The refusal of the corporate media and the official levers of power to honestly address the malignant and dangerous subculture within black America is a ticking time bomb.

Eric Holder famously called Americans “cowards” for refusing to want to have the national discussion on race he wanted.  What Holder meant was, average Americans in his view are “cowards” for refusing to be continually excoriated on race for sins they never committed.  A real and honest discussion on race would address the growing and entrenched attitude within some segments of this subculture that it is okay to randomly assault anyone, at any time, for any reason, simply to satisfy urges of rage and perceived “disrespect”.

The NAACP is currently in the middle of their annual shakedown coordination conference in Orlando, Florida just minutes away from Ground Zero of the Zimmerman prosecution.

Using our imaginations grounded in past experience, one can only surmise that for the BGI, this is an important time of year, when the faithful are gathered, targets for financial extortion are decided upon, and talking points and messaging are fine-tuned.  Then the foot soldiers of the Grievance Complex are let loose on the streets and cities of America to work their magic.

So it comes as no surprise that in spite of all the manipulation, coordination and highest level support for a race retribution outcome they had been promised in the Zimmerman “Civil Right of the Century” case, the Not Guilty Verdict returned by the Jury after several hours of thoughtful deliberation caught them off their mark and the default position was to demand that the Eric Holder’s race-conscious “Just-US” department resolve this unacceptable outcome by proffering Federal level Civil Rights violation charges against Zimmerman.

Stopping their feet, they took to the national airwaves and social media to demand charges NOW!, NOW!, NOW!.  Ben Jealous assured the grieved and denied that the NAACP was in talks with “high level” DOJ officials and retribution was coming – it was not a question of “if”, but more a question of “when”.

White House reluctantly forced to concede:

“We’re a Nation of Laws, and a Jury has spoken”

In response to post verdict NAACP calls for  DOJ “Civil Rights” charges to be laid against Zimmerman, the White House was forced to issue a formal statement on the Zimmerman “Not Guilty” verdict – carefully parsing their words, declaring “a jury has spoken” – but in a concession to the Julison Scheme Team narrative, again erroneously – and deliberately – referring to the muscular, fully grown Trayvon Martin as a “young son”.
“I know this case has elicited strong passions.  And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher,” he continued. “But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken.  I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son.”

Meet Joshua Heath Chellow, 36.  Like many others, he assumed the early hours of July 1st were going to be another regular day filled with the normal day-to-day activities of life in middle class America – a day that included stopping for gas at a Marbleton, GA gas station in the suburbs of Atlanta.

Unfortunately for Joshua, filling up his tank meant he had to exit his vehicle.  Joshua had the misfortune of the same condition that afflicted George Zimmerman that fateful and now infamous night of Feb 26th, 2012 – REWW. Alan Dershowitz has been a voracious critic of Special Prosecutor Angela Corey from the day she held the presser to announce the Second Degree Murder charges.

In a radio interview on the Steve Malzberg show, he accuses again Corey of being unprofessional and his opinion of what should happen to Angela Corey in the fallout aftermath of this trial:  (starts around 4:00)
“she should be removed from office, she should be charged with unprofessional conduct, she should be disciplined by the Bar and disciplined by the Court for withholding exculpatory evidence, for overcharging, for raising expectations and for acting in a thoroughly unprofessional manner….”
The Dersh also does a good job of outlining Judge Nelson’s strategy of allowing the State to request Manslaughter as a consideration for the jury in the hope they will respond to Guy’s emotional appeal and reach what is termed a “compromise” verdict.
He goes on to state, @ 6:30 in a hit tip to Progressive cognitive dissonance and contemporary talking points about this case …. “it is monumentally irrelevant who’s morally guilty here ….”
I don’t think that this is the last we have heard from Dersh on this case…

Today, June 27th, is DAY #14 (of 3rd week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case. Yesterday Witness #8, Rachael Jeantel, did indeed take the stand. She will be back today to complete her testimony. This is the state’s key, and most important witness. This is also the witness we have exhaustively researched. Having quietly followed her social media, and having talked extensively, to her school classmates for over a year.

Recent news of formal charges in a sealed indictment laid against accused leaker/Whistleblower Snowden takes another turn.

Snowden is reputed to be hiding in Hong Kong, although his current location and status has not been verified.

Although Hong Kong has had an extradition agreement in place with the United States since 1998, the tiny community returned to Chinese oversight and control with the repatriation of Hong Kong from the British.  Given the extreme high profile nature of the case, Hong Kong officials have referred the case back to the mainland Chinese government, making any extradition cooperation tenuous.

The UK Daily Mail has reported that the Wikileaks foundation is stating that secret talks have taken place to provide Snowden permanent asylum and refuge in Iceland, and a chartered plane stands by to spirit him there.

Judge Nelson has ruled in the Frye Hearing regarding the admissibility of the State’s audio “expert witnesses” Owens and Reich.

The Order has caught many people by surprise and her ruling is a potential game changer for the positioning of the State’s case.

Nelson has ruled that their testimony will be excluded, however, both sides can play the 9-11 tapes for the jury and both sides can call witnesses, if they choose, to affirm which party (Martin or Zimmerman) they feel was calling for “Help”.

The Miami Herald, hardly sympathetic to the Zimmerman position, reported the ruling as a “major blow to the prosecution”.
