Media are now reporting the U.S. has removed all Air Force’s bombers, including B-1s, B-2s, and B-52s, on Sunday from RAF Fairford base in the U.K.
The bombers were redeployed back to their home bases in the United States, AP reported, initially citing a Pentagon official who was not authorized to discuss sensitive military movements and spoke on condition of anonymity. However, multiple news outlets are now reporting on official statements from the Pentagon.
SKY NEWS – […] “While operational security precluded us from confirming the movement of our assets and forces in real-time, we can acknowledge now that all US bombers that were deployed to RAF Fairford have redeployed to their home stations in the United States.
“The Airmen that operate America’s bomber force, including B-1s, B-2s, and B-52s, remain ready to deliver precision global strike capabilities – including through operations that launch and recover from the continental United States – anywhere, anytime.” (source)

Bring everything but our subs home from the Isles and Europe now. That includes our intermediate nukes and other nastys. Make a show of it. These people are no longer worth a drop of our blood.
The Governments of these countries don’t deserve any support from the U.S. but spare a thought for the people of these countries who would love to escape from the Marxism they are having to endure.
They will have to do it the old-fashioned way for it to stick.
But….but….if we do that the big mean Russians might get ’em…..!!🤪😜
Do you think the Russians are so stupid they would want the UK with the mess it is presently in?
Same applies to various EU countries that are filled with rabble-rousers.
Quite correct. The RF considers Europe as a dysfunctional, degenerate society. It doesn’t have as much natural resources as the RF. AND, it has already been conquered – not just invaded, conquered – by hordes of military-aged men. Europe has bestowed tribute and privilege to these conquerors. Why would they leave when they are sheltered, fed, and paid to stay?
Just this week it has been revealed that we (British taxpayers) provided 1000 naquibs ? – those pillar-box cloths to hide arab women’s faces – for illegal invaders arriving on the south coast from the safe haven of France.
But not to worry, only 970 have been needed so far.
Yes , The russians are coming, the russians are coming. The rooskees are coming.😏
and that is exactly why I keep a good pair of sneakers by the back door and car filled up with gas. I have been told that the Russians are coming for 78 years.
Watched that movie last week. 😂
Bring everything
Especially our children
It’s obvious to me the installed globalist leaders are intentionally responsible for these terrorist plots against the US abroad.
Oooooh no! Holy cow. Do you think that’s possible? And vice versa? How the United States Enabled Al Qaeda : https://www.brookings.edu/articles/how-the-united-states-enabled-al-qaeda/Terrorism, money and secret services: the case of the CIA and QatarTerrorism, the work of revolutionary groups and movements that exploit religion for political purposes, is just one of the means used to carry out a political project that aims at the destabilization or even annihilation of state structures, the destruction and erosion of national entities and identities, the provocation of a demographic imbalance through the depopulation, deportation and repopulation of geographical spaces. This can only lead to clashes: social conflicts under religious or community covers in global chaos. This consequence is illustrated by the “clash of civilizations” theory.
This political engineering, which uses spectacular terrorist operations to light the wick of conflicts, weaves a backdrop by experimenting with political but also sociological and religious factors through propaganda, disinformation, the conditioning of public opinion, campaigns carried out by lobbying groups. This presupposes the participation of several actors: secret services, political and financial actors, think tanks, secret societies…
Money is the nerve of this insidious war. Therefore, the means and sources of funding for this war must remain confidential, discreet and therefore diversified.
In this regard, we will stand, for example, to the evocation of the means and sources of funding of certain secret services, including the American CIA, referring to its links with Qatar.
The role of the CIA in the destabilization of regimes and states is no longer a secret of polichinelle: Operation Ajax in Iran, Operation Cyclone in Afghanistan, various operations in Latin America… Moreover, in recent years, the United States has resorted to the so-called “softpower” methods requiring the financial contribution or the collaboration of their services with institutions responsible for these methods. These institutions include the various Soros Foundations that have contributed to the destabilization of many countries in Eastern Europe, including Ukraine, and the Balkans. They also played a role during the “Arab Spring”, especially in Tunisia and Egypt. These institutions benefit from own financing but also from the financial largesse of services.
Traditionally, the secret services, especially the U.S. CIA, have two sources of funding: an official budget (granted by the Government and or the Congress) and larger confidential sources.
