Let me tell you what the “real” long, and short-term, goal of the Fabian Socialist progressives is.   The economy, right now, is naturally about to seriously contract.   All of the signs are there:   Wal-Mart is reporting massive drops in same store sales, restaurants are reporting the same, durable goods orders are the lowest in decades, Obamacare is forcing restructuring and lay-offs of small and medium-sized business payrolls.  Etc…. etc.

All of the KPI indicators, including the revised 3rd and 4th qtr GDP numbers point to a new recession – it just has not been quantified yet.   But.It.Is.Here.    

This is known to economists and the White House.  What President Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi are doing is creating an argument to deflect attention from their failed economic policy – They are going to use the faux sequester impact to deflect away, and explain, their new recession.    That is the current strategy and the overarching goal;  Avoidance for the consequences of their creation.  Make it look like it’s the other guys fault.   (more…)

Cloward Piven approach to overloading the system, ie more takers than producers. The crisis produces benevolent leaders who will promise to deliver “things” (Hope and Change) to meet people’s needs through Social and Economic Justice. False illusions that the situation is under control if certain strategic directions are followed (Bailouts, Stimulus, Jobs Bills, Regulations of industry, Unconstitutional Power Grabs, Dismissal of Historical Laws, Changes in legislative processes, Changes in checks and balances of power etc). OK, Treepers, you want to know what you can do to help George Zimmerman, well, here it is.

Today February 26th is the anniversary of the day 17-year-old thug Trayvon Martin angrily attacked George Zimmerman and was shot and killed by George in self-defense.

This shooting took place moments after Trayvon left a 7-11 store with the ingredients for his preferred drug cocktail, “Lean”. Skittles, Watermelon Fruit Punch, and Robitussin combine to make some “fire ass lean”, and Robitussin needed to be used because Trayvon could not find a local source for prescription liquid codeine. So at 6:29pm, after getting a couple of other older guys to buy him some Black and Mild Cigars at the 7-11 to go with the dope he was smoking, he headed back to his dad’s girlfriend’s (Brandi) condo.

These facts are not disputed – they are evident, provable, and cited with specific certainty by our research. We stand behind this 100%. Nothing about these fact-based assertions can be disputed without the intellectual disconnect leading to a manipulative series of lies and obfuscations; the Martin Family storyline is a series of fabricated lies. Dear Mr. West,

It is an unknown variable how much of the case background you were technically aware of prior to your entry into this case. It is also an unknown variable as to the nature of your relationship with Mark O’Mara, and whether it is in fact more than professional? However, it is well-known to interested observers that you are the primary researcher/investigator of the defense.

Your partner sucks.

Not only is he professionally compromised, known by many within the courthouse circuit to be a fibber and ‘stretcher of truth’, and concerned more about his selfish ego than the protection of his client, your client, – but he is also smarmy and truth adverse.

Being truth adverse might be a keen professional benefit for lawyered types when representing guilty folks, or those who might be guilty; But it’s a horrid professional trait when defending the innocent because truth is supposed to be on your side.

RUSH LIMBAUGH:  Now, here’s this ABC story: “57 Terrible Consequences of Sequester.” Now, I wish I had time, I wish I had the ability to go through all 57. I’m not gonna bore you. But I want you to listen to some of them. This is ABC News, the same place Jonathan Karl works. They’re not even on the same page. Jonathan Karl is out there saying, “Well, we’re gonna spend $15 billion more.

“The public isn’t gonna really feel this.” Over here, elsewhere at ABC, the full monty, babe, full scare tactic, 100% fearmonger, 57 terrible consequences. “Air travel disruption. Longer security lines at airports. Slower extreme weather forecasts.” Slower extreme weather forecasts? “Greater risk of wildfires.” A greater risk of wildfires because the federal government is only spending $15 billion more than it spent last year? CALIFORNIA – The former mayor of Bell, California, was too stupid and uneducated to know his $100,000 salary for the part-time city job was illegal, his lawyer argued today.

Oscar Hernandez is illiterate, has no high school degree and didn’t even finish elementary school, defense attorney Stanley Friedmand told jurors.

Hernandez and five former members of the Bell City Council are on trial, accused of stealing $1.3million in exorbitant pay from the working-class city of 35,000.

All six elected officials drew salaries of up to $100,000 for serving on boards that seldom met and accomplished little. (more…)

Theater of the Absurd

You just can’t make this stuff up.

The attorney, the civil attorney Benjamin Crump, the Martin family hired to pursue financial justice against various interests in the Trayvon Martin shooting is now fighting to stop his deposition about the circumstances surrounding the very witness, “DeeDee” (W8) that he identified to create the arrest affidavit that frames the entire cause for financial justice, vis-a-vi arrest/trial, which lead to the civil claims he desires, and are contained in the probable cause affidavit.

Talk about ridiculous circular logic.

Subsequently, the attorney representing and attempting to hide Benjamin Crump, now argues the defense is not asserting any affirmations of contradictions between the initial phone interview with Crump and DeeDee (ABC March 19th Broadcast), and the statement she gave to the State of Florida in her affidavit April 2nd [page 4 footnote #7].

The Department of Homeland Security has ordered and is storing billions of rounds of ammunition.   Recently they ordered a series of practice targets called “No More Hesitation“.  The purpose of shooting lifelike targets is to condition a person to shoot a real person without hesitation.  They have ordered over $2,000,000.00 dollars worth of these and similar targets.   Ask yourself why they would want these?
