KANSAS CITY – Kansas City Zoo goers described Tuesday afternoon running for their lives after hundreds of teens were involved in fights inside the zoo and shots were fired in a zoo parking lot. “It was very scary,” Liberty resident Jaimi Heckadon said. “All hell broke loose.”
As she and her group bolted for the exit, Heckadon said she heard people screaming about officers using pepper spray. “The problem was these teenagers. None of them were escorted by an adult,” she said.

The only thing the aggrieved New York Minorities have to do to get a windfall of money is show that they took the FDNY service exam.  Hizzoner claims it was racist to make firefighter applicants take a written test, since Blacks and Hispanics do not perform as well as whites and Asians on academic tests.   Ergo competency tests present a “disparate impact”.
DeBlasio is taking $98 million of taxpayer funds and redistributing it to blacks and Hispanics as “back pay” for work they never did, for a job they were never qualified for.  While simultaneously announcing that he is creating new positions in the FDNY that will solely exist to ensure that blacks and Hispanics do not have to pass the same intelligence and competency exams as Whites and non-minorities.
NEW YORK  – The de Blasio Administration today announced an agreement to settle the 2007 Vulcan Society’s lawsuit against the City of New York over two civil service exams found to be discriminatory against African American and Hispanic applicants.
The City has agreed to pay approximately $98 million in back pay and benefits to African American and Hispanic firefighter applicants who took two civil service exams in 1999 and 2002, and will implement additional reforms in the FDNY’s recruiting policies in an effort to further diversify the ranks of the organization to make them more representative of the city’s population. “Sources with knowledge of the sting said the investigation made financial pitches to both Republicans and Democrats, but only Democrats accepted the payments.”

 PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA – The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office ran an undercover sting operation over three years that captured leading Philadelphia Democrats, including four members of the city’s state House delegation, on tape accepting money, The Inquirer has learned.
Yet no one was charged with a crime.
Prosecutors began the sting in 2010 when Republican Tom Corbett was attorney general. After Democrat Kathleen G. Kane took office in 2013, she shut it down.
In a statement to The Inquirer on Friday, Kane called the investigation poorly conceived, badly managed, and tainted by racism, saying it had targeted African Americans.
{snip, it “targeted African Americans” is a misnomer.  African Americans were caught as an outcome, not an intent.   Think about it – This is the concept of “disparate impact’ applied to the rule of law.  Whereas using ‘disparate impact’ logic: law enforcement, or lawful investigation, is defined as “targeting” by the result, not the intent.  If you say stealing a car is unlawful, and you target car thieves, and all of the thieves are black – then arresting car thieves is ‘targeting African Americans’… /SD}

The victim, 54 year old David Peterson, was actually on the phone with police when he was shot in the chest.

SEATTLE, WA – A 17-year-old boy accused of killing a Seattle man after the other man fought off a robbery attempt has been charged as an adult.
Charged with first-degree murder, Byron White is alleged to have shot and killed David Peterson on Feb. 23 in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood. White was arrested at Sea-Tac Airport attempting to board a flight to Atlanta.
King County prosecutors contend White, a Ballard High School student,  first approached Peterson at 8:30 p.m. in the 8500 block of First Avenue Northwest.
White attempted to steal Peterson’s cell phone, but Peterson, 54, fought him off, according to prosecutors. White is alleged to have walked away, then doubled back and shot Peterson in the chest, killing him. (more…)

FAIRFIELD, Calif. – Joshua Cooper, a teen father in Northern California, is under arrest after police say he bit the nose off his 1-month-old son because he was frustrated with the infant’s crying.
Fairfield police say Cooper, 18, was being held Friday in the Solano County Jail on suspicion of child cruelty and aggravated mayhem.
Police say they received a call Thursday by a distraught woman who said her baby was bleeding from his nose.
Doctors later determined the child suffered a skull fracture, a brain hemorrhage and that one third of the child’s nose had been severed.
The child is in stable condition at Oakland Children’s Hospital. (more…)

REALITY BEGS TO DIFFER – – – MADISON (WKOW) — Police arrested six people believed to be involved in what they’re calling one of the most brutal crimes in recent memory.
Madison police say three men planned a home invasion, but broke into the wrong home on Quincy Avenue on the north side around 6 a.m. on February 23.

Police say the suspects were aware it was not the intended home, but they proceeded to violently attack the two victims who had been sleeping. The suspects are accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting the woman who was six months pregnant. (more…)

We knew last year the diversionary activity around the Miami-Dade School Police Department, which was coordinated, sanctioned and authorized by Miami-Dade School Superintendent, Alberto Carvalho, was illegal.
Consequently we knew a public airing of the illegal activity was a risk to all parties involved.

Now, however – the entire School Board might be legally responsible for engaging in unlawful conspiracy which resulted from the internal investigation within the M-DSPD and the School Boards’ “willful blindness” to the actual finding(s).
It doesn’t take a law degree to understand that when you intentionally construct a policy, or group of policies, which specifically hide illegal behavior you are on the wrong side of the law – even when it is the top law enforcement officer giving the instructions to do it. (more…)

Treon Johnson, is the star of some backyard fighting videos.  Videos that are about to be a part of a documentary on the blood sport.  He died in police custody after neighbors claimed he was beating a dog to death with a metal pipe.   He jumped onto the roof.  The Police used pepper spray and a taser to subdue him.   

Yet the media, wait for it,…. are showing pictures of  “Tre” Johnson as a young lad in a tuxedo…..   Because using one of the several previous mug shots would be too difficult I guess.  Sound familiar ?

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. –  The family of a man suspected of abusing dogs wants to know what led to his mysterious death.

Here’s a clue for ya’, he was beating a dog with a pipe after the completion of filming his latest documentary on “back yard fighting”,… DUH…. /SD

Treon Johnson died just hours after being taken into custody Thursday.  Hialeah police said a 911 caller claimed the 27-year-old man jumped into the backyard of his home and was beating his dog with a metal pipe. GEORGETOWN – D.C. Police are working to identify about a dozen teens wanted for setting up a “flash mob”-style robbery at a high-end jeans store in Georgetown two weeks ago.

Surveillance videos from Feb. 20 shows the teens entering the True Religion Brand Jeans store on M Street just before 6:30 p.m.

The teens then stuffed more than a thousand dollars worth of the jeans into bags they’d brought with them before running out of the store, in just a couple minutes.

“I can’t believe all of those people could steal something all at one time,” said Maria Suyat, an employee at the neighboring Camper shoe store. “…We’ve had plenty of people steal a few shoes just from our window display, so I can only imagine having all that merchandise taken all at once.” (more…)