Regarding the official budget, it was up to the CIA to circumvent the rules to obtain larger sums, especially from Congress, as it had done since the 90’s on the occasion of attempts to destabilize Iraq and Syria. Thus, it approached the people instrumentalized in order to trigger this phenomenon. She promised them funding from their institutions and addressed Congress by asking her to vote on a budget for the latter of 20 times greater: 80 million dollars a year for Syria (by paying these institutions to the tune of 3 million).
In addition, the CIA has sources of hidden funding, outside the official budget: private financing but also the trade in drugs known since the Vietnam War with the methods of the Lansky union. This source provides exorbitant sums to the US agency. She developed it during her intervention in Afghanistan, in this region of the world known as the “fertile crescent” which yields between 100 and 200 billion dollars per year (a quarter of the turnover of the world drug trade estimated at 500 billion dollars). Indeed, the Central Asian region is, in parallel with its oil reserves, a strategic platform for the trade in drugs, especially opium, whose production has increased by 15 times, since the beginning of the war in Afghanistan in 1979. This production has continued to increase, benefiting from the help of both the Taliban (before they banned its plantation in 2000, a year before the attacks in the United States) and that of the Osama bin Laden fighters, in a chaotic area of lawlessness.
The profits from selling the drug are then laundered in secret bank accounts. Some cash is deposited in coffers. Others are placed on the New York Stock Exchange with the complicity of some financial institutions. A cascade of screen companies, headquartered in particular in the CIA’s Delaware, benefit from these investments both to launder dirty money and to earn even more dividends in a totally legal and transparent way.
The sums from these arrangements are used to feed the “black budgets” of the services, outside the legal institutional circuits, to escape the eyes of parliamentarians and politicians, and to ensure their operations secrecy and the strictest discretion.
In addition, the secret services benefit from the complicity of certain politicians and high-level personalities to facilitate the transport, distribution and collection of the proceeds from the sale of the drug trade. These operations were revealed in judicial investigations like a CIA inspectorate general report written by Frederick Hits in 1998. The report revealed connections between the CIA and U.S. state-owned device institutions facilitating these operations, including links with drug manufacturers in South America, also involving humanitarian organizations to camouflage the trafficking.
With gigantic financial means, the U.S. CIA invests its money, through screen companies or even companies whose shares are held by (nominee) holders in banks in countries that benefit from privileged ties with the United States.
It is necessary to develop and reveal the methods of depositing these sums in Qatari banks, owned by apparently Qatari companies and serving for covert operations both in the Arab world and in the West. Indeed, our research has allowed us to see that the sums invested, on behalf of Qatar in the world, far exceed the GDP of this country.

Brookings is a Left Wing propaganda tank and the academiedegeopolitquedeparis has to be farther left than Brookings otherwise your analysis is good.
I am grateful that you recognize that the role of a messenger is not tied to a conservative agenda, but that what matters most is the quality of the message.
Not everything that comes from elsewhere should necessarily be rejected.
It is well known that whether you’re a Republican, a Democrat, an independent, or an undocumented immigrant in the U.S., when it rains, the water gets you wet.
Facts are facts.
This entire post is just a copy/paste from the article at the academiedegeopolitiquedeparis website.
During the cold war, clandestine methods were used to destabilize countries allied with our enemy the USSR. The United States learned these methods from the Europeans, who perfected these methods to control their overseas empires.
The Trump administration is attempting a new direction in foreign policy. Instead of destabilization funded by covert means, overt means of supporting foreign allies are used. The goal is to foster stability and prosperity and rid allies of destabilizing foreign influences. This is why Trump is hated by the existing status quo.
Copying and pasting an article: absolutely.
That’s exactly why I include the full link to the source.
I do the same when I quote the invaluable Sundance.
Information and knowledge should be shared—and preferably cited—right?
For the Cliff Notes see the movie AMERICAN MADE with Tom Cruise….a really good movie
Cue teacher noise from “Peanuts”…
Miss Othmar.
Benny stated a couple days ago, while slamming the UK that it was Israel that alerted the UK of the pending attack.
Bring ALL US troops home.
Stage them at the northern and southern border.
We The People are NOT the world’s policeman.
As George Washington said in his farewell address…
“Friends with ALL nations, Trade with ALL nations, entangling alliances with NONE.”
