Spring Break In Louisville, KY – Packs Of Teen Thugs Run Wild – Police Overwhelmed – Hundreds Of Thugs Beat Victims Cause Mayhem…

The shear scope of this (17 separate attacks) might begin to reach sunlight over the course of the next several days.  However, the immediately alarming aspect is the Police admitting they were totally unprepared to control the mayhem which took place.  (I’ll drop as many video’s below as I can find)

black_white_crimeLOUISVILLE – LMPD officers responded to numerous calls between 7:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Saturday night involving a large group of teenagers.
According to police, around 200 teenagers were gathered at the Big Four Bridge when 12 people started assaulting and robbing a 13-year-old girl. When an adult male tried to intervene, the group turned on him.
Once police were called to the scene, officers dispersed the large group of teens.
Officials say that’s when calls began streaming in for random violent acts and disorderly conduct throughout downtown.

Philadelphia Mob Assault – Two White Temple University Students Attacked By Black Mob of 10 Eight To Fourteen Year Olds…. *Update* Suspect Video ADDED "They Are NOT Children"…

Temple University is a North Philadelphia University (Broad Street) totally surrounded by black neighborhoods. If you are a white person -and you go one block “off campus”- you might as well be in Mogadishu. Temple University has its own armed police force comprised of around 300 heavily weaponized and armed patrolling officers.
Yes, it’s that bad; well, actually worse.
The Philadelphia media avoid discussions of race for both victim and attackers.
PHILADELPHIA – A female Temple University student is vowing to return to class despite being unable to chew even the softest of foods after a gang of “children” smashed her in the face with a brick Friday night.
Savage: The pair says they were attacked with a brick similar to the one being held by the reporter in this NBC Philadelphia report
The 19-year-old woman, who has declined to be identified, was walking with her boyfriend just off campus when a group of about 10 children began taunting them – they were followed for a block until the vicious assault that left her with dislocated teeth and a fractured jaw.

Federal Judge: A Border Fence Could Have "Disparate Impact" on Hispanics and Minorities….

That headline is not a joke folks.    By now everyone should be well acquainted with the term “disparate impact”, and how it’s being used.  This border fence application is just another example of the irrational logic within the legal argument of “disparate impact”.
In essence the fence is unlawful because:

A fence constructed to secure the Southern U.S. border would result in more Hispanics being impeded or blocked, as a percentage of all illegal border crossers, than non-Hispanics.    Therefore the fence has a disparate impact on Hispanics and it’s use is illegal.

illegals_crossing_border_future_demsFEDERAL RULING – A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.”
This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. (more…)

The "Racist" New York Firefighters Test

According to New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, blacks and minorities in New York are not capable of passing this test.    Because the blacks and minority applicants cannot pass the test it falls under the new legalese term of creating a “disparate impact’.   Therefore the test itself is racist.   Consequently he is paying $98,000,000 to all the black and minority applicants who tried to become NYC Firefighters yet failed the test.

2-J's Takes Racial Shakedown Agenda To Silicon Valley – First Stop: Extortion of Hewlett-Packard…

Cjesse jackson tallahasseeALIFORNIA – Civil rights leader Rev. Jesse Jackson plans to lead a delegation to the Hewlett-Packard annual shareholders meeting on Wednesday to bring attention to Silicon Valley’s poor record of including blacks and Latinos.
Jackson’s strategy borrows from the traditional civil rights era playbook of shaming companies to prod them into transformation. Now he is bringing it to the age of social media and a booming tech industry known for its disruptive innovation.
Earl “Butch” Graves Jr., president and CEO of Black Enterprise magazine, says Jackson is shining a light on the fact that technology companies don’t come close to hiring or spending what is commensurate with the demographics of their customers. (more…)

Kansas City – Hundreds Of "Teen's" Riot, Fight and Shoot Guns at "Free Zoo Admission Day"….

I shall not point out the obvious. Even though the media avoid it.

KANSAS CITY – Kansas City Zoo goers described Tuesday afternoon running for their lives after hundreds of teens were involved in fights inside the zoo and shots were fired in a zoo parking lot. “It was very scary,” Liberty resident Jaimi Heckadon said. “All hell broke loose.”
As she and her group bolted for the exit, Heckadon said she heard people screaming about officers using pepper spray. “The problem was these teenagers. None of them were escorted by an adult,” she said.

