Does anyone else see a trail of historical similarity within the latest Boko Haram #BringBackOurGirls response from U.S. Political media ?

Sept 2013 – When a shopping mall in Kenya came under attack (Massacre in Kenya) from Boko Haram Islamic Terrorists most U.S. media avoided the bigger discussion.   Some even claimed it was angry shoppers resorting to violence.

April 14th 2014 – When a Nigerian bus station came under attack (Massacre in Nigeria) from Boko Haram Islamic Terrorists, again most U.S. media avoided the bigger discussion.   71 people killed and 124 wounded.

April 16th 2014 –  Initially when 100 Nigerian school girls were abducted by Boko Haram Islamic terrorists, the U.S. media were silent.    Four days later, April 20th, that number climbed to 234 girls abducted.   Still nothing in the U.S. media.

However, all of a sudden, PRESTO,  around May 1st the progressive media picked up on the Nigerian abduction story and began a social media campaign.  (more…)

There are just ten days left to raise the money needed to produce The Gosnell Movie, and 84% of the money has been pledged – $1,763,347.  If the target of amount of $2,100,000 is not reached by the deadline, then none of the money will go to the project.

Middle East – The Iranian regime has banned access to the WhatsApp messaging site, a popular site for many to communicate both inside and outside the country, stating that a Jewish “American Zionist” owns the site.

The announcement came some two months after Facebook bought the company for a stunning $19 billion, and a regime official connected the move directly to the founder of Facebook.

“The reason for this is the assumption of WhatsApp by the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, who is an American Zionist,” Abdolsamad Khorramabadi, head of the country’s Committee on Internet Crimes, stated.

Louisiana – After a concerned mother called 911 fearing her son was choking, an EMS worker proceeded to conduct an inspection of her house on the premise that she homeschooled, telling the woman “we’re agents of the state”.

ALABAMA – A University of Alabama athlete died after protecting his girlfriend from a collapsing wall on Monday evening.

A retaining wall collapsed on men’s swimming and diving team member John Servati, 21, while he stayed in an off-campus home’s basement with a friend, WSFA reports. He was taken to DCH Regional Medical Center and later pronounced dead.
Anna Rae Gwarjanski, captain of the University’s women’s swimming and diving team, tweeted that Servati managed to hold up the wall and save his girlfriend’s life that night, Al.com reports.
‘John Servati died a hero. Held up a concrete wall long enough for his girlfriend to get out from under it before it collapsed again on him,’ she said. (more…)

UTAH –  After losing to Rep. Jim Matheson in 2012 by a razor-thin margin, Republican Mia Love will get another shot at going to Congress, this time taking on Doug Owens, the son of a former congressman.
Love, who gained national prominence in her first campaign, clinched the party’s nomination by securing more than 78 percent of the vote Saturday from Republican delegates in the 4th Congressional District against opponent Bob Fuehr.
Love said she met with more delegates during the past five weeks than the nearly 850 who actually showed up from her district to vote at the state GOP convention at South Towne Expo Center.
“I am honored to have their support. They really make this process awesome for me. This is my favorite part,” she said. “Going on from here, we are going to work hard. We are not going to take anything for granted. I am going to go out and earn every vote and really amplify Utah’s voice.”   (read more)

WISCONSIN – A Wisconsin high school is defying state law by removing “God” from the Pledge of Allegiance.
Instead of saying, “One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all,” Madison East High School has students say, “One nation under peace, with liberty and justice for all,” according to RedState.
For years, atheists have railed over including God in the pledge, and the courts have consistently ruled against them. This time, a courageous sophomore, Samantha Murphy, told her family that her school ignored state law and did not recite the Pledge of Allegiance at all, RedState reported.
When her parents raised the issue with school Principal Mary Kelley and the School Board, school officials dithered for months before reluctantly agreeing to follow the law – but only to a point. (more…)
