John McCain Says He Doesn’t Care About The Arizona GOP Vote To Censure – Sarah Palin Plays The Co-dependency Card…

###IMAGE-CQC(Via Politico) Sen. John McCain said a censure from Arizona’s Republican Party is “regrettable” but that it will not dissuade him from running for reelection in 2016.

The Republican senator and former presidential candidate said that the formal reprimand from the GOP over the weekend only serves as a motivator as he weighs whether to pursue a sixth term in the chamber. The state Republican Party passed a resolution over the weekend that derided his record as too liberal and “disastrous and harmful” to the country.

We’ve got polling data that shows overwhelming support. I’ve won every election in Arizona by very large margins, quite often with the opposition of that element of the party,” McCain said of his state’s rightward flank, which he described as encompassing a “very small portion” of Arizona voters.

If anything, it fires me up.” (more…)

Prog Splodey Head Alert ! – Independent “Pro-Life” Movie Will Make U.S. Debut Jan 24th

Splodey Heads EVERYWHERE: Thoughtful, respectful pro-Life movie debuts in US theatres January 24th, refusing to bow to accepted Femi-Nazi convention that baby killing is the only acceptable “choice”.***

h/t Brent Bozell, freedom Warrior at NewsBusters:

You’re Right to Choose This Movie

“…Inspired by the real-life story of Kathy DiFiore, the founder of Several Sources Shelters, writer and director Ronald Krauss wrote his original screenplay while spending a year in a shelter for pregnant teens, and based it on the lives of several of the shelter mothers.

Krauss wasn’t the only one who was inspired. Brendan Fraser asked to be in the movie after reading the script and spent time in the shelters with the mothers and the babies. On the last day of shooting, Krauss said Fraser “quietly told Kathy that he was donating his salary to the shelter, so he actually did the movie for nothing. It was a complete surprise to all of us.”

The Night Before The Burial Of 2nd Lt. James Cathey…

(h/t Michelle Hart)…The night before the burial of her husband 2nd Lt. James Cathey of the United States Marine Corps, killed in Iraq, Katherine Cathey refused to leave the casket, asking to sleep next to his body for the last time.  The Marines made a bed for her, tucking in the sheets below the flag. Before she fell asleep, she opened her laptop computer and played songs that reminded her of “Cat”, and one of the Marines asked if she wanted them to continue standing watch as she slept.  “I think it would be kind of nice if you kept doing it”, she said. “I think that’s what he would have wanted.” (From a public Facebook page)

"The Undefeated"….My Brief Synopsis

I know some of you are planning on seeing “The Undefeated” this weekend, and I thought you might be curious to read about the highlights you can look forward to viewing.  I was lucky enough to attend one of the movie’s previews last June 30th, and using the footlights in the theater, I took copious notes.  The following is my synopsis of the movie based on those  notes.
The movie is presented in three acts with a coda. It is based on Palin’s book, “Going Rogue”. (more…)