The Shady Bunch – Brutal Home Invasion In Madison Wisconsin…. Irony Alert – Yes, THAT Madison Wisconsin

Ah, Madison Wisconsin – ground zero home of ‘white guilt’.   Madison, Wisconsin – where the most radical of radical progressives have violently attacked any non-black who dare stand up to their insufferable stupidity.  Madison Wisconsin where they teach a class on:

How to Exploit White Guilt for Fun and Profit

  • Wear a white wristband as a reminder about your privilege, and as a personal commitment to explain why you wear the wristband.
  • Set aside sections of the day to critically examine how privilege is working.
  • Put a note on your mirror or computer screen as a reminder to think about privilege

REALITY BEGS TO DIFFER – – – MADISON (WKOW) — Police arrested six people believed to be involved in what they’re calling one of the most brutal crimes in recent memory.

Unreal CNN Op-Ed Column Highlights Why Miami-Dade School Superintendent Pressured Police To Hide Criminal Conduct of Black Male Students…

A serendipitous article appears today amid the CNN media empire.  Within the article you find the ideology, the motive, which led Miami-Dade School Police to hide the criminal behavior of Trayvon Martin.
The Author is a Temple University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) Professor, Laurence Steinberg
tray - Newest(CNN – Excerpt)   […]  Intervening to help young black males develop better social-cognitive skills is important, but if the President’s initiative is to be successful, transformations are needed in our social institutions as well.
One of the most significant contributors to the difficulties that many black teenagers have is that those who have been convicted of crimes typically penetrate more deeply into the justice system than offenders from other ethnic groups.
Black teenagers are not just more likely to be arrested, they also are more likely to be locked up, even when convicted of the same crimes as others. Racial disparities are especially pronounced when it comes to punishment for relatively minor offenses, such as drug possession. (more…)

Understanding Why 'Who George Zimmerman Is" Was Irrelevant To The Objective….

Trayvon Martin was not an end, he was a beginning to an end. His death was a useful tool at a specific moment in time.  The actual goal was established long before George and Trayvon encountered each other.

Jesse Jackson Al SharptonSharpton
Affirmative Action had run its natural course. Doors had opened and what began as an extension of the Civil Rights movement was no longer a useful tool for social engineering.
Equality in opportunity (Affirmative Action) had long been established. What was now needed was a progressive evolution to equality in outcome; enter “Disparate Impact” to take its place.
Jesse_Jackson oldThe entire construct of all the various alliances which sought benefit from using the Trayvon Martin shooting had one thing in common – the goal of social justice through equal outcomes. Zimmerman himself was irrelevant, merely a face/name to replace the worn out mantra of “the man”.
In the 60’s the Civil Rights Act was established to legislate equal opportunity. In the 70’s and 80’s Affirmative Action, or broadly “quota systems”, were put into place to leverage a social-equity in organizational entry. Through the 90’s and early part of the 21st century various studies were conducted to insure the entry opportunity was fundamentally well established. The entry was there, but for the social scientists the problem shifted to the “outcomes”. The outcomes were simply not matching the opportunities. (more…)

Obama/Holder DOJ: The High Number of Minority Students Being Punished In School Is Part of Our “Next Generation” of Civil Rights Challenges…

This story explains why the President Obama administration consider the back-story of Trayvon Martin’s criminal engagements to be a risk.

[If you want to help out – drop research of Jocelyn Samuels in comments]

WASHINGTON DC – The head of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division says the “next generation” of civil rights challenges includes addressing racial disparities in school discipline; defending the rights of LGBT Americans; combating discrimination in housing and in lending; protecting women from sexual assault and harassment; ensuring the fair treatment of youth in the juvenile justice system; and defending the right to vote in the 21st Century.
In recent months, the Civil Rights Division has reached landmark consent decrees involving each of these issues,” Jocelyn Samuels, the acting assistant attorney general for the Civil Rights Division, told a civil rights symposium in Indianapolis on Tuesday. (more…)
