The DC Circuit Court of Appeals has already shot down the injunction placed on Trump for removing the AP from the Oval Office. Air Force One, and Mar-a-Lago. The only place that the AP can go is the East Room.
So any preliminary injunction on this placed by an activist district court judge will be quickly appealed and meet the same fate under the same Circuit court.
And based on the case you have noted, Trump should ignore any new injunction by referencing the earlier one that got tossed.
Let the Commies sue….but keep the worst “press” organizations out of the White House while THEIR appeal is being heard 🙂

They can stand in a hallway when Trump’s team has a press conference. There are lots of ways to “ban” them without jeopardizing the First Amendment. Just a little creativity is all that’s needed.