This is the big reason that the US is going to build a new base plus improvements to current bases.
We probably don’t have the room for everyone coming home plus all the armaments.
Clinton closed a lot of bases. Were those sold off or are they sitting in disrepair? We have a President who know how to rebuild /refurbish old buildings. He could get sone of the best people on this. Existing bases could be reviewed for viability and fixed if not too far gone or bulldozed and rebuilt.
I think the base re-alignment stuff pre-dates Clinton. I’m pretty sure they started under Reagan if not sooner. Like right after we bailed out of French Indochin…Vietnam.
Started under George HW Bush.
We also have some idiots who are quite adept at throwing wrenches and sand into the gears if they think theres a chance of making Trump look bad or slowing Trump down, or outright stopping him. Even if it hurts all of us.
Build or restore old bases along our northern and southern border.
Most are sitting idle and in various states of disrepair.
The land at Ft. Polk in Louisiana is wildlife management areas that allow for some recreational usage and small game hunting.
The physical structures have been wasting away for a little over a decade. I imagine most of the bases are in similar shape. The good thing is that most of the infrastructure is there, just needs updating.
We now have Greenland to develop into a workable base for bombers and data/info gathering.
great! time to decomm and lay off! we could solve our debt in one generation if we cut military spending in half. And fewer schools and apartment buildings in ME would be blown up.
AMEN!
You are on your own, Charles. Have fun with your muslim population.
I am a lifelong Anglophile but the royals don’t have a clue what is going on. They live in a bubble. I wonder if Charles and his consort have ever ridden in the underground….or visited a no-go zone.
I doubt they would ever try. The WW2 generation is gone.
Underground? Why yes, we keep all are most valuable wine there. It is a no go zone for only select staff. lol
Harry, the man formerly known as Prince, is probably the only one who has ventured into no-go zones and is familiar with using arms.
Prince William served in the military and is a trained helicopter pilot. I’m pretty sure he knows how to use firearms.
I was an anglophile all my life but not anymore.
https://elizabethnickson.substack.com/p/my-hunt-of-princess-diana-my-eternal
Thank you for this link, Scarlett.
The Royals have to know. I’m thinking that they have a lot of experience in maintaining a monarchy through tumultuous times. We’ll see if they can maintain their position. Franky this is the only reason I can see for not showing leadership in this gang rape situation.
The only reason for not showing leadership in the gang rape situation is the ballgame is over. If you cannot protect your women, there is no reason for a country to exist. UK is gone.
Indeed, the gang rapes have been going on for many, many years: perhaps as far back as the 1970’s.
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/feb/05/police-uncovering-epidemic-of-child-abuse-in-1970s-and-80s
He absolutely knows. His father helped usher in what is presently occurring, being an early member of Club of Rome and its offspring. His relatives are comprised of most of the European monarchies. They knew what Andrew was up to for decades, and they have their fat fingers in this too.
He believes the world is severely overpopulated, and so does William.
But the only people they want to kill is White Christians.
Go figure….
Charles is one of the most polished person alive, he also is one of the dumbest.
If Great Britain keeps going the direction it’s in, Charles and his consort will have to go underground or live in exile in another country.
I’ll bet my pension check that they will never visit any no-go zones.
Obviously Fairford AF base wasn’t minding the store! Buh Bye folks! Maybe there were other incidents of vandalism there before this. I’m glad our PTB are *reading the signs* and taking action.
I was born and raised in England. I left when I was 21 years old and am now 75. In past trips back to see relatives I could not recognise the country I grew up in. Many of the muslims I came across were worse than nasty. For anyone English or of English descent the old saying of “The country has gone to the dogs” should now be changed to changed to “The country has gone to the wogs!.”
I can say the exact same thing about my home in Virginia.
Can my former home in California. Utah is transforming as well.
The U.K. won’t protect their own citizens from Muslims. They won’t protect their own little girls from Muslims. We can’t trust them to protect our men. And why should we protect them if they won’t protect even their own little girls?
Well said.
You can say the exact same thing about Democrat/Communists. Let illegals flood in. Let people that commit crimes out of jail immediately with no bail. Empty prisons. Put Criminals over Victims.
Our President realized that Great Britain was no longer protecting our troops but targeting them.
Whether to affect the mid-terms, save the Mullahs or to blame a False Flag attack on Russia, it doesn’t matter.
