Ondray Harris is a man of character, honor and courage – He was also the Community Relations Service Director of the Dept. of Justice / Community Relations Service (CRS) 2009/10.   In 2009 he was bright eyed and his words were filled with the sound of hope;  His outlook of opportunity was for a post-racial America.

Last week he quit….

…..because DC Board Members demanded he stop hiring “white people” –  His resignation speaks volumes to the changes now evidenced within the Dept of Justice. We have outlined those changes against the back drop of the George Zimmerman case – and we will continue to do so.

WASHINGTON DC – Ondray Harris, the African-American executive director of the Public Employee Relations Board of the District of Columbia, stepped down last week.

His resignation letter provides a disturbing look at alleged discriminatory and partisan conduct by the members of the board tasked with overseeing labor issues and the D.C. government’s relations with public employees. (more…)

GAME CHANGER?   POSSIBLY

The Fifth District Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of George Zimmerman and his defense team.   Benjamin Crump must sit for a deposition.

This highly unusual pre-trial intervention reverses the prior ruling of Judge Nelson, and appropriately states the need due to a lack of ability for the Appelate court to quantify the damage caused by allowing discovery to be impeded.   This is a HUGE VICTORY for George Zimmerman, and one that may indeed lead to a delay in trial.  Here’s the link – CLICK HERE  And Here’s the uploaded ruling:

Tuesday March 13th 2012, Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee again told the community there was nothing discovered in factual physical or witness evidence to dispute the statements made by George Zimmerman – not was there anything found which contradicted the hours of question, answers, and statements Mr. Zimmerman had voluntarily undertaken.

Newly released documents to the House Reform Committee show the claim of two rogue IRS agents targeting conservative from the Cincinnati IRS office is, well, ridiculous.

When/if all investigations are complete this will be more than just the IRS;  This approach will also reconcile the example of Gibson Guitar targeting and many other rabid overreaches of this administration.

(WASHINGTON DC – VIA DAILY MAIL)  Interviews with IRS employees have  established that the Washington, D.C. headquarters of the Internal Revenue  Service was engaged in targeting tea party groups and other conservative  organizations for unfair levels of scrutiny when they applied for tax-exempt  status.

Rep. Darrel lssa, chairman of powerful House  Committee of Oversight and Government Reform, made that startling announcement  on CNN Sunday morning.

‘As late as last week,’ he said, ‘the [Obama]  administration was still trying to say the [IRS targeting scandal] was from a  few rogue agents in Cincinnati, when in fact the indication is that they were  directly being ordered from Washington.’ (more…)

NEW YORK – President Obama made a secret deal to support Hillary Clinton when she runs for president in 2016, campaign sources say, payback for the support her husband gave him in 2012.

Bill Clinton’s animosity toward Obama is legendary.   A year before the last election, he was urging Hillary to challenge the sitting president for the nomination — a move she rejected.

According to two people who attended that meeting in Chappaqua, Bill Clinton then went on a rant against Obama. (more…)

When we revealed the Miami-Dade School Police Department cover-up, we were contacted by a well known writer who wanted to commend the Treehouse community for our dogged pursuit of truth. Additionally, they were astounded at the information revealed within the six sworn affidavits – and asked for a phone call.

Reluctantly, after much back and forth, we decided to go ahead and make the call. In essence the writer wanted to reconcile how they had never seen any of this information in the Main-Stream press – they considered it explosive, and couldn’t fathom why the Miami Herald had never followed up on their FOIA request about the burglary.

As a consequence of this phone call I was begged to contact the Main-Stream media and provide the information – Not to do so was framed as not doing everything possible to help the Truth, and as a consequence George Zimmerman.   Zimmerguilt eventually dictated my acquiescence. (more…)

Typical – The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) demands to know if their brother Islamist had his civil rights violated by the way law enforcement responded to his attack.   Citing the fact Chechen,  Ibragim Todashev, was shot 7 times after he became violent during FBI questioning about his relationship to the Boston bombers.

(Fox 35 Orlando, FL)   An advocacy group is demanding a civil-rights investigation into the death of a Chechen immigrant shot by an FBI agent in Orlando last week during questioning into his ties to one of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects.

During a news conference Wednesday, a Council on American-Islamic Relations spokesman said Ibragim Todashev, 27, was not only unarmed the night he was shot, he was shot seven times. (more…)

On the heels of the recent reports about the Dept. of Justice beginning to crack down on Free Speech, under the auspices of protecting civil rights, we need to focus attention like a laser beam on the potential collapse of freedom.

We are the only site that (I’m aware of) willing to tell people about the Federal Dept Of Justice – Community Relations Service (the CRS).   As is the case with all progressive endeavors, the initial function of the CRS was sold to the politicians who fund it, as an entity organized to insure community racial cohesion.

However, it quickly devolved into an entity whose sole purpose was to use Politically Correct leverage, and cultural Marxism, to protect the image of racial minorities from the public visibility of their own behavior. (more…)
