Candidates Donald Trump and Mike Pence are holding a campaign rally today in Cleveland, Ohio. The event is being held at the Great Lakes Science Center. It is scheduled to begin at 2:00 PM EDT. (The event is not open to the general public)
Well, you can put this huge and under-reported Trump platform position in the AFFIRMED PREDICTION column.
Anyone thinking Donald Trump is not intensely serious about America-First economics just got a massive dose of reality. Specifically demanded by Donald Trump himself:
“We support reinstating the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 which prohibits commercial banks from engaging in high-risk investment,” said the platform released by the Republican National Committee. (link)
CONTEXT – Beyond the larger context of Globalists VS Nationalists (Americanism), the internal opposition to Common Sense economic conservatism (Americanism) can be broken down into two categories:
♦ The first group are those who are fundamentally naive about large and historic economic issues; and how the economy was changed, forced to change through the past forty years, by financial interests who created a second, “false“, paper economy. (more…)
Did anyone notice how quiet the convention auditorium was when Speaker Paul Ryan was delivering his Tuesday night speech outlining his perspectives on the future of the GOP?
The media don’t want to discuss the lackluster audience response, and the right side of the UniParty punditry definitely don’t want to draw attention to it – but the meek applause was deafening. The Ryan party is in the minority, the Trump party is in control – this is now the people’s convention.
And right there the stage is set for Senator Ted Cruz tonight. Donald Trump masterfully invited Ted Cruz to speak at the convention without requesting any endorsement. Hundreds of column inches have previously outlined this seemingly unprecedented approach, however the maneuver is typical Trump – brilliant.
In the broadest of terms, Donald Trump won the GOP nomination because he has a pulse on the electorate. Simply put, Trump gets the “Cold Anger”; Donald Trump understand the motivations behind the “Monster Voter”. (more…)

The same legacy media pundits/critics who decried the candidacy of Donald Trump are fraught with pearl-clutching criticism because the structure of convention day #2 prime-time speeches are not following their customary political norms.
Oh dear, oh my…. oh noes... the vulgarians are daring to put on their own show. Those unwashed non-cosmopolitan’s have the audacity to break tradition with the professional political class, go figure.
Here’s some great speeches, starting with Donald Trump Jr.:

Gabriel Sherman at the New York Magazine is claiming Fox News TV host Megyn Kelly was one of Roger Ailes sexual harassment victims.
(New Yorker) As a chorus of prominent Fox News women have gone public defending Roger Ailes against the wave of sexual-harassment allegations sparked by former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson’s lawsuit, the network’s biggest star, Megyn Kelly, has been conspicuously silent. Kelly’s refusal to join in Ailes’s orchestrated defense has led to speculation about why.

Day #2 – Wayne Dupree and Kambree “Kami” Nelson bringing you Live Convention Reports, Discussions, Interviews from the republican convention in Cleveland, Ohio:
The cultural Marxists (PC Media) are burying this story and refusing to name the restaurant. PC Local Media claim the “shards of glass” found in the police officer’s restaurant produced (ie. fresh made) sandwich might have just found their way there by “accident”.
Uh huh… “accident”, gotcha.
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) — A Columbus police officer was rushed to the hospital after officials say he cut his mouth after biting into a sandwich, which contained several shards of glass from a restaurant on East Long Street Monday afternoon.
The officer was taken to Grant Medical Center around 3 p.m. where he’s being held overnight. The officer is expected to be okay, according to investigators.
Police say the officer bit into the sandwich and felt what was a grisly texture as well as a crunching sound. When he looked into the sandwich, he saw the glass. When he checked his mouth, he saw it was bleeding. (read more with video report)
Update apparently the restaurant is The Lincoln Cafe (formerly Zanzibar Brews).