The British Deep State is an enemy to their own people, and now to us.
We see them now clearly.
🎯 All six eyes
Big win for Iran.
Good thing you are not a defense strategist
John, they aren’t sending their brightest. Best to just ignore them. They’ll go away when they “aren’t fed”.
You’ve got to be kidding.
Nope, but thanks for your concern.
I’m curious, in what way?
And incidentally, to the other respondents to your post: when did snark replace healthy debate on this site? Contrary to what some evidently believe, the attempt here is not to build an echo chamber.
J
I would say that my answer to your question might be this: when did the discussion with a TDS person ever begin or end with a healthy debate?
EZ Goer should have explained WHY it thinks that it’s a big win for Iran. THAT would start a serious discussion because we would know how EZ came to that conclusion.
I put EZ’s statement in the same pile as many other posters’ comments: One snide, painfully brief comment w/o any starting point to illicit honest discussions.
I guess the special relationship is no longer special. UK just another European wanker.
After the British government let the terrorists free after their arrest, this was an appropriate action. I feel sorry for the British people, but their government can no longer be trusted.
Not just the present government, but those who previously held office. Still remember how Boris Johnson met up with Tony Blinken in Ukraine, and they convinced Zyyy to quash a possible peace agreement. The latter may have been the closest Ukraine and Russia were to ending the war.
It’s going into the toilet just like South Africa.
Contra Mogg, Russia will be welcomed as liberators!
Why would we expect our enemies to help keep our bases safe?
Letting the suspects out on bail is not a good look for the King’s subjects.
Whether this “caught before they acted” group really was the real deal or not, I find it extremely prudent our War Department used this incident to immediately withdraw and redeploy potential and valuable WW3 assets out of England.
I think our President should be that prudent about all the violence erupting throughout Europe currently. Redeploy our assets out of dangerous but non-war zones, to more sane locations.
Eventually, American forces will be very scarce. Scarce enough to make thinking about the real challenge of facing a rising muslim revolt with so little defense.
Imagine that. Nations who thought their cultures and nationalities were so important to strut one over the other in war for the last 1000 years, suddenly declare their cultures aren’t worth defending anymore in the face of a muslim takeover.
Hegseth, keep making those prudent decisions. Give PTrump the honest plausible deniability by allowing PTrump to declare he’s keeping American troops and equipment safe from terror attacks EU authorities refuse to protect US bases from.
Contrast this with leaders in the Americas who are focused on protecting and developing their nations. Everyone has seen what El Salvador was able to accomplish and wants that success for their country too. Secretary of State Rubio has been working the circuit.
Remember they released the terrorists very quickly.
UK releases on bail potential terrorists against a base housing U.S. warplanes – am very glad our planes have been removed from the UK.
There really is quite a lot of realignments we are witnessing, we’re either seeing more of that slowly at first then one of these days everyone’s going to open their eyes and think this happened overnight or there is a purposeful use of a variety of distractions while wall street gets realinged to the needs of main street.
off topic as far as the topic of removing our planes from their base, but on topic as far as watching realingments happen in real time:
for centuries, since the late 1700’s nations looked to the UK bullion market to set the price of gold, and silver for international settlements and currently the LBMA (london bullion metal market) second price fix of the day, for gold, the closing price set by the LBMA are what has been used to settle the price of gold for that day’s trade, whether from nation to nation and even in our little mining company for establishing the settlement for the sale of the produce and payment of royalties.
This week is a lawsuit that may end that centuries old body’s ability to set that international settlement price for gold arising out of an odd law in the the european nations about that body setting the price of gold being accused for accidents, including deaths and/or environmental damage at mines from any nation in the world who’s product goes through that system of pricing.
If that happens there will be another huge scramble for some nation to set itself up as the one true arbitor of what the settlement price fo gold will be, at a time when nations are forcing the return of gold back to their homeland instead of storing in the NY, Swiss, and Thailand recognized holding facilities if the LBMA loses that position expect to see China and perhaps Russia try to set themselves up in competition to, most likely the U.S. Treasury wanting to take over that position.
Hopefully the defendantes (LBMA) wins otherwise this will be another huge disturbance in market forces where nations are still trying to figure out how to regulate their digital currencies.
article “London gold body’s legal fight exposes threat to bullion market” :
https://www.mining.com/web/london-gold-bodys-legal-fight-exposes-threat-to-bullion-market/
lbma no! they are the paper manipulators, shanghai prob the true price soon when manipulation is blunted.
