The Congressional Black Caucus and the Decepticon Republican Establishment will collectively cry foul. A Supreme Court decision today essentially eliminates the twisted racial logic used to construct race-based (black) congressional districts.

Obamacare sucks. Everything about it was based on lies, false presentations, and outright manipulative efforts from Democrats.

As a direct result of the worst legislation ever constructed the vast majority of Democrats have been running from it ever since it was signed into law. Democrats know know the toxic nature of the fraud they created. Higher insurance costs, lower healthcare services and financial impacts to the average person that are ridiculously unaffordable.

Obamacare is the primary drag on the economy and businesses, sucking money away from businesses and individuals. Hence Democrats have continually asked for delays in an effort to avoid the political consequences. Here’s another:

In a letter exclusively obtained by The Daily Caller, Senate Democrats pleaded with Health and Human Services secretary Sylvia Matthews Burwell to delay an Obamacare rule change that puts companies with 51 to 100 employees in the costlier “small group” market instead of the “large group” market. President Obama is executing the “Power Doctrine”. And by Power we do not mean a force of strength; no, we mean the last name of the person who has constructed the doctrine, Samantha Power.

Anyone who has spent much time researching the Obama administration from candidate election ’07 through presidential policy directives in 2015 will completely understand this Samantha Power Doctrine. It should not come as a surprise.

The Power Doctrine toward Israel has been an ideological iceberg for many years; less than a third of it visible at any given moment in time with the majority hidden beneath the surface. We have outlined it exhaustively -as we travel toward that ultimate White House objective- we have tried to point it out each time the water cleared.

I wrote about it last week after it was discovered that President Obama called Benjamin Netanyahu.

An interesting article within The Hill begins to outline how much effort President Obama and the ideological cohorts within the administration went to try and get Benjamin Netanyahu defeated.

According to a source for the information within the article, at the end of the Israeli election: “I think the president, Tuesday night, felt like he lost“.

And when you look at how extensive Obama and Kerry’s efforts were including:

…”The State Department people in the end of January, early February, expedited visas for [Israeli] Arab leaders to come to the United States to learn how to vote…

…and you understand how emotionally invested Obama’s team was in that outcome, you can begin to understand the administration’s response in the face of their defeat.

“What was not well reported in the American media is that President Obama and his allies were playing in the election to defeat Prime Minister Netanyahu,” John McLaughlin, a Republican strategist, said in an interview on John Catsimatidis’s “The Cats Roundtable” radio show broadcast Sunday on AM 970 in New York.

Ted Cruz has quite a bit going for him, and he can make Palin-like splodey heads of the liberal antagonists just with the rise of his chin. There is also a generally solid argument to make that Cruz has shown a willingness to fight the Decepticon class within the GOP, although in order to avoid being completely marginalized by the Alinsky machine he has moderated his anti-establishment positions. This should be interesting….

Cruz, scheduled to speak Monday at a convocation ceremony at Liberty University in Virginia, will not form an exploratory committee but rather launch a presidential bid outright, said advisers with direct knowledge of his plans, who spoke on condition of anonymity because an official announcement had not been made yet.
