When we began this quest 8 months ago we really had no idea the depth of manipulative corruption we would discover. Indeed we only knew of six sworn statements given in what we were told was a “small internal investigation”.

Boy was that ever an understatement.

After extensive inquiry the first batch of statutorally required public records were released.   That is what we have been sharing over the past week.   Within that release we can grasp the scope of the investigation, and how far it extended beyond the internal confines of the General Investigative Unit of the M-DSPD.  In actuality the investigation reaches all the way to Sanford, FL.

Gylmar Ochoa was a Detective in the wrong place at the wrong time.   It’s as simple as that.   The guy was just walking through the property room when Yvette Wilson was bringing in the stolen jewelry recovered from Trayvon Martin’s backpack.

Yvette Wilson, Property Room Specialist, was retrieving the Jewelry so that Detective Hadley could photograph the evidence as a supplement to the previous file, “Criminal Mischief”, complaint.

Ochoa was walking through when Wilson and Hadley were lining up the jewelry and screwdriver on an open cubicle.   Hadley asked Ochoa if he had a camera, he did not.  However, Ochoa took photographs of the jewelry and screwdriver with his cell phone and then sent the pictures via email to Detective Hadley.

Ricin is the favored chemical agent of professional assassins.  It has been used repeatedly and successfully in numerous assassinations.   Ricin is the chemical agent used to place in pellets and darts.  It is extremely lethal in very small quantities…

VIA POLITICO – An envelope sent to an office of Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) included a substance that has tested positive for Ricin, two sources say.

It was not immediately clear when the envelope was received or whether it was sent to his Washington, D.C., office or a field office. (more…)

Sergeant Lourdes Hodges was the person who opened the “Supplemental report” on the Dashboard of Detective Hadley after he completed sending the information requested to Sanford Sgt. Randy Smith.   Hadley sent Smith an 8 page report on Trayvon Martin from a Criminal Mischief complaint filed by School Resource Officer Darryl Dunn.

However, at the behest and instruction of Police Chief Hurley, the Mischief Complaint was only part of the behavioral issue from that day. The second aspect from the incident was Trayvon’s backpack containing stolen jewelry and a burglary tool. This part of the incident was intentionally mislabeled, and misreported, by SRO Dunn to eliminate the need for a criminal investigation. (more…)

Listening to current gun control framed through victim suffering; Listening to abortion rights framed around a desire not to burden daughters;  Listening to progressives of all sorts pontificating about food bans, soda bans, slurpee bans;  All under the auspices of caring for children is, well, annoying.

But watching MTV and seeing Jamie “Obama is our Lord and Savior” Foxx heralded on stage while wearing a T-Shirt of Trayvon Martin, and proclaiming a desire for “justice” is just, well, too much.

Jamie Foxx doesn’t give a damn about black boys, or any boys or girls, for that matter.  If he did he would be in Miami-Dade Florida asking the Miami-Dade School Police Department why they never took responsibility to “protect and serve” both Trayvon, and the greater community in which he lived. WASHINGTON DC – There is only one certainty surrounding the terrorist attack that occurred in Benghazi, Libya last September 11th: seven months later, the American people and the families of the victims and wounded still do not know all the facts and specifics that resulted in the murder of Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other American heroes. However, I am cautiously optimistic that momentum is building this week in the quest for the truth.

In separate letters to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the groups Special Operations Speaks and Operational Security (OpSec), along with 700 retired military special operations personnel, urged support for House Resolution 36 which is being sponsored by senior Republican Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA). House Resolution 36, if passed, would create a select congressional committee to thoroughly investigate the terrorist attacks in Benghazi and what the Obama Administration did and didn’t do. (more…)

First a recap – From the initial FOIA information provided with affidavits from M-DSPD Commander Fox-Williams, and Sergeant William Tagle, we learn the following:

–  A specific and intentional program was instituted by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley to change the way the criminal activity of young black male school students was recorded.  Several processes from invoking the “Baker Act” to flat-out manipulating police reports, and in some cases not writing them at all, was used.   This led to a 60% statistical reduction in criminal recording and engagement.  The implication within the research points to Hurley following the instructions of School Superintendent Alberto M Carvalho who appointed Hurley as police chief.

*Alberto Carvalho has close ties to the White House and the Obama administration.

–  We know Trayvon Martin was one of the students who benefitted from such a procedural change, because the School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn, gave statements during the internal affairs investigation admitting as such. (more…)