China has taken a keen interest in manipulating the Shanghai price setters, and have been making maneuvers to overtake Shanghai’s position (which is for me, a huge No!).
Bye!
There is a reason why these planes were not deployed to the other nearby European bases in Germany, Spain, Italy and etc. They can no longer be trusted. None of them!
A number of RAF bases were built to accomodate heavy bombardment aircraft (from WWII – present). Post-war bases in Germany were meant to be forward tactical bases (for fighters, not bombers). Spain has been antsy about hosting USAF bombers ever since the 1966 Palomares incident (with the Thule incident of 1968 adding fuel to Spain’s position). Italian bases were largely irrelevant to ground ops in Europe — JFC Naples (the old AFSOUTH) is mostly a navy command. Again, geographically speaking, continental Europe was too close to the enemy (the Soviet Union), making the UK the logical basing choice for heavy bombardment aircraft.
Russia is not the Soviet Union. It is one of very few Christian Nations. Better than the European Union and Muslim London.
I agree with your assertion, but he is likely referring to it in a cold war historic sense, not the present day Russia…
drones and hypersonic missiles make them obsolete.
It’s time President Trump took Diego Garcia, Chagos Islands (in the north Indian Ocean) from the Brits like he took Greenland from the Vikings.
Diego is in a perfect spot for operations in the Middle East and Central Asia (the Turkic states, the Istans).
Even better: don’t station anything in that part of the world. I don’t want my people to be babysitters for the mideast. Let them take care of themselves.
Penta”gone”
Not Penta”gin” (hard “G”) ! 🤣
Thanks to all for providing the comments on this post today. And very grateful to whoever made the decision to remove our fleet from what is fast becoming another clusterfork place on the Planet. Or another Pearl Harbor of sorts.
Lots of my cousins and I still have second generational trauma after my Uncle Paul was shot down over or near to Papua, New Guinia in WWII. We watched my Grandmother go insane with grief. I pray that no one loses their life over the clown show that “law and order” the UK and most of Europe has become.
It only is because of their need to and desire to have open borders. Scrooge used to say “decrease the surplus population.” But what is happening now is the exact opposite. Whatever, it is still Bah Humbug.
This is such great news. Happy to hear it!
It’s always a good day when something sane happens.
A of >money is spent by the American taxpayers to operate a US Air Force base. … In the California Central Valley, a big air base for major logistics and maintenance for the U.S. Air Force, employing up to 26,000 people at its peak, was >closed as part of the Base Realignment and Closure process, with economic impacts estimated at >>>$1.5 billion in lost jobs and local revenue [One base here in California]. … This base was just one of many US Military bases that were closed here in the USA. [sourced the Internet]
Bring the planes, jobs and money back to the USA wherever possible. … The recent Iran bombing by the B-2 bomber demonstrated that such air strikes can often be launched from the USA with air refueling. … The USA is broke; let’s save money wherever possible.
GGHD, you are probably speaking of March. I agree with you about bringing our personnel and assets back, however, I cannot agree with your implied desire for a base in California. Nor Washington State or any other state with “sanctuary cities”. It is the same dynamic as Europe, the only difference is location.
…Just my two cents…
ChiefWorm, for the record, the Air Force base that I mentioned was closed in California. … I did NOT say to open that base again. … I simply advocated bringing our military back to the USA.
As a note, quite a few military bases were closed in California and actually turned into various parks and >tax paying places for private businesses. It happened across the >United States.
********
As a note, about US Military base closures and the apparent graft that may occur. =
In regards to my search Bing Co-Pilot had this to say, “Willie Brown’s Treasure Island “Score” – Willie Brown’s “score” on Treasure Island refers to his major political and development achievement as San Francisco’s mayor.
***********
Another viewpoint from the San Francisco Public Press, July 1, 2010. A point of view that reflects “political reality” in America.
“How the city handed over control of one of the city’s most scenic locales — despite audits, voter anger and rebellious bureaucrats.
In the next six months, local officials and a consortium of private developers will begin to finalize legal papers for Treasure Island’s future as a high-density eco-city. Renderings of the gleaming towers, parks and gardens suggest harmony and community. Yet the promise of an urban Treasure Island, one of the most complex and risky redevelopments in San Francisco’s recent history, has for more than a decade been wrapped up in a process driven by power and influence.
