Never forget, the exact words used now to attack the candidacy of Donald J Trump are the identical words the power-elite used in the 1980 republican primary to attack candidate Ronald Reagan:

As we review the current media report for President Obama’s intentions, regarding executive office restrictions on firearms, we must remember the second term distinction between “executive orders” and “executive action“.
♦ Executive orders are those dictatorial fiats from the White House that contain an origin, at least as regarded by the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC), founded in law.
♦ “Executive actions” are the term-two preferences of President Obama and constitute dictatorial fiats that are not constitutionally based, not legal, not supported by the OLC, and will not eventually hold up under legal challenge. The key word is “eventually”.
The Obama “executive actions” are political decisions intentionally constructed and designed to advance an ideology while creating legal conflict. They successfully advance ‘change’ until they are overruled by state and federal courts.
An example of an “executive action” was the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans, or DAPA, amnesty program Obama rolled out in November of 2014. DAPA was an Executive Action, not an Executive Order.
Executive Actions open barn doors. They are never designed/intended to pass legal challenge. They create mostly irreversible consequences.
To the best of our knowledge the entire MSM and professional punditry have yet to recognize the strategic and intentional use of executive action – and explain it to everyone. (more…)

In the spring of 1976 Presidential Candidate and “outsider” Ronald Reagan lost a close race for the Republican nomination to Candidate “insider” Gerald Ford. Reagan held 1,070 delegates, Ford won with 1,187. However, Ford lost the General election to Jimmy Carter.
At the ’76 convention Mr. Reagan gracefully conceded his loss, and then later outraged the professional political class (GOPe) when he announced his open intention to appeal next time to conservative democrats and conservative independents. History would call these voters “The Reagan Coalition“.
In 1979 candidate Ronald Reagan was true to his word, campaigning on a common sense approach toward populist conservatism, the center-right Reagan Coalition came together.

“PROSELYTIZE”: using faith to recruit someone to join one’s party, institution, or cause…
There is a strategy, albeit a rather divisive strategy, which can be deployed politically by those intentionally selecting a very specific gathering of supporters.
In a highly fractured presidential bid, this proselytizing strategy may even garner enough of a base to mount a bid amid a larger field of candidates. However, it is exceptionally narrow -hence works only amid large numbers of possible options- and can ultimately only gain the advocate a small percentage of the overall audience.
The strategy can NEVER win a general election.
Current evidence reflects this approach is the preferred direction of Team Ted Cruz and the presidential campaign therein. (more…)
Hillary Clinton gains the leftist “Globalist of World” endorsement…
(Via The Hill) George Soros, a billionaire Democratic donor, told a close Hillary Clinton ally that he regretted voting for President Obama over her in the 2008 Democratic primary, according to an email released Thursday by the State Department.
Center for American Progress President Neera Tanden said in a May 2012 email to Clinton that Soros made the admission to her during a dinner.
“I told him I worked for you in the primaries and he said he’s been impressed that he can always call/meet with you on an issue of policy and said he hasn’t met with the President ever (though I thought he had),” Tanden wrote.
“He then said he regretted his decision in the primary – he likes to admit mistakes when he makes them and that was one of them,” she added. (more…)

Most Americans are unaware how close the House of Representatives came to passing the Senate ‘Gang-of-Eight’ bill in 2014 which included amnesty for illegal aliens. The vote was only stopped by the last-minute primary defeat of Eric Cantor.

Gowdy’s extreme immigration declarations come in addition to his long-standing support for donor-class Republican lawmakers. For instance, in a closed-door GOP leadership election in November of 2014, Gowdy seconded John Boehner’s nomination as House Speaker. Similarly, Gowdy was the Congressman who nominated Paul Ryan for Speaker. According to Politico, Boehner “secretly urged Gowdy to run” for House Majority Leader.

Ben Carson’s campaign manager Barry Bennett, Deputy Campaign Manager Lisa Coen, and Campaign Communications Director stepped down from their posts with the presidential campaign Thursday morning:
