WASHINGTON (AP) — New York hedge fund billionaire George Soros and Hollywood director Steven Spielberg are among the biggest donors to a super PAC backing Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential run, according to a super PAC official who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss fundraising.

In all, the super PAC Priorities USA Action will report having raised $15.6 million in the past three months when it files its fundraising information this month with the Federal Election Commission. Super PACs can take donations of unlimited size. The biggest gift was worth $2 million and came from media mogul Haim Saban, owner of the Spanish-language Univision network.

Donors include film producer Jeffrey Katzenberg, investor Donald Sussman, Boston political activist Barbara Lee and the Plumbers and Pipefitters union. Actress Katie McGrath and her husband, producer J.J. Abrams, also contributed. (more…)

WASHINGTON DC –  It is rare for news events, even as momentous as the past week’s, to drown out absolute proof that a candidate for president has lied willfully to the public and Congress. Yet precisely such proof has emerged, and it has appeared not only in this newspaper but also in The New York Times (albeit with a headline designed not to draw attention).

Americans learned this spring that Hillary Clinton, in contravention of federal records rules and current law, conducted all her State Department business using a private email address, housed in a server at her home in Westchester County, N.Y.

But not to worry — the former secretary of state swore that she had diligently preserved and passed to the State Department every email she had written in the course of her job. Even though she destroyed all the evidence by wiping the server afterward, she assured the public that everything related to her conduct of official business had been kept and turned over, as the law requires. I’m beginning to gain an Attkisson-like appreciation for Catherine Herridge when it comes to pursuing the truth behind the Benghazi FUBAR.   We know from prior research and published media that President Obama and Secretary Clinton spoke via phone at around 10 to 10:30pm on Sept 11th 2012.

Clinton previously stated she was in her Washington DC office while communicating with her White House contact and assigned liaison Tom Donilon –who was in the White House with his spox Tommy “Dude” Vietor – when POTUS and Clinton talked via phone.

(Via Fox)  New documents released by a federal court show President Obama called then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on the night of the 2012 Benghazi attack — but the contents are being withheld by the State Department.

It had previously been disclosed that Clinton and Obama spoke the night of the terror attacks. But the documents offer additional information about the timing of the call — after the initial attack on the U.S. consulate, but before the second wave where mortars hit the nearby CIA annex and killed former Navy SEALs Ty Woods and Glen Doherty.

The contents of the call, however, are being withheld, not because the information is classified but because the administration claims they represent internal deliberations about the 2012 terror assault. (more…)

It has been a year since we first posted the full 11,000 word Benghazi Brief, explaining the soup to nuts events of what happened from February 2011 up to September 11th 2012.   Many people have wondered why the Mainstream Media have not picked up the story.

It has been a slow process of sunlight crossing the treetops, but Fox News has just affirmed the content with their new story:  “The Arming of Benghazi” – excerpts below.

(Via Fox Business)  The United States supported the secret supply of weapons to Libyan rebels while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State according to federal court documents obtained by Fox News.

In a sworn declaration to the District Court of Arizona May 5th 2015, a career CIA officer David Manners said, “It was then, and remains now, my opinion that the United States did participate, directly or indirectly, in the supply of weapons to the Libyan Transitional National Council.”   The timing matters because in the Spring of 2011 the Libyan opposition was not formally recognized, and the direct supply of arms was not authorized. Manners testified before a grand jury investigating American defense contractor Marc Turi who faces trial this September on two counts that he allegedly violated the arms control export act by making false statements. (more…)

(Via The Hill) Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s passport information was included in a trove of cables from Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministry published online Friday by Wikileaks.

The Wikileaks cache of thousands of documents has information on Clinton, as well as other U.S. diplomats including Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

They show that Clinton often visited Saudi Arabia during her tenure at State from 2009-2013, including a March 2012 trip to meet the late King Abdullah and former Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal in Riyadh. (more…)

Moonbats within the DNC, the “Occupy” crowd, have been working diligently for years to push the Democrats toward their socialist utopia.   In turn this has pushed the Democrat party even further toward the land of the Moonbats.

For the Dem’s with visions of multi-cultural pot-smoking circles, filled with sustainable tree and sand-smelt worship, their uptwinkles are reserved exclusively for Bernie Sanders.  Hillary Clinton, down twinkles.

(The Hill) It may be time for Hillary Clinton to take the challenge from Sen. Bernie Sanders more seriously.  Sanders is surging in the race for the party’s presidential nomination.

The Vermont Independent has drawn huge crowds of supporters in Iowa and New Hampshire, and pulled within striking distance of Clinton in some Granite State polls.

“This is not a protest campaign,” Sanders declared at a breakfast with reporters in Washington last week. “This is a campaign to win.”

He’s also a powerful presence on social media, where supporters are eager to share news about his campaign.

While Clinton remains the runaway favorite, the strength of Sanders’s challenge — particularly in the states hosting the first two nominating contests — is starting to get attention. (more…)

George Stephanopoulos served in the Clinton White House, and has close ties with Hillary and Bill Clinton. Recently, it was revealed that Stephanopoulos contributes heavily to the Clinton Foundation and works for the foundation on CGI events. The revelation forced George Stephanopoulos to apologize for the non-disclosure.

(Via Daily Mail) Hillary Clinton reportedly charged a Boys and Girls Club chapter $200,000 for an appearance, then left the premise without saying hello to children who benefit from the program.

The massive fee, which she donated back to her family foundation, was the largest the Long Beach, California, organization had ever paid a public figure for a speech, Politico reports.

By contrast, the club made $106,000 off the lunchtime, charity event – it’s lowest yield in 25 years. A contributing factor to the diminished proceeds: Clinton’s large entourage that took up seats that would have otherwise been sold to donors.

The details of the 2014 closed-press event were published in a Politico report today that cites a volunteer with the group as the source of the unflattering information. (more…)