The mayor got neartotal control. Political friends got plum jobs and contracts. Critics were exiled. City and state conflict-of-interest laws were waived. Independent inquiries and the will of voters were nakedly rebuffed.
Big projects naturally draw big money. Treasure Island, currently slated for $6 billion in residential and commercial development, was an unusually large prize. But companies with political and social ties to two mayors won the two major projects related to the redevelopment — with the master development drawing only one serious bid.
The winning bidder was a group that included Darius Anderson, an influential Democratic Party lobbyist and fundraiser for both outgoing Mayor Willie Brown and incoming Mayor Gavin Newsom.
One partner was the Miami-based homebuilder Lennar, then the second-largest in the nation, also now leading the concurrent $7 billion Hunters Point Shipyard redevelopment and the conversion of the former Mare Island Shipyard in Vallejo. Other companies, backed in part with public employee pension funds, have also joined the team now known as Treasure Island Community Development.”

[GGHD here] =
There apparently has been a misreading of my original comment. I didn’t mentioned ‘sanctuary cities’, NOR did I advocate reopening or enlarging military bases in politically corrupt areas of the USA.
I believe our military bases should serve the interests of the people of America, and NOT corrupt politicians here in the USA or overseas.
You are SPOT ON here!
From once seeing a map depicting the location of sanctuary cities, basically all 50 states have at the very least one of them (even here in Utah) whether or not they have been officially declared.
I am so proud of our President Trump. Once again he has chosen to protect Americans and their interests.
He could have gone with the political reaction but instead he proved who he truly is….. a man who loves this country, and the best President of the United States since Washington!
Wow.
Well, the President did say there’d be big things happening, and, once again, he wasn’t kidding.
The irgc and mullahs ought to have their turbans and knickers in knots right about now, and be running for their hidey holes.
Minor point, but among other things, I’d think this is also likely to punch a hole in the local economy on and around the base.
Our british ‘friends’ have once again screwed the pooch.
Something tells me payback will be a bitch.
Another blow to the UK economy. Not only aircraft leave, but all the workers that support the maintenance of the aircraft, the base, the local economy. American bases in Europe the none military support workers (commissary staff, building maintenance staff, landscaping, and so on have to be workers from the country they’re at. For example, my daughter-in-law in a base in Italy, was told sternly that they (American families) could not work on the base. The USPS on base, monitored package traffic as not even an online business (such as Ebay or Etsy) was not allowed. Service men and family go to the local economy to eat, shop, sightsee and so on.
How many Brits will lose their livelihood (on & off base) because of their feckless politicians? Well, they have been voting for all the feckless political nonsense for decades, now they are suffering for it.
Probably not a big impact on local jobs. The base will continue to be maintained etc ready for use.
With the UK going bust, don’t think much maintenance will be ongoing!
It was a big fat target.
And that ”special”relationship with Britain that got the USA dragged into 2 unnecessary world wars
is something they would want to repeat.
Iran should be very nervous right now. Trump is a master at using diversion of attention via news releases to accomplish goals.
When the EU swings the term NATO around like a cudgel in their threats….they really meant the US military.
The messages just sent were, “You are on your own.” and “We can’t trust you anymore.”
Picture it as the male abused spouse leaving the house to the cunning manipulative female.
President Trump and our military leaders have correctly concluded the UK government cannot now be trusted.
To free the terrorists caught staging for an attack on American bombers is a betrayal of the USA by the UK.
I have already stated we will never see a “trial” of these terrorists because the UK government does not want open court testimony the terrorists were organized and funded by the UK government.
I have yet to see a report identifying WHO put up the bail money to set these dirtbags free. I am confident the money would be traceable to the UK government through cutouts. It was admitted those involved were British nationals.
I will again ask this rhetorical question: “Which of the two nations, Russia or the UK, puts Christians in jail for stating their fundamental beliefs in public or distributing literature regarding those beliefs declared by its government as “hate speech” ?
Mathew 7: 16-20 (the words of Jesus in His Sermon on the Mount) “You will know them by their fruit. A good tree harvests good fruit. You cannot harvest grapes from thornbushes.”
Hmmm. We don’t need heavy bombers in proximity to Iran anymore? Interesting.
