest.

Bullet Dodged – Mitt Romney Not Running For President…

Transcript of Romney statement via Hugh Hewitt:
Mitt Romney - Ann Romney
Let me begin by letting you know who else is on this call, besides Ann and me. There are a large number of people who signed on to be leaders of our 2016 finance effort. In addition, state political leadership from several of the early primary states are on the line. And here in New York City, and on the phone, are people who have been helping me think through how to build a new team, as well as supporters from the past who have all been kind enough to volunteer their time during this deliberation stage. Welcome, and thank you. Your loyalty and friendship, and your desire to see the country with new, competent and conservative leadership warms my heart.
After putting considerable thought into making another run for president, I’ve decided it is best to give other leaders in the Party the opportunity to become our next nominee. (more…)

The "Kids" Running The White House Retreat – Obama Team Announce They Will Drop 529 Tax Scheme Days Before Budget Delivery….

Beyond the substance in the headlines is the reality many have outlined. A disconnected, amateur White House policy team removes a tenet of their prior tax/legislative proposal just days before they present the Fiscal Year 2016 budget proposal.
In addition, what the heck is Nancy Pelosi doing flying around with President Obama all week?   Obviously, Democrat political alliances are tenuous and trust amid the various factions of the Dem scheme team is now an issue…  This is an outcome of self-driven interests, but you won’t see it reported in the MSM.  The selfish frenzy and positioning is going to get worse once Hillary Clinton announces her intentions.
Barack Obama, Michelle Obamaobama-debt-ceiling
WASHINGTON — President Obama, facing angry reprisals from parents and from lawmakers of both parties, will drop his proposal to end popular college savings accounts known as 529s, but will keep an expanded tuition tax credit at the center of his college access plan, the White House said Tuesday.
The decision came just hours after House Speaker John A. Boehner of Ohio demanded the proposal be withdrawn from the president’s budget, due out Monday, “for the sake of middle-class families.” But the call for the White House to relent also came from top Democrats, including Representatives Nancy Pelosi of California, the minority leader, and Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, the ranking member of the Budget Committee.
Ms. Pelosi pressed the case to senior administration officials on board Air Force One as she flew with the president from India to Saudi Arabia, according to Democratic aides familiar with the discussions. (more…)
