The DC Appeals court has already said in their ruling knocking down the injunction re: AP, that there is no first Amendment issue when dealing with venues that are not public, such as the Oval Office, Air Force One, and Mar-a-Lago. So as of today, since that case is still not decided on the merits, the AP cannot go to any of those places.
These outlets need to be renamed “entertainment”, just like The View. They are not news. They lie and mislead those who watch them. Why allow lies and propaganda to hide behind the 1st Amendment?

It’s NOT a 1st amendment issue, they have their right to a Free Press, they have NO RIGHT to be inside the White House, that’s a privilege, they can still spew their lies from wherever they want, they can’t do it from inside the White House.
There’s a TV on the wall of the breakroom where I work that’s on CNN 24×7. I don’t pay attention to the talking heads, but EVERY headline scrolling across the red strip at the bottom of the screen has an anti-Trump slant.