Wonder what PDJT has in store for vaporizing Iran should they not get their collective act together?
Removing these aircraft should send an extremely strong message to Iran.
Less need of UK bases when we now have access to Greenland.
Unfortunately, unless Englishmen rise up VERY soon, they will be conquered.
Certainly looks as if they are already conquered!
They should state it plainly. We removed our assets from enemy territory.
Plenty of USAF still in the UK.
A Fighter wing at Lakenheath
A wing of tankers and a wing of special operations at Mildenhall
Plus various logistics and intelligence units scattered around at various other RAF fields and facilities.
Back in 1987 my SF team was returning to Flint Kasserne at Bad Tolz Germany from the US via C-130. The aircraft landed at Mildenhall for some reason I can’t remember and parked on the apron. While standing there behind he aircraft an SR=71 came into land. It popped that big Orange chute. Just awesome! It was way down the runway from where we stood when it took a left and disappeared in the distance.
Well, maybe this action by our President is the start of a serious review of why we have bases in the UK.
If Europe is hot to trot to start a shooting war with Russia… the less American forces that can be attacked, the better off we are.
Notice I said Europe – not NATO.
If NATO Starts an aggressive military operation, that is not self-defense. And the USA does not have to come to the aggressors’ aid.
While at Kadena late 70s early 80s, when the SR 71 took off, everyone on the flight line stopped what the were doing and watched. It was even more impressive when it took off at night. The rings of fire surrounding the cone of fire as it left was a sight to see.
Considering the (ridiculous) interview between Tucker and Jacob Rees-Moog, this would apparently now be the perfect time for Russia to attack the UK. LOL!!!
Tucker , who I used to admire, has completely lost all senses and turned into an outspoken idiot!
…funded by Qatar to bring down President Trump on WEFs behalf.
And Rees-Mogg is a faux-intellectual shallow arrogant pompous sanctimonious patronizing turncoat traitorous wankspanner. But otherwise OK. 😉
yeah and with a uk built ukrainian drone no less.
False flags have consequences!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
trustworthy UK anymore, they are protected muslims,
Releasing the suspects by the British government was basically a f**k you to America. With friends and allies like this, who needs enemies?
could that be why such a sloppy terrorist attack? ??
The USAF is well aware that the relocations are not important and give a well earned opportunity to be home with their families.
If necessary it would probably take a maximum of 2 days to relocate them back, bringing with them new supplies of weapons from the US. No doubt fuel supplies are being topped up.
Anyone who has seen the protective fences and sensor systems is well aware that getting onto that base, or the other ones in the UK, is a non trivial task.
We in the UK are still are major site for USAF, USN and Intel operations and long may it continue.
Maybe you’re right, maybe you’re not.
The US military is used to spending $$$ on things they never use… so just because the security systems are still in place, may not be an indication the planes and support staff will be back.
Time has a quality independent of other things – the more time that passes without the aircraft at the base… the harder it becomes to argue for their return.
Alternative plans will be implemented… and the base will be considered an ‘option’… but not necessarily a primary one.
This administration is aware that the long-term outlook for much of Europe is at best clouded… I can definitely see a UK government within a decade demanding all US forces out of the country.
Isn’t that exactly what French President Charles DeGaulle demanded of US forces in the 1960’s?
My theory:
The Europeans have been staging faux attacks, like the airport/drone nonsense, to keep the European hoi polloi frightened for an imagined Russian attack, and to cause incidents that they could point to to keep the US in. The RAF Fairford attack was designed by MI6 to do just that. The US turned the tables on this strategy by accelerating the removal of US forces. NATO, the EU and MI6 keeps digging deeper holes.
Message sent: You, UK, are not a trustworthy partner. We seeee youuuu…
Let the Brits,The E.U. & The E3 fend for itself!!!!
Seems like when the US levels the economic playing field , no more free money, things go bananas. Let em eat solar panels and make brooms
I didn’t know that the EU has no cash bail like the blue states cities.
Good ,very glad they brought them home….
I agree with Sundance ……..I believe the base would have been a target Oct 6th or 7th
but did the bombers really return to US?… if there’s proof then apologies for wasting your time… pretty sure i saw one north-east of Fairford, UK last friday around 3.30 pm Greenwich Mean Time… flying south-east
correction… flying south-west
