The insufferable Pretorian guard legacy media are slowly beginning to accept that the “Hands Up – Don’t Shoot” narrative was a complete and utter fraud.
Simultaneously the broadcast division is defending their complicity in construct by spotlighting the process Prosecutor Robert McCulloch used to locate the truth. A process that really was brilliant fact-finding.
You’ll notice the Grand Jurors were given the physical and forensic evidence outlines first; then, as each of the Ferguson Media Witnesses was scheduled to testify, they first watched the TV media interviews of the witnesses they were going to hear testimony from.
That was a brilliant decision because it allowed the jury to know what was factually evident, then see what was claimed, and finally to hear what was stated in person. The contradictions were STARK.
Obviously the entire “Hand’s Up” construct collapsed in a puddle of inconsistency, false statements, lies and outright intentional deception – totally disconnected from the scientific and empirical evidence.
Dorian Johnson, Piaget Crenshaw, Tiffany Mitchell were the worst. Each lied in boundless proportions to provide the initial false narrative to the media. The remaining false witnesses just made up ‘word-on-the-street’ type facts to support their belief.
FERGUSON, Mo. (AP) — Some witnesses said Michael Brown had been shot in the back. Another said he was face-down on the ground when Officer Darren Wilson “finished him off.” Still others acknowledged changing their stories to fit published details about the autopsy or admitted that they did not see the shooting at all. The following article is in the New York Post. It merely scratches the surface on the factual inaccuracies around the Mike Brown shooting, but it’s worth a read:
New York Post – The bitter irony of the Michael Brown case is that if he had actually put his hands up and said don’t shoot, he would almost certainly be alive today.

His family would have been spared an unspeakable loss, and Ferguson, Mo., wouldn’t have experienced multiple bouts of rioting, including the torching of at least a dozen businesses the night it was announced that Officer Darren Wilson wouldn’t be charged with a crime.
Instead, the credible evidence suggests that Michael Brown — after a petty act of robbery at a local business — attacked Wilson when the officer stopped him on the street. Brown punched Wilson when the officer was still in his patrol car and attempted to take his gun from him. (more…)
As part of the document release of witness testimony to the Saint Louis Grand Jury one of the more absurd media constructs takes the spotlight.
You will recall in late August and early September, CNN began broadcasting “explosive evidence” in the Mike Brown shooting. Their chosen narrative surrounded a video they “obtained” showing two construction workers who were in the Canfield Greens Apartment complex on the day of the shooting.

CNN framed the construction workers as eye-witnesses proof positive for the “Hands Up” narrative. However, now the truth comes out.
As detailed in part of a Saint Louis Post-Dispatch report today the insufferable disconnect from reality surfaces:
[…] A landscape worker who lives in Jefferson County gave grand jurors one of the oddest accounts of the moments leading up to Brown’s death. The man had appeared in widely broadcast video in which he is wearing a pink shirt and gesturing to police that Brown’s hands were up.
The man said he encountered Brown that morning. He was trying to cut through some tree roots and cursing at the difficulties of the job. Brown told him that Jesus would help him with his anger problem.
A few minutes later, the man said, he heard gunshots. He looked up and saw Brown running. He said three officers were chasing Brown, but only one of them was shooting. Brown appeared to have been shot as he fled, the worker said. Then Brown turned around, put his hands up and started yelling “OK.”
“And within a couple of seconds the three officers came up, and one just pulled up and shot him,” the worker said.
No other witness described three officers present at the shooting. (link)
Now you can see how ridiculous the entire narrative of the construction worker witnesses were. But hey, CNN couldn’t let those pesky facts get in the way of their opportunity to gain a broadcast audience. They ran with this ridiculous story for weeks on their continuous news cycle coverage of the Mike Brown shooting. (more…)
RUSH LIMBAUGH – “The grand jury system, I was kind of surprised. I know the legal beagles that I’ve listened to, a lot of legal people for whom I have great respect said, Rush, this is a slam dunk. There is, we’ve seen the evidence, as much as we’ve seen and as much as we’ve heard about, the testimony, there’s no way this cop gets indicted.
And I said yeah but that’s not the way things happen in the country anymore. Everybody, episodes like this need sacrificial lambs and everybody’s going to be focused on keeping the peace and everybody’s going to be focused on, you know, just make the problem go away.
So I was surprised, grand jury system worked, despite enormous pressures exerted by the president’s representative, Eric Holder, the attorney general. A police officer was not indicted and the president let it be known last night that if some people don’t think justice was done, he understands. (more…)

According to Saint Louis Prosecutor, Robert McCulloch, the Grand Jury was given ALL the evidence, including all of the witness statements during their investigative inquiry.
McCulloch went out of his way to state local investigators and the FBI shared ALL of their information/evidence during their investigation into the Mike Brown shooting.
Additionally, McCulloch went one step further and stated that ALL of the witness statements, recorded and transcribed, would be open for media review.
OK, so where’s this one? (more…)
I didn’t see the press conference, was McSpadden and Louis Head there to chant “burn this bitch down” again?
SAINT LOUIS – MSNBC host Al Sharpton slammed Wednesday the prosecution’s handling of the grand jury. “I’ve never seen a prosecutor hold a press conference to discredit the victim,” he said during a Brown family press conference.

Sharpton described the prosecution’s decision to release the grand jury’s decision at 8 pm as “irresponsible” and “provocative.”
He also said that he and other civil rights leaders have called an emergency meeting in Washington, D.C. next week to discuss boycotts, marches and demonstrations.
Sharpton likened the follow-up to the case to Rodney King.
“Before you think this is over, remember what happened in Rodney King,” he said, vowing not to give up in the face of a defeat in the legal system. (read more)

The Gateway Pundit has posted a screenshot of a letter reportedly penned by Mike Brown’s step-dad, Louis Head. If this is accurate, the scope of hypocrisy is so far off the charts the light from where charts normally exist could not catch it in a year.

President Obama sat down with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, a fellow traveler and ideological compatriot for Democrat political administrations, to frame their collective narrative and discuss their united approach. The Hill published an article about it.
During the recorded, edited and broadcast, conversation the subject of Ferguson Missouri came up. Of course it did. Controlling the forward narrative is now of paramount concern.
For those who willingly digest the manipulation much buffet was offered. For others, those who see the larger picture, the falsehoods were a stark contrast.
We have previously shared how both President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, created the goals for Ferguson back in August and September. Those who are high information viewers, the trumpeters, will see the obvious lies as they are broadcast. (more…)
